Hello, my first post!
Sorry for posting here, but I not found the studio c mini category.
I have a Blu studio C mini, android 4.4.2 and when I go to install a direct app.apk the device, the button to install just does not work.
So I can not install framaroot. : /
Ele also has some impediments, such as to prevent me to create a VPN with Psiphon, after installing that and click start, a message and a checkbox that is locked.
So I can not start the Psiphon neither checkbox and not as root.
Anyone know how to solve this?

First, download the file from Microsoft's site to your desktop.
Then, connect your device to the desktop via the sync cable. Double-click on the installation file on the desktop to begin the installation. It will begin installing to your device through the ActiveSync connection.
I've found that it will work either from the device or the storage card. However -- for "core components" such as this, I prefer installing to the device.

An easier way is to just deploy a .net project to the device using vis studio 2005. It will automatically install cf 2.0
Most apps here require the latest .net Compact Framework. Here is v3.5 cab which works on Diamond/Touch Pro:

and i formatted the phone
now i connect the diamond in activesync then run netcf... from my computer
then on my diamond theres the ''do you wanna install'' screen
then i click yes and it says install unsuccessful
the cab should run on your device, so just copy it over then run it
cab file name is: NETCFv35.wm.armv4i

went to link (rapidshare) - did free user download - received message that the download was
unsuccessful. i am running a paid version of spb mobile shell, have the basic rom and radio that came with phone. is there anywhere else to find this? i had it before, but have had to get refurb phone...again..so not sure where to find it. thanks
ps also- i know am in wrong part,but really would like to know more about new rom and windows 6.5, how easy or should i say hard is it to

I am traing to install NETCFv35-ALL-IN-ONE.cab and it keep having an error msg saying
"Instalation error. Stop all aplications and processes, maximize available disc space and execut the installation again. Support informations: 2."
I all so traied NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab and hapens the same.
I have instaled on the phone .net 2.0.7045.0 (ROM) do I need to uninstall this first?

I have an question, I downloaded on the site http://www.freewarepocketpc.net some applications but they didn't start on my Pro2 with WM6.5 he says me that there would be an error with .NET Compact Framework. but i made an update and it doesn't start yet. Waht could I do?

did you open the net framework file on your computer while your phone was plugged in/with an active syn connection? i dont think you can open it straight from your phone and use it on your phone,pretty sure it must be opened on your home computer
try explaining it again? i might be able to help,which program did u download and how did you install 3.5 net framework,via your computer or what?
I just downloaded : TicTacToe.CAB / BubbleSetup.CAB / PowerRadio.CAB / SinkMyShipsSetup.CAB / HTCLightSaberSetup.CAB
I made them on my phone and there opened them for installing , when the instalaition was finished the phone said it would be in order but wehn i tryed to start one of the programms it did start

do you get an error message? what did it say if you did? explain to me how you installed netframe work 3.5 ,did you install it on your computer while your phone was plugged in,download net framework 3.5 ,search for the version you need.in the search box here in xda download it to your computer,plug in your tp2 to the computer make sure you have an active sync connection,then open the netframework file on your computer and it will install net framework on your phone,if you have done this do it again then redownload the games,put them on your phone,maybe install on device instead of storage card then try again,hopefully that works or maybe another program you have installed is in conflict with it,or maybe the rom you have isnt compatable
perhaps something you downloaded is in conflict or the games are not compatable with a touch screen

i have synced the tp2 with my laptop and i run the installation program on the laptop.

by installing [ Windows XP Mode Source]
search for it in google and you will find it

now lets begin
dowenload this link first and install

and restart your computer
then dowenload the second link and inatall
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...9D-DDBC-4044-BB09-4F99E757064E&displaylang=en
now enter boot loader on your jam [pocket pc] and attatch it with your computer to make your computer identify it[till now you are on windos 7]
now open the [windows virtiual pc]from the start menu
it will open
you will find on the top of the windos icon [called usb]press it and choose [attatch mobile device]
now you are ready to install the cotulla rom go to it[you are already in xp mode]and begin to run it[as cotulla instructions]
now congratulatios you have done it
i will try to upload files to make it more easy

This way is okay, but if you dont have that large a download allowance (like me) then dharvey4651's way is the best: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338473 This method work in win7 and vista as the drivers are interchangeable.
Hi, im trying to install smart switch in windows 8.1 and im getting an error of "cant start the aplication, side by side configuration or something like that....i read that this is a common issue for libraries c++ so i unistalled all my microsoft visual c++ and then installed the latest one (2015) and nothing, tried uninstalling again and reinstalled all versions from 2005 to 2015 in order and nothing, im getting the same message, anybody know how to fix this?
