HTC One M9 USA "Uh Oh" protection - One (M9) General

Pretty nice value-add for the M9 (and subsequently on the M8's once the M9 is officially released).
Full release Live video is here:
He states M9 will start selling on April 10th (I believe), and that Unlocked/Rooted phones are still covered by the Uh Oh protection.

Excellent and a great value add as you say. I just asked HTC UK if the UK customers were going to benefit from this plan.
"We're not introducing that particular scheme here right now . Keep an eye on here (htc_UK twitter feed) for future innovations though"!
Ah, thanks.
I've said it before, HTC US really do seem to "get" marketing and service from my limited "across the pond" viewpoint. Unfortunately this seems to be in stark contrast to their UK counterparts...

This is awesome! Even if you don't have these troubles in first 12 months, you can still get $100 for your next HTC. It's really a great deal!

Would you rather have this program, the phone $100 cheaper up front or a phone that has $100 of additional improved hardware?

The first and the second can be the same if you don't damage your phone. What is $100 additional hardware worth for? It's not a car that you could buy extra things. The hardware is just fine in terms of specs. It remains to be seen if the phone is as good as the M8.

Considering I have 5 phones on my plan, this is great piece of mind for my new upgrades.

Their coverage compared to AT&T is not good.

In case you didn't read about this program, in the fine print, it gives you $100 towards the purchase of a One series (present or future) phone through HTC's store. Considering many people buy off contact anyway, this is good since you could get a new phone off contact for cheap. If you purchase the phone on contact now, you will still have a year left on contact when HTC gives you the $100, so you'd have to pay retail anyway.
I still believe it's a great thing that sets them apart from Apple or Samsung, in addition to having the best phone of the three to begin with.

They answered my question at 20:58. Haha that was cool.

What is needed to return a phone .My m9 is bricked and it was a upgraded phone from my lumia 1020 when i had lost it . Can i send it back even though i neva really bought it upfront ,. I Had to pay 150 for the insurance claim but that is it?

I'd recommend contacting HTC directly. They can sort out if you're still eligible.

Buy a G1 on Ebay or Elsewhere

This seller seems to have multiple G1's to sell, the price is insane but that's what you get for a pre-release device, if anybody's interested go for it and come back with information.
Weeeeeeee
I think I will wait until mine comes in on the 22. That price is ridiculous. $850 buy it now. ROFLMAO!!
damn i paid more than that lol
G1 For Sale
I can get a G1 for a pretty good price, more than the retail will be but it hasn't released and will sell out quick, so yeah. Would anyone be interested in a G1 for like $600 shipped, I'll send it out on Monday morning overnighted USPS with insurance? Brand new, still in box. Let me know.
hey...buddy...wanna buy a watch?
Or perhaps an Iphone?......LOL
Just kidding
I actually do need a nice watch, my last Citizen watch finally broke after like 5 years. My wrist feels empty.
As for the iPhone, I have an iPhone 3G brand new in box like 8 feet away from me... And no intentions and/or temptations of removing it from the factory packaging.
Back to the G1, I think I have someone set to buy, but I'll update here later on.
Isn't full price $399...? Only having T-Mobile specific 3G bands, the G1 wouldn't get past EDGE on other carriers like AT&T...

Exactly, it would only get EDGE on AT&T... Why do you think I'd never buy one for myself?
And yeah, full price is $399 but considering they're already sold out and then some on preorders, good luck getting one any time soon.
I could get the phone for like $450-460 shipped right now, but like I said, I have no use for it. There are people paying $1000+ for them, so I figured 600 wouldn't be too bad for both sides.
The pre-order alottment is sold out, yes. The stores in 3G areas will be getting them on Oct. 22nd though. I guess if someone in a non-3G market wanted one ASAP and didn't want to wait until 11/10 -- might be happy to find you

There won't be plenty in stores, if you preordered before October 3rd you'll get yours shipped 22nd-23rd, if you preorder after it'll take them longer to get it to you. I'm willing to bet this turns out to be a lesser iPhone surge, but like I said it's irrelevant to me because I have AT&T. I was going to buy and re-sell it, instead I just gave the guy who asked me contact info of where to get it for $460, I'm too lazy to go through that.
Yeah can't say im shocked about people like this who try and rip people off, if i had that much money to spend on a phone it sure wouldn't be spent on the g1!!

