Yep, the 13 mb update has been captured for Indian variants only, but indian roms wont work in my american moto e, so i am asking you to catch the update

I tried to update to
1. Chinese PLK-UL00 Android 5.1.1 (Developer edition) but update failed
2. Chinese PLK-UL00 B188 Android 5.0 but Update Failed.
Any reason?
The Chinese 16 GB model supports Dual SIM, the Indian one doesn't. So I am not entirely sure that Chinese firmware will be compatible with Indian ones. The EU and Chinese firmwares have more in common
