Did you mount system before you flashed zip else you can flash zips all day long - nothing will change

put it on my sd card
tried to instsll usin CWM & TWRP

Is It work on lollipop 5.0.1?
No - it works for TW-ROM up to KitKat 4.4.2 so far...