Pretty expensive right? 626,95 USD (4 670,03 SEK) incl shipping to Sweden + tax and customs, but what options do you have when ordering to Europe? Is there a better deal, preferrable "Buy it now"?
Maybe I should wait till it reaches the UK or what do you think? I'm getting tired of waiting of Android to be ported to my current HTC...
I got an offer of $400 shipped to me, I don't consider that to be outrageous at all. When the phone comes out, what will it cost? $400 + shipping.

I have mine for a few hours and already have it listed on eBay. I had to just touch it and look at it and now .. UP FOR AUCTION. I have the Xperia on order. I think it comes the end of the month. All I know is Windows Mobile.
Any way .. the phone is awesome. The thing I like the best as to the way it is built is the slide mechanism of the keyboard,. I think I have owned just about every GOOD PHONE out this year, including the HTC Touch Pro .. this keyboard is the nicest and the feel and the weight is just perfect. Hoping I like my Xperia as well ...

... I couldn't do it .. My auction was over $300 and I cancelled all bids and put my sim card back in. I will probably still buy the Xperia when it comes out - unless I fall in love with the dream. And if I don't I think I will give the Dream to my son rather than 'scalp' it on eBay.
Haven't had time to figure out how to just do the simple things .. I want to learn how to voice dial .. When I close a program is it really CLOSED or is it still running in the background sucking the life out of my battery ?? Maybe tonight I will take a closer look . . couldn't skip work 2 days in a row.

Viable to purchase unlocked g1's off ebay?
Hey guys,
I've found some "unlocked" handsets on ebay for sale, but was wondering if they would still be restricted to the 2g network??
As that's where I thought they were currently with their "unlocking" process...
Also does T-Mobile do anything special in order for gmail to push mail to the device, or is that just like controlled entreily over a standard data connection?
2g/3g isn't a restriction. Its a hardware limitation.
When the phone is fully unlocked it will work on any network with both 2G and 3G.
From what I know it will not work with ATT 3G as they are different frequencies and I have heard lots of problems with peoples Unlocked G1's syncing to google/gmail under other carriers other than T-Mobile.

TMOUS Buy One HD2 Get One Free

I heard this in a commercial. Did I hear it right?
yes buy one get one free for HD2
+ 2yr contract on both phones
I bought one on the release date and sold it. Well...I bought another one today is a sealed box, will be unlocked free, for $400. But no receipt.
I think this Buy One Get One Free requires you to buy one at MSRP + 2yr contract on both phones. The deal is too good to be true if this wasn't the case.
true
I upgraded wifes g1 to hd2, got special upgrade price and added another line got 2nd hd2 for free...
AGAIN! tthat this only comes to show how much of a P.O.S. the HD2 really is.
in a way we are beta testing for microsoft
BUT! seriously , if you disagree with me then tell me. How many ads for buy 1 iPhone get the other one free did you got to see in the early days!?!?
Bought 1 got one free on launch date "WITH Activation of a second line." You must have two lines or no free one.
The wife works for Wally World, so I got a discount. Two year contract entitles me to purchase one at $199 and get second one free for second line. Activation waived for both, 15% discount on plan, also referral submission and got a free accessory. $225 out the door.
tuppaacc I beg to differ. Of course people are having problems with the HD2, but I on the other hand have been using it on launch date with no problem. There is this one time where I edited my registry wrong and it wouldn't hang up, but that was my doing. I'm still on stock rom. I only have HSPL on it.
I love this phone. This is the best phone I have yet. If you know what you are doing, this phone is a good platform. Who cares what ****ty OS MS released. The phone is great. Flash a custom rom on it or cook your own and it'll runs flawlessly.
There is a lot of people that comes to me and ask, how come their WinMo phone is so slow. All of them never knew that it multitask and they need to end the apps running in the task manager. All I did was end task all of them and they are happy again.

First let me say the Buy 1 get 1 free applies to ANY smartphone at T-mobile not just the HD2. The HD2 just happen to come out during that promotion. To take advantage of it you need to have two eligible lines (upgrade or activation).
Just because you don't like the HD2 tuppaacc doesn't mean its a pos. And how are we beta testing an OS that has been out for years before the your precious iphone was even a thought. If you don't like the HD2 great but I don't think you are going to get much support here on an HD2 forum.

