But i am able to surf on internet and not able to call and send sms

Hi
Why do you use Jelly Blast?
Its a very unstable ROM
Try NEMESIS, which is a sequence to Jellyblast.
Secondly, is AOKP the right place to post this?

I think Zierex Rom Evolution is much better than NEMESIS, but thanks for your advice
There are apps available that let you change the imei on a software level.

yes, stock roms are packed as zips by "wanam". lok over there in the development section, download it and flash via cwm

Is there a ROM I can download where EVERYTHING is working and included, such as smart stay, motion ect?
Has to be able to install with CWM.

You can install stock roms in their tar form using mobile odin. It's by chain fire and there's a free version on xda

There could be numerous reasons whag may caused it really but that just re-establishes your connection and re-activates your phone with sprint network. And at Q&A, Troubleshooting

Can anyone give me the link on how to install cwm and list of all working roms and tweaks.. phone is rooted but like I said before I'm new in LG forum so any help will be appreciated!

Haha.. Thanks for that.. But I already have a Custom ROM (CM10.2) But before I install that ROM I keep ending in bootloop I guess 3 times!

I want the A7-A5 Call(incall) APK from 4.4.4 kitkat from this phones.

Maybe if you would ask nicely someone would help.
You can download the kitkat software from SamMobile and unpack it and try to get it from there.
