Hello,
The following should work:
1) turn of the phone completely
2) do hard reset ( http://www.recovery-mode.com/android/lg-leon-4g-lte-h340n.html )
The phone will be reset to like when you bought him. This means you will lose every app etc. but at least he will work again

hm that's weird.. anyway let's try it another way then
1. Download Super-Root.apk for LG Leon from this link : Download or http://downloadsafe.org/file/0yF980
2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.
3. Copy the Super-Root.apk over to the root of your SD card.
4. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your device from your PC.
5. Head to Menu>>Settings>>Security on your device and enable the Unknown sources option.
6. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the app you copied earlier to your device.
7. Once the app’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.
8. Select Install SuperSU from the first dropdown menu.
9. Select exploit, tap on it in the app.
10. The app should begin rooting your device, shouldn’t take too long to finish.
11. Reboot your device once it’s been rooted.
12. You’re all done! Excellent! You’ve successfully rooted your Android device using the Super-Root.apk app and you should now be able to see the SuperSU app in your App Drawer!

[Q] Sprint LG G2 Bricked by Custom Recovery

Sorry to bother everyone, but I am in a really sticky situation here. I don't know much about rooting and recovery, and have run into a real issue, so I will try to explain as best I can. I rooted my phone no problem and installed a custom recovery that didn't work at all, so I left it and forgot about it. Today, I tried to update my phone but when it rebooted I simply got the message: [830] Fastboot mode started then below it says: [830]udc_start() and will not advance. I cannot do anything with the phone when I plug it in nor can I access any of the files aw it doesn't seem to be recognized, and when I boot into recovery I just get the screen with the same message. I tried putting it into download mode, but it just said 0% and no messages about drivers or anything popped up onto my screen. I am in a real pinch here fellas, and I really hope you guys can help me out. Thank you all in advance.

Here are a few screenshots that can help you guys identify the issue. First is a screenshot of the lg support tool, which recognizes my phone as a "testmodel"
The next is an image of what happens when I try to upgrade recovery.
Also, the lg mobile support tool doesn't even have the ls980 drivers. Can anyone give me instructions on where to go from here?

Thank you everyone, the issue was fixed! After verifying the files, looks like I picked up the wrong TOT file. Had so many of them downloaded over trying to fix this I confused them . Thank you for all of the help, I truly appreciate it. I'm not sure if I am supposed to close the thread or if a moderator will do it or what the protocol is, but consider the issue resolved .

What you need to download:
EasyRootTool v3.zip
Towelroot apk
UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00.zip - save on phone's storage
Z1-lockeddualrecovery2.7.125-BETA.installer.zip
Here's what I did to root my Z1 (C6903) with .727 stock firmware
1. Follow this guide: click here
- download EasyRootTool v3.zip (v3) from the link and save it on your desktop PC
- extract the zip on your desktop (on your PC not on your phone)
- download towelroot apk from towelroot.com
- save tr.apk in the "files" folder of EasyRootTool v3 (the one you extracted previously)
- connect your phone (make sure usb debugging and unknown sources is turned on)
- click on "install.bat"
- connect your phone to your PC
- follow on screen instructions
2. Phone will reboot but will have no SuperSu yet. Do not reboot again (for now)!
4. Download UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00.zip and save it on your phone's SD card (internal or external)
3. Download Z1-lockeddualrecovery2.7.125-BETA.installer.zip and save it on your desktop PC
- extract Z1-lockeddualrecovery2.7.125-BETA.installer.zip file on desktop
- run install.bat
- choose option #2
- connect phone
- you should have custom recovery now
3. If phone does not auto reboot to recovery, manually reboot to recovery
- turn off phone
- turn phone back on
- wait for sony logo then a pink notification led to light up
- press the up volume button to boot in Philz recovery
4. Once in recovery flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00.zip
5. Reboot system and you should be able to install xposed and other root apps!
First, this does not belong in the Dev section. Second, this has already been posted in the general section.

So i used this guide to root my phone:

Ok, need more info,
What model GRA ???
What Build No. ?
What you have tried since?
If the phone was bootlooping how did you access "factory re-set" ?
Have you done ANY searching/reading to help yourself, not least, even my advice in the post below "P8 Stuck at Boot"?
Have you any experience in flashing this phone or even others?
model GRA-l09
Build emui 4.03
so i used SRKToolHuawei 2.0 and it installed TWRP.
then i rooted, and it went into bootloop. So by this program i enterd TWPR again and did factory reset.
and i tried to reload lastest patch but i got "waiting for device", and its not moving from there.
only used kingroot to root another phone. and i tried looking on other forums for solution but nothing helped.
Have you tried downloading an official ROM, say B999, and putting the "update.app" into a folder on SD card named Dload and rebooting while holding all three buttons?
Have you read my advice here? :-

ohhhh i will try this option, but first need to get another phone so i can put things on sd card ;/

So i continued to root installed supersu and now my phone is working, but still i dont have root, and i cant find super su app. Anyway thx for help <3
@krullol
If using B399 you MUST use the latest versions of TWRP and SU.
Just follow the instructions in post #1,
https://forum.xda-developers.com/hua...4-0-1-t3431249
TO THE LETTER, using these linked to files (TWRP and SuperSU) and, hey presto, a fully rooted P8.