How does this in any way contribute to the discussion about the listed topic of this thread?
If you truly hate this phone that much, then you have no reason to be posting in this area other than to try to stir up trouble. As you point out, the iphone certainly is not in need of any additional advertising, including you shilling for it in a competitor's forum.

I don't agree. Here's why... Apple makes 0$ from monthly phone service fees.
These companies know two things you are forgetting:
1) The production cost per unit is still below $199
2) The profit from monthly service fees offsets any artificial losses in the hardware sale. It's a kind of "loss leader," and it works because the HD2 is a great phone.
hahahahahahahaha i didnt meant to be a d*** a about the hd2
it was just a simple observation
BUT lets be honest with ourselfs now even tho ill choose the HD2 over the iPhone any DAY of the week the HD2 was made with some major flaws that HTC should have address before releasing it
again only making an observation
but this is the only phone that has given me so much trouble
my friend (who also has an hd2) says to think about it like this: its like a chick with no ass flat chested no body whatsoever but with a gorgeus smile and takes it up the a** hahahahaha yup! :d

Wtf Nexus one worth 270 dollars?

So, I just sold my baby to my mom because I am leaving for the Navy in January. I'm still using the phone until I leave, but I sold it for a cool 150. I thought it was a fair price. However, I just came across this site called buymytronics and their site says the phone is worth $270! I checked the price on both the HTC HD2 and the 16 GB Iphone 3G, both only fetch about 120 in flawless condition.
I know Nexus's(Nexi?) are sort of a collector's item now that they are discontinued and only around 130,000 sold in the US(Pcworld article is my source). I just thought it as kinda interesting that some random site is willing to pay 270 for a phone when others of similar spec and much more popular are going for less than half of that. I almost want to contact the people that the site and ask WTF is up with that.
Oh, well I guess we can all revile in the fact that we have the the phone with the best resale value on the market However, if you are looking to upgrade, that Nexus S looks pretty sick, now might be the time to sell it to this stupid site.
Btw, I know multiple people who have sold electronics on this site, so it's not some cheetos covered nerd in his basement BSing all of us.
Which version was it..T-Mobile or ATT? You can still get the Tmo version by being a developer I'm pretty sure. Not sure where you can still get a New N1 with ATT bands though. That may increase its value?
I had to hunt down my 3 N1s I recently got and spent around $350 each and thats considered a great price. Mine were in brand new condition, with no scratch or mark anywhere. 1 of them has some dust on the bottom of the screen. Ebay sellers with good feedback get $380+ on mint condition tmo n1s, $400+ for att versions.
I sold mine last week for $500 AUD ($502.25 USD) and was the T-mobile model.
Not bad considering I paid $600 AUD for it 6 months ago. They are holding their dollar value really well in Australia.
i bought mine off someone on CL locally about 3 weeks ago for 300 with the box and all accessories, it was in good condition but had been dropped once and has a few dings from the fall as well as a small scratch on the screen. it was a screaming deal for sure. most people want at least 350 if not more. most t-mobile ones on ebay sell for around 400 and broken ones will sell for anywhere from 100-200+ dollars (i know i bought and resold a broken one hoping to fix it but ended up finding the one i got now for 300)

That's crazy. Mine is in mint condition. I have never dropped it on a hard surface; carpeted only and that was only a couple of times. I guess my mom got a killer deal. I told her she needs to take care of it. If Nexus phones keep value you never know I might make money off of it one day. I will probably buy it back from my mom once I get back from RTC because I will have a ton a money and nothing to do with it.
i just paid $400 on ebay for my att n1, mint condition with CM6.0 and root already loaded up... i considered that a great deal, since i had been seeing plenty of att n1's goin for $450-500.
these are great phones, and that guy got a steal even for a tmob version.

haha this thread is pretty interesting. Idk how much my rooted running CM6 would cost. been dropped a few time and there is one small scratch on the bottom. overall it's great though. especially i take care of the screen even though the multi-touch is crappy as hell but just a small problem. I paid $30 for a piece of sticky plastic made by zigg to cover it. but all the deals you guys been saying would probably be half of my nexus two. only if the nexus two will rock my face like my baby N1 did. otherwise I'm keeping it.

