This phone got a 4.3 inch screen
And it runs Gingerbread
It just cost 150 pounds, thats just 50 more pounds than the X8
and it is going to be available worldwide sim unlocked
but the processor is not dual core
and its not in xda forums

What‘s type of this phone?I think it is worthwhile .

i think this would be better 2.3 and a 1GHz processor

the answer on your question depends on one thing: wheter a cpu is armv7 or armv6, if it's armv7 i'd say go and get it, but if it's not, then i wouldn't recommend it. does someone have any information about that? some accurate specification... i saw different opinions about that on forums. if it is armv7 i would also consider chosing it as my next replacement for x8.

its predecessor is supported most likely this one will also get that support
and it got so much ram

Why, because if i am not wrong, i saw a post that, ARM v7 is minimum 1ghz above.

Method of comparing Nexus 4 and Note II's processors

Hey guys, I just need some help checking if this method is sound. I came up with it in the car just about an hour ago. The basic jist is just a uniform standardised way of comparing processors. Let me know what you think. Link Below

Sorry, I’m not sure if I follow the first half of the question but in response to the second half.
It doesn't really work that. Each processor would naturally have their pros and cons so one processer would be “better” at some things than the other, but this is a final overall average-comparative method.
The method strictly compares 2 phones while reducing the sensitivity of processor bias within tests on a standardised scale. Maybe it would be best to Imagine if each percent was a unit on this comparative scale.
It that would finally state something like: “The Nexus 4 scores 11.9 Units against the galaxy note II”
Which is not major where as something line “The galaxy note II scores 55 Units against the galaxy note 1” is massive and you’d know that the note II is a lot better than the original.
I hope this all makes sense. Haha it’s just an idea let me know if you still think it’s rubbish

All it means that out of 100 things, the Nexus can handle 11 things better than the Note 2. The other 89 things performed par to par on both phones

can you please tell me which one is better? 9500 or 9505?

Keep the i9505 if you want to use LTE.
Battery life between the two variants will be very similar (if not almost identical right now) due to the i9500 not making use of the big.LITTLE battery saving abilities. (see: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2258519)

Like in chinese samsung shop, the i9500 has LTE too.
As here in Germany, it´s a question of availability. You can not buy any Exynos S4 here. You can not buy any 32GB/64GB i9505 here. At the moment, everything you can buy is the 16GB i9505 Snapdragon.
I own it and I like it very much. Maybe... the speed of the exynos will be about 10% higher in geekbench2. But that´s not important at all. You will run everything smoothly on an s3 too... both, the i9500 and i9505 will be able to make you lucky for at least two or more years.
In my opinion, nobody really needs an i9500

It seems your mobile network signal is quite bad. The phone will keep trying to connect and the radio drains battery. Battery life is better when you have a good network connection.

it seems my S4 has some serious issue with network, i just installed the sim to S3 and network seems to be perfect.... is there any way to test it?

In my opinion i9505 is better.
Both have very powerful CPU the i9500 probably just beats the i9505 but the GPU in the i9505 just beats the i9500.
To be perfectly honest they are both very capable, powerful devices that will be good for at least another year or so.

its seems network reception is really bad on this phone. i am on different network but still getting poor reception.
its seems there is an issue with GPS. its off but still showing up on history details

hey i have galaxy s7 edge exynos and in in antutu benchmark i've got only 110k
when its supposed to be 130k in exynos
3d benchmark - 47k
cpu - 26k
ux - 27k
ram - 6k
why is that and i should be worry about this?

Its not a big deal, specially if you have been using the s7edge for a while, or if u bought a second-hand one, then Its normal to get a lower results.

i solved my low score by making few steps:
i reinstall stock rom nougat 7.0(if you dont have a custom rom just make a format data).
then i made factory reset.
after install the stock i made reboot several times(3-4 times).
then i disabled every app that i am not using for example: onedrive, samsung app like gearvr and much more.
then i rest my phone and didnt touch him for 10 min to cool
after all this steps i made clean ram in the settings before i run the antutu
and finally i run the antutu and got 131k

Time's up for Redmi Note 3?

Okay as the title suggests, my post is all about whether the prime of our phone is behind it and it's time to cash on the phone and move to a new beast where development is very much active be it from the community with cust roms or the creators and their stock rom. I mean if I look at the pace of how things are going on Oreo compared to how things went on Nougat, there's a world of a difference. Besides our specs are starting to lag behind, so is it still worth to hold on the Redmi Note 3 SD or it's time to move onto a new beast?!

I'm still in love with my Redmi Note 3, I never had problems with it. It was always easy to remove the Bootloop, the battery after almost 2 years is still perfect, I have no lags, I can change ROM whenever I want. I would not change it for anything.

Specs are starting to lag behind? How come? Most of the devices in this price range still use snapdragon 625 or even less if it's from some manufacturer like Samsung, Nokia and so on. Don't be ridiculous... Redmi Note 3 was ahead of its time when it comes to price to performance ratio and it still holds up today pretty well. Samsung a8 which is brand new and more expensive has the exact same Antutu score as redmi note 3 and redmi note 3 is from 2016. I would choose Note 3 every day of the week.

No, i'm not agree with you. Kenzo still beast.
Until Xiaomi starting to use 660 or it successors for redmi, i don't think to upgrade my device. I just not really care about SD 61x, 62x, or 63x series. That what i'm thinking about..
(Or maybe its time to thinking xiaomi's flagship then, coz think it impossible to xiaomi using 66x or it successor for redmi series.. ?)
