690LC doesn't install with LG USB Drivers - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello.
So. I decided that I'm tired of CM and want to come back to stock firmware (the main factor would be the fact that 5.0 is now available in my country) but there is a problem.
I have no problems with accesing my phone through USB cable on my computer but when I started the "downgrade" process through the required program I got an error.
The only reason it doesn't work is most likely this:

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
(It's in Polish - "Cannot find the driver" or something like that)
Any ideas?

[Q] try to make my elf work again (tricolo)

Hey Guys,
I Hope I'm posting in the right forum section.
I had an Elf, I flashed a wrong ROM on it (along time ago).
Now when I try to open it, it stuck on tricolor screen as below:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
How can I fix it, I tried to connect it to my pc, but it didn't even appear in device manager.
Is there any way to fix it??

LG Software Connection Option?

Does the Verizon model support on screen? I would like to mirror my phone on my computer. I have found no information to the contrary. But when I select connection methods this method does not show for me. Do I have to install something on my phone as well?

Upon further research only AT&T and T-Mobile support OSP. Awesome. Just another reason to get the hell off Verizon.....

Install USB Driver - Device Manager - No Portable / Other Devices

I'm trying to follow the instructions in the below two links.
https://developer.android.com/studio/run/oem-usb
https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb
In Device Manager, I don't see a Portable Devices or Other Devices section.
What I do see, is LeMobile Android Device, and under that, Android Bootloader Interface.
The end result is in the following screenshot.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
How do I fix this?
Is there anything to fix?
Does my version of Windows 10 have this functionality by default, therefore there's nothing to do?