The funny thing is it is a stupid site. They will pay me a whole 47 or something odd dollars for my mint condition Nook. I freaking paid 185 for that new. I paid 550 for my Nexus and they will give me half that. Roughly, they are willing to pay 20 percent more on the dollar for my Nexus than my Nook even though the Nook is in better shape and has less wear. Also, the suckers that out right bought an Iphone, or even signed a two year contract, get only 120 for their phone. I just wish I had more obscure tech than this site is willing to buy for top dollar.
I like the idea of a Google museum. I had a G1, one of my brother's friends has a Cliq, my old boss has a MT3G. Most of those are antiques by now. I say we start tomorrow lol

Hell, I needed the money. I sell all my old tech to my family. I figure I can keep tabs on my family's tech needs better if I already know how to run it all. I'm the only tech savvy one in a family of 12, so there is a lot to do. So, I cut operating costs, opps I meant time lol, by letting them use the stuff I already had fun with. My Zune 32 Gb is going to my dad, and my computer is going to my sister when I leave in January for the Navy. Now they can call me any where in the world and I will understand what the hell they are going through. Although I really wish they didn't. I'll probably running a nuclear reactor or something when my mom calls to whine about how the touch screen is going out of wack on my old phone.

never sell! You can't even get the ATT version any more can you?
This is honestly the first phone I've EVER owned that is COMPLETELY scratch-less almost a year after purchase... that's taking absolutely NO special care of it either... I treat this thing like it's a set of car keys and FLAWLESS even today. That's the majority of the incentive for me hanging on to it for so long and not jumping to another phone... prior to this I was changing phones 3-4 times a year all 500+ a pop.

AT&T-branded phone not looking good for U.S. Release

The more I read (which is entirely too much lately), the more it seems that the SG2 is going to take a long time to have an "official" release in the US. I try to put myself in the position of there possibly being two different consumers (one for the Infuse and one for the SG2). Unfortunately, I don't think there is a "need" for both devices. It really seems counterproductive for AT&T to release the SG2 so soon after the release of the Infuse.
Call me paranoid but, I would REALLY like to have a phone that isn't a gray item (for warranty). I have faith in the hardware but you never know with electronics.
Anyone have an opinion on it? I have an iP4 which is perfectly fine. I just REALLY want to get an Android device and would prefer to stay on AT&T (service locally is good, and I am on an unlimited data plan).

If your iphone is in good shape and unlocked, sell on ebay for loads of cash. Purchase a sgs2 for 700-750. Still will be able to use your unlimited plan.
But I really dont see SGS2 on ATT anytime soon.
I thought there was some big non-carrier specific announcement by Samsung in New York on May 24th or something? Honestly, the Infuse is just an oversized SGS with an overclocked CPU.
If you've seen the video demonstrations of just how powerful the SGSII is, you'll start to realize these two devices are actually worlds apart. I'm using an unbranded SGSII, but if you're holding out for AT&T's version, don't give up yet!
You cold buy a SG2 overseas but it won't work on the same 3g band as AT&T. If you are planning to stay on at&t why don't you.buy the Motorola attic. I own one and its incredibly fast.

You'd be wrong, twice. It does indeed work on AT&Ts 3G/"4G" bands [unlocked]. Its also called the Motorola Atrix 4G, not the attic. While quick, MotoBLUR is garbage.

There's an announcement planned, yes. However, it could easily be for the AT&T branded Nexus S or one of the new tablets.
To those of us who care about hardware the phones (Infuse and SG2) are definitely worlds apart. However to Joe Consumer who doesn't know or care about hardware specs, I don't think it will matter.

I've messed with an Atrix. Seemed OK. Not spectacular though. I have a friend who actually returned his for the HTC Inspire (and loves it). That doesn't speak well to me. Plus EVERYTHING I've seen about the SG2 proves it's definitely the cat's meow (currently).

It's not just about the specs, those specs translate into REAL world performance differences. The SGSII has not even had the slightest hiccup with web browsing... regardless of how many windows are open, how many graphics are in each window, etc. My SGS, while great when it came out, easily got bogged down, and multi-window browsing was never a truly usable feature. Given the Infuse is has almost identical specs to an SGS, I predict it will have similar issues.
People keep thinking these specs being listed off are only for geeks, but once in a while, they do relate to real world usability and performance differences. And when they do, they are QUITE significant.
The title of your thread almost gave me a heart attack thinking there was some type of major technical issue uncovered. My SGS2 arrives tomorrow. More appropriate title would be "AT&T-branded phone not looking good in the U.S."
I guarantee you several hundred thousand of the 3MM presales are destined for AT&T. If you poke around the technical sites, the general consensus is a 4G version for VZW followed by AT&T this year. Nobody's even mentioning Sprint or T-Mobile. Depending on the timing, the SGS2 could be AT&T's first LTE phone. I haven't seen any updates on their LTE status but I'm guessing they're pushing to get something up quickly to show the world they'll be as good as VZW in the long run.

