[Q] Adding elements on top of call screen

I have seen the app Thrutu adding a drawer on top of the call screen.

What's up with this strange white lines appearing on some photos?
Any way to fix this?

[Q] Can "surround shot" photospheres be shared to Google+?

When I try to do so they just end up flattened, not as photospheres, like in the preview image of the gallery:
