Wizard won't start

Dear users,
My Wizard won't start.
Information:
- Stuck at bootloader
- Hard reset won't work
- Updating (at windows xp) won't work, as it stops at 99% (tried 3 roms, even the original from t-mobile). Giving a communication error and my wizard keeps rebooting.
When did this start? After using Button_rom 1.5, it stopped at 99% =)
Anyone that can help me?

Mostly,Communication errors are due to weak or drained battery,get it fully charged.
Secondly,get the phone in Bootloaders (RGB) screen and hook it up with pc via usb cable and watch small usb appear at the bottom of the Bootloader,if its there,then reflash the official rom,if its not there,then its a connectivity problem.Either the usb cable is faulty or the mini usb port of the phone.You can even try by changing and plugging the usb cable in another pc usb port.
BTW, remove any sdcard or minisd inserted in the phone before flashing.

My phone had problems recently. It won't start without power cable. And it suddenly shutdowns as I am playing games or listening to music.
It allways hangs at 99%, and with the original ROM it hangs at 80% and also gives the error. It just reboots =(
Ive powered the phone up the all night, after that I tried to flash a rom, but it gave me the exact error at 99%.
Anyone that can help me?

[Q] Defy not working after usb connected to a usb power problem pc

i had to connect defy to one of my friends pc to charge my defy. wen i connect it a usb power issue pop up message came on pc, and defy restart itself. I suddenly remove usb from pc. But my defy not starting. Its loaded with WajkUI 2.4.20.
And wen i start defy, its showing the boot animation and screen turns off before get into the locked phone screen. So i wipe cache and dalvik cache(which i only know), i could get into the locked screen, but its not responding and screen went off after some seconds...
What do i do now?

i know how to charge my mobile dude... it was an emergency... mobile charge was low... why do i need usb driver to charge defy with usb via pc...?
if u cant help pls dont troll me...
somebody out here might know the solution.... pls do assist me... thanks...

tried with charged battery, but the locked phone screen appears and is not responding...
can i flash it again or just do a data wipe?
cant do above two cuz i havent done any backup.... can i take backup anyway? i just need contacts....

Yes, u can make a backup in CWM.
If the backup is build, flash a clean OS and restore the contacts with Appextractor or RomToolBox or whatever.

[Q] Micro USB port not working

hello,
mi micro USB is not working propperly right now, for some reason it doesn´t charges correctly, it seems a little... "loose"... im currentl running CM 9 2012/05/26
and when it plugg it in the computer and manage it to start charging, it wont allow me to acces it as a mass storage device, in fact the computer wouldn´t recognize it at all!, any help!?

try another cable, or connecting it to other port after rebooting (usb musnt be connected)

maybe in some repair shop of cellphones the will be able to replace it?

bacause mine does charges when appropietly connected... its just that sometimes it wont nad it will not allow me to get to the mass storage...

If your phone just charge but can't access to masive storage, look in the device manager , if you have a MTP device, your micro ubs port is fine, just try to install some stock rom.

it´s just that some times it doesn´t charges and I need to slowly start trying to adjust the micro USB port so it can charge... that´s why I say that it seems to be a little loose...
As well it will only charge when plugged into my XboX 360 or the computer (and some other devices) but not when plugged into the Stock charger... :S

USB not working for flash
Hi everyone, I came with a similar issue.
The massive storage USB connection is not working for me, plus I can't flash a stock rom,
Currently I'm in MIUI for defy (and it's the only option I am able to install), I tried to wipe data cache to install cyanogenmod 7 from recovery but it's not working, it get stuck in the boot logo. I want to install cyanogenmod because it is fast than MIUI jelly bean.
My idea is to flash the device, but with the usb not working Im stuck,
any ideas to solve this? or should i go to have the usb repaired?

If after a boot in bootloader (power+vol-up) and connecting to PC via usb cable nothing appear onto PC display 3 possibilities exist.
1. Usb cable is broken.
2. Pc have no usb driver foryour device (but even in this case a error message appear)
3. Usb connector or circuitry fron Defy is broken.
Search.

Yes, is OK your method but is a little dangerous if you not cover the cleaned pins with some resin. More safe is to use a toothbrush soaked in isopropyl alcohol or 98% ethylalcohol to clean the soldered pins.

I Never Had This Problem/Bug BeFore...
After Connecting Usb The Phone Keeps Charging ..But When I Disconnect The Usb,Stil The Phone Keeps Showing As If It Is Charging and Also There Is USB icon In Statusbar..After Rebooting Phone The USB icons disappear..
And Some Times I Have Reverse Of That...After Connecting USB it doesnt Shows Up Any Icons Nor It take Charge....After I Reboot The Phone It Becomes Ok....
I M sick of This Rebooting..Phone

IDK..I dont think so its data cable problm....may b phone has bcum Bad ...

flash newest firmware with pit,it should help.

get a stock build prop (or just look for a code contains usb u will understand it)

Reflash Kernel and rom

Change Usb port if didnt help change the cable if this too wont help change usb socket

if the phone says its still charging once you remove the usb cable the most common cause iv seen is dirt in the phones usb socket - clean it out with an object - you can also use cleaning solution but make sure the battery is removed and the socket is fully dry before you attempt to turn it back on

Fast Charging not working

As per title,anyone know the problem? I try using another qualcomm certified qc 3.0 adapter with different cables also with original zte cabes,still the same. It say please use the provided charger. I try clean cache still the problem persist. I didnt try to factory reset yet.
P/s: the problem occured sometimes,not always.

Sometimes it is just a poor connection, disconnect and reconnect the phone from the cable should work.