Sorry about the startle. I changed the title of the thread.
I am just frustrated (as are many I'm sure). I'd like to offload my iP4 before the value drops too much (iP5 release). Unfortunately, I'm unable to go without a phone and I am really nervous about a gray market item. Hell even an unbranded Samsung direct phone would work for me. I'm going to have to pay full price anyhow.
Yeah, I think ATT will get the SGS2 with LTE.
Use the fuzzy math I used to convince myself the phone was only $475. $800 - $325 (sold G2) = $475 Can you really put a price on whipping your phone out and gathering a crowd around to see it for a couple of months? My take on buying an import is you spin the wheel and take your chances. If you buy it in the UK, Samsung U.S. will service it. If you buy from Expansys they'll ship it back to the UK for you for service. How long you're without a phone is probably the biggest concern. If you use a credit card with buyers and/or warranty protection you'd have a back-up that will at least get you your money back. Go ahead, you know you want to do it
The event is NOT for the Nexus S for AT&T. Otherwise it would be an event WITH AT&T, not an independent Samsung event.
Hang in there OP. I am in the same boat. I refuse to replace my iPhone 4 with a $750 phone that will be $500 through my carrier. That's $250 in my pocket. Another $250 and I can buy one for my wife
I bet the event is for sgs2 variants. Nexus s doesn't warrant a bug event just like here in Canada it came quietly on all carriers. No big announcements. Many peope don't even know it lol.
The phone is been out a month and is at&t compatible. The event is def. about something more exciting
I'm in the same boat here, too. However after my experience with the Captivate, and the shoddy quality control of its hardware, and the still-present GPS woes and color-banding issues on the SGS II, it seems Samsung rushed yet another product to market and perhaps these extra couple months we'll have to wait will be well worth it in the end.

Could be the Tab 8.9 though.
I was wondering what could be that of the SGS II that recently went through the FCC with AT&T only bands?
I hoping the announcement on the 25th will be that Samsung will sell the GS II unlocked in the states and working on AT&T's network just like Google does sell their Nexus phones.

Do you really think it will be $500 subsidized??? There goes my dream of getting it through AT&T!!! The company only pays up to $100 for a new phone so $400 more is hefty *sob*

Go to "USA May 24th announcement" thread to discuss this, I think I mentioned pricing there, or I may be wrong.
I think there is no way the phone will be more than $250 with a 2 year contract on AT&T. My opinion (based on 12 years of buying AT&T phones on 4 lines) it will be around $250, before or after $50 mail-in rebate, depending on when it is getting released. Maybe just straight forward $200 with no rebates if it is released in the fall.

Decision on buying Unlocked or AT&T Brand

If I buy an unlocked version for AT&T where is the best place to buy one? I would want one with a warranty first and foremost. Also, is the home button one that goes out easily? Will the phone run as fast as the one that will come out on AT&T officially? I wouldn't want to spend a ton of money on an unlocked one to find out it's slower than the one that AT&T puts out for hundreds of dollars cheaper.
Next is what about warranty. How safe am I buying unlocked? I have read a lot on this board about yellow stains and stuck pixels. How common are these to get? I don't want to buy a phone that's so much money to be stuck with these problems.
Thanks all
AJ

Expansys-USA provides warranty support for phones they sell meaning they'll ship it back to the UK if it needs service. If you buy it from an authorized dealer in the U.K. it's covered by Samsung's two-year global warranty. Regardless, count on being without your phone for a couple of weeks if it needs repair. If you're looking for the safety and security of a direct replacement overnighted from your carrier and loss/theft coverage importing a phone probably isn't for you.

It seems sturdy and I don't think there were problems with the SGS1 which utilized a home button also.

Unless the AT&T version has an upgraded processor then it wouldn't be any faster. T-Mobile is getting a version with the same Qualcomm chip as the Sensation which hasn't benchmarked well. The leaked pics of Sprint's version appears to be a real SGS2. Nothing specific's been posted about AT&T's version so it could be a 4.3" display with an Exynos chip or a 4.5" display with a Qualcomm chip. They just announced there first LTE phone won't be out until the end of the year and code for AT&T's LTE network was found in one of the latest ROMs. This means their SGS2 might not come out for a while or they'll be releasing it sooner as an HSPA+ phone vs. an LTE phone.