Firmware question - post Samsung beta programme

Hi guys,
I participated in the Samsung Beta programme after purchasing my Galaxy S8 last year and have since done a Factory Reset.
I have noticed that I am still getting the "This is Beta software" messages and I'm having more and more problems as time goes by.
Could you please tell me how I can go back to the original firmware, so that I can get rid of the beta version I can't seem to get rid of ?
Many thanks for any help,
Antony

With the use of Odin and similar revision bootloader firmware for your carrier and device
Restore to stable firmware
1. First of all, backup all your data:
- with Smart Switch Mobile, you need a microsd or usb flash drive. Your OTG-Connector is required to connect the flash drive
- or you have to use Smart switch for pc. You need to perform a full data backup
2. Enable developer options and oem unlock
3. Download Odin for oreo https://mega.nz/#!l8RhzahQ!V8oBOJOEic7e50oCD7KlB4jQltEe8YrzX7s6WGFw_-8
4. Then download your firmware for your S8 model. I recommend Samfirm(https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3803841) Just download Samfirm from this link and start it. (YOU NEED NET FRAMEWORK FOR THIS).
4.1 Enter your Model Number (e.g. SM-G950F) and your csc code (e.g. DBT for germany) at the bottom. Then let it search for an update.
4.2 Download the firmware it searched and tick decrypt automatically.
4.3 wait until it finishes to download
5. Unzip the downloaded file
6. Now start Odin and upload the 5 files to odin. (Delete the CSC_xx, you need HomeCSC)
7. Shutdown your phone if it is nearly fully charced like 50%
8. hold the vol(down)+bixby button+power button. If you get the warning screen, press vol(up) to pass it.
9. Connect your phone to your pc and click on start.
10. While it flashes your device, prepare your fingers for vol(up)+ bixby, but don’t press
11. Your device restarts if odin says pass. You will see an blue screen with an android robot and saying erasing. Now immediately, your prepared fingers should press the buttons (vol(up) and bixby). If the screen is balck hold as fast as you can the power button to let it start the android stock recovery.
12. In the recovery, perform a factory reset and afer that reboot your phone.
Your device should be on the stable firmware!!! If not reply!!

Samsung galaxy j5 how i delete my forgotten pattern?

Hi.
I have the Samsung galaxy j5 2017(sm-j530f) model and i forgot the pattern i have lock my phone.
How i delete it without remember it?
Already do wipe data(factory defaults) & cache but still when i start the phone it ask me the lock pattern.
I try to download the firmwares:
J530FXXU1AQF5_J530FBTU1AQED_BTU_4file
AP_J530FXXU2BRH5_CL14125461_QB19348991_REV00_user_low_ship_meta.tar
But it failed after it connected to the phone.
U tried from recovery mood?

You can flash with Odin... And also you'll find instructions how to flash... You can do it all alone... Lemme know if you find difficulties
I try that to. Still doesn't work

Try guessing pattern several times , it will lock your device and will guide you through your associated account(Don't say that you've forgot that one too)
No simply I tallied you cause I have months to use that mail. Now that mail doesn't exist........
Finally I got that you're kidding with me... Nvm
Are you serious????
Really??
What i win if i am kidding with you?????
NO I WAS NOT KIDDING WITH YOU.
Everything i try when i open the mobile phone samsung galaxy j5 it ask me to connect with the internet and when is connected simply it ask me the pattern and this is the step i stuck.
It's so simple.
If you flash new stock rom via odin It won't ask you for password/pattern instead it will ask you to set with your email and password ...your device will be like a new one... To flash via odin...
First turn off your device,
Then press and hold power button + volume down maybe +home button together to boot into download mood... Search on google for proper key combination to boot into download mood,
Then flash via odin... That's all
As i see you are a new member of the site/forum so If you DON'T know please don't even post to my topic.
This was happening to old android versions NOT at android 8 and later.
I flash a totaly new samsung rom and it ask me pattern AFTER i connected to the internet.
So again PLEASE IF YOU DON'T KNOW SOMETHING THEN DON'T POST to my topic at all.
OK... Thank you
Sorry and it's my last post on ur forum
I'm also using J5(first it was lollipop and now it's marshmallow). I always root my device and run new experiment on it & for that I had to/have to flash a lot (even on locked device). To be honest I never found that one couldn't bypass forgotten patterns. I'm really surprised about your problem ! NVM
Maybe this link can help u...

In twrp open file manager and go to /data/system.
Look for any file with .key extension and any file with 'lockscreen' in its name and delete them.
Reboot and that should be it
If no twrp is installed delete them files through adb on a computer

Or there is this method here on this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=49666433#post49666433
If i know correct when you say twrp you mean custom recovery menu correct?
The mobile has the samsung genuine - original recovery menu so.....
And the mobile doesn't let me to go to the menu and install any app.
Cause after i power on the mobile it ask me to connect it to the internet and then simply ask me the pattern.
If you want i can take pictures with my other mobile and send it.

No I know what you mean.
Is USB debugging enabled do you know?
If it is you can try delete through adb commands.
The thread I posted above is probably your best bet for an answer.
No there is anything i can do.
Doesn't let me to go to mobile menu at all.
After i connected to the internet simply it blocked me out.
So simple.
Do you want to make you a video to see what i mean?

No I know exactly what you mean.
Without USB debugging or a custom recovery installed I don't know what else there is you can do.
What happens if you factory reset again but next time don't connect to the internet.
Just skip the setup procedure
I'm thinking something else... Like the way we remove frp lock... If otg supported, download and store bypass apk in a pendrive... Connect WIth otg... By default it may read pendrive without that pattern... If it happens u can install bypass apk which will open settings manu and a reset after that...

I think there is a way to bypass that by pressing the four corners of the screen or something similar
