Hidden Display Mode (Not Saturated and Not yellowish) [No root needed] - Galaxy S6 General

Hello, I found a secret Display Mode hidden in a system setting. This Display Mode offers the best of 'Adaptative Display' (a not yellowish screen) and the best of modes like Amoled Photo or Basic (a not saturated screen).
Here is the main thread about this Display Mode, where you can find many tutorials and Screenshots:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3101547
---------
As for now this Display Mode seems be hidden on Lollipop Touchwiz based roms, so it works on:
- Note 4 (Lollipop)
- Note 3 (Lollipop)
- Galaxy S6
Therefore it should work on the Lollipop version of these devices too:
- Note 4 EDGE
- Galaxy S5
- Galaxy S4 (not working on kitkat)
- Galaxy A3
- Galaxy ALPHA
- Galaxy Core Prime
- Galaxy Tab A
- Galaxy Tab 4
- Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 LTE
- Galaxy Tab S 8.4
- Galaxy Tab 10.5
Please if anyone can confirm it works on the above devices I would appreciate.

I'm sorry, I didn't know.
But anyway I'm the original finder of this setting, as you can see on the main thread.

While the OP here is credited with the mod, the discussion here on the topic has been going a bit longer. It seems to make more sense to have questions/comments/discussions centered in one place for S6 users, and as there isn't much in this thread yet it seems better to close this one to obtain that centralizing goal. Please use the other thread for your posting needs
Thanks!

[Q] Note size of new Snote app

Hi,
I have the KK Testrom installed on my Note 10.1 (N8000) together with the new S Note app.
The good thing is that I am now fully compatible with my Note 3 (S notes).
Only thing is that the notesize is so much smaller compared to the older S Note app. The notesize of the new Snote app are compared to the screensize of the tablet. The older S Note app had a more A4 notesize (at least twice as big as the newer app).
Is there a way to enlarge these notesize?
Sorry, I misplaced this question, because it should be on the Galaxy Note 10.1 forum. MOD please delete this topic.

Not necessarily, in the case of 350+, they eye can't discern pixels, so in the both the cases, the screen will look equally saturated and fine and clear
Hi all!
Hi all!
I'm a second time convert to the Android world, I went from the iPhone 3GS(JB) > iPhone 4(JB) > HTC Sensation(Mike's Rom) > iPhone 5(JB), now I'm looking at converting to Android once again as I hear Android KitKat 4.4 and the Galaxy Note 4(although not being a huge step up from the Galaxy Note 3 or S5) is something to be in awe of.
So my question to the weird and wonderful community is what the bloody hell do I need to know, own, download, research, subscribe to? What's changed in the last few years, how has Google and Samsung advanced since the Sensation and the corresponding OS versions of that time?
Any information whether it be useful or not is helpful!
Lovely work everyone, I look forward to being part of the community!

Not getting much feedback in my own thread, perhaps folks here may indulge.
Posts from about here onwards are what needs to be addressed:

None yet has got an opportunity yet !!
My phone is auto calling 911 when i reboot or soft reboot, but it shows on screen as 'unknown'. One of my apps is triggering a 911 call and masking it as "unknown". Even if i reboot in airplane mode the moment i take airplane mode of it makes the call again, and i have to rush to end it before 911 dispatch calls me back. So can anyone help me with trying to monitor which apk is responsible for triggering the call?
It only does it once after a reboot, and won't do it again till the next reboot(or soft reboot). I attached my phone info. I am rooted and i recently installed Xposed Installer, the framework and some modules, see attached photos for a list of the most recen downloaded apps.
Also, i am currently running a scan for any malware etc via Lookout. I have OS Monitor but can't really understand what it's showing me. Please help, i was able to soft boot earlier with no problem, now my phone auto calls.

Based on the note 3 I'd say it's quite usable. However I expect it will have the one handed mode present in the galaxy s5.

I too am a second time converter. I left iphone 3 to Samsung Galaxy S, absolutely hated the phone, and moved back to Iphone 4, then 5, now preordered the note 4. I felt most of the problem was due to android hardware and the roms not being built effectively. Samsung I think botched their first galaxy S model with GPS problems and memory problems. The store on top of that was no where near where it is today. At that time, I would compare it to the WindowsApp Store of today. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to pick it up and use it without too much issue. Having a rough time waiting for the ship date!!!

Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 Lollipop ROM port possible?

I was wondering if it's possible to port the 5.0.2 update from Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 T-53X to S3 Neo since they share Snapdragon 400 MSM 822X.
The same was done to Galaxy S3 i9300 and Note 10.1 N8000 before the Note 2 and S3 LTE updates were rolled out and used as bases.
I heard that some devs have tried to port it, but they failed.

Galaxy Tab 4 is a tablet and S3 Neo is a phone, DPI problem. We can port S5 Mini Lolipop.

There wasn't such a problem with S3 and Note 10.1 so DPI or the fact that one is a phone and the other is a tablet is not the real issue. Kernel would be an issue but I try to get where the porting process stalled. Also good luck trying to make a port from an Exynos 3470 to a Snapdragon 400 device, it just won't happen, if people can't port Tab 4 10.1 ROM anything else goes to the "impossible task" realm.
Their is also Galaxy tab 4 8.0 & mixing is with E5 (launcher UI & cetera if it's a 32 bit build) is probably not a bad idea (as they have same amount of ram)...