There have been some QC issues with the screen and some variances in color temperature from device to device. If you but if from Expansys exchanging it would be fairly simple. If you buy it in the UK it'll cost you shipping. Stay away from Handtec, they were hassling people on display related exchanges.
You have been very helpful my friend. What would you do? Would you wait for AT&T? Or would you buy unlocked? I have also heard a rumor that AT&T is going to go with the 4.5 inch screen size is that true?
What about Newegg? Are they any good?
Thank you for your time.

Newegg doesn't give you a warranty with the phone and I also seen a lot of people saying it comes without a seal if that means anything.

I would get international version for faster updates or bug fixes. You get to have SGS2 before many people.
Also, is HSPA+ phone as fast as the LTE phone? Will I even notice that big of a difference?
So newegg is a no go. I checked out Expansys-US and it looks legit.

LTE only matters if you plan on keeping the phone for a long time. AT&T's only going to have 15 markets up this year. If you get an international phone you can get fake-4G for $10 a month. LTE, while faster, is $30 for 2GB of data and $10 per GB beyond that. And you can't tether at that price. I stream video and tether a tablet and have had no speed issues and I'm in a 3G market.
You sound really paranoid about getting an international phone. You need to think hard about the downside.
- Warranty work will easily take weeks.
- You can buy accident insurance from SquareTrade for $94 for two years but you can't get theft/loss protection.
- If there are QC defects out of the box it'll be a pain to exchange the phone.
The upside is you can get cheap unlimited data (via AT&T), upgrades directly from Samsung, and there's no carrier molestation with crap added or functions stripped out.
Personally, if AT&T gets the same phone T-Mobile is (4.5" display/Qualcomm chip), I'd skip it. Without the Exynos chip the 4.5" phone is an SGS2 for marketing purposes only.
Not paranoid just getting all of the facts. Is the att version going to be 4.5?

No warranty. Also, their phones have been sourced from some strange places including Russia. If you're going to mod the phone than where it's from is less important.

So do any models actually have a real US warranty? (I.e. Not the Expansys deal).
I didn't think Samsung offers any US warranty coverage since the GSII hasn't been produced for the US.
I saw the "International Warranty" model on Amazon but no one can prove it's actually warranted...they just assume it's covered in the US.

If you send a phone to Samsung for repair they'll ask for a copy of the invoice and possibly a credit card statement if they're suspicious about the authenticity of the invoice. Any phone purchased outside it's intended market of sale is considered grey market and therefore has no warranty. Same thing for purchasing it from a retailer not authorized by Samsung. Since no model of the SGS2 is intended for sale in the U.S. buying it from anyone in the U.S. means it has no warranty - no matter what the seller might tell you. Supposedly, because the warranty is considered global, a properly purchased UK phone should be repaired by Samsung in the U.S. No one's tested that though. Expansys, because they have offices in the UK, ships the phone back through their UK office for warranty repairs.
If I were to buy Expansys-US would be the place because they do cover it. Now only problem is what if I buy it and AT&T come out with theirs in two weeks LOL! Also, what's the fail rate on the screens, etc?

AT&T WILL probably have the Galaxy S II in a few weeks... if you can you are probably better off waiting to see which model you prefer. I heard US varients of the GS II were getting Tegra processors and of course AT&T will cripple the phone with bloatware and slow updates.. so I went ahead and got an unlocked one from Amazon that DOES have a warrenty. Who knows, maybe AT&T will surprise everyone and keep the Galaxy S II the way it should be.

So you don't think apple will keep it from coming out? I can try to wait a few weeks but man........it's tough. Also, hope there are not long lines like there was for the 3gs.......not worth it for this crap phone..(3GS I mean)

I doubt there would be long lines, if any for the Galaxy S II at an AT&T store. Now the iPhone 5... that's a different story haha . But yea I don't know what to say, the unlocked Galaxy S II is awesome if you have some extra money to spend... otherwise wait and see what AT&T has to offer.

Well I thank everyone for the feedback. I may wait because no warranty and the whole few weeks thing. I just hope att version isn't big as the infuse.
