HTC apk files??

Hello,
I have installed a rooted stock Desire ROM (2.29.405.2) but some apk files have been removed.
I would like to have easy installable apk files for:
HTC news (widget)
HTC Peep
HTC footprints
Can somebody please post me these files?

just download a rom, extract it and get what you want.

I have extract a couple of files but I am a noob, so I need a APK file that can be installed straight away...
Please help

Go to the Dev section of the forum, d/l one of the many stock based ROMs, and extract it from system/app.

I'm afraid it will not install if you`re running a custom rom, since it`s an Acer`s stock rom system app...

so no other way?
Only chposing a rom that already have clearfi?

I am not sure, I can be wrong, but I suppose so...
Not sure if it could be solved editing the build.prop file...

Most problems on custom rom is that if they delete the clearfi app they also delete the permission.
System/etc/permission, there should be a clearfi. XML file.
If that file is missing clearfi won't work, solution is restoring that file and then putting the clearfi app in system/app and reboot.

[Q] Guys i've deleted the files in SYSTEM/LIB/EGL/(here), what to do???

Hi guys, i just recently registered to xda-developers, and im a noob...(just to let you know)
so here's the problem:
i was just digging to my system/lib files coz i found a way to play GTA III and Temple Run etc.
so i installed the egl driver but i put it to the wrong location, instead of putting the files in system/lib/(here)
i put it to system/lib/egl and deleted the same file name, so now can anyone give me a link to the stock files in system/lib/egl/(here)
i remember it had 3 files, so please help me:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Restore a nandroid backup if you have one/ or use odin.
I will upload my libs if you need.

Just take them from your rom zip or download a custom rom (stock based if on stock based rom) and extract
if your phone isn't booting because of it put in flashable zip & flash
remember always do a nandriod backup before playing with your phone so you can just restore if anything goes wrong!

here is egl folder with: "egl.cfg,libGLES_android.so,libGLES_hgl.so" includet,its extracted from deodexed stockrom.

Need Stock SM-G900F/International Qualcomm Apks

I need the stock secsettings.apk, framework-res.apk, SecSettingsProvider.apk, systemui.apk, and the framework-res.apk for development purposes. Just simple copy/paste from /system. Need as soon as possible. Also, please state device model, etc that extracting from. I'm on sprint, so I cannot do this myself and odin files I cannot extract from where I am. Thanks.

For some reason, MEGA not loading. Can I get mirror for apks listed above in OP and possibly the whole frameworks folder?

Just need those apks straight from ROM. But Mega is not working on my end, just try another site if you could so I could download.

[Q] [i9500] Help me about xposed on stock rom

I'm on latest stock rom and i can't install xposed on it becoz firmware is odex.
Is any way to convert odex to deodex.
I can't wait to flash xposed on stock rom, plz help me...

There is a PC program called "LBD" you can find it by searching "LBD" on the XDA website.
If you dont have any knowledge don't try using it because you need to extract the firmware or copy apps from phone to PC and then make a flashable script to delete old apps and place the new ones.
I recommend you to use a custom rom.

I have successfully deodex Apps, Priv-apps, Framework folder.
So how can I make flashable zip using this 3 folder??

Download the zip that i created
Do as the following!
- Open the zip.
- Copy app, framework, priv-app folders that you deodexed to the system folder inside zip.
- Copy the zip to your phone.
- Flash it via custom recovery.

Check my profile on how to root thread and you can remove knox by installing titanium backup and select all knox apps

Sir ur link is not working for me, plz send the zip from Google drive or Mega.

Isn't it easier to install one of the already available I9500 custom touchwhiz roms? They are already deodexed and knox free.

I want HOK2 rom, it's latest firmware for indian black edition i9500 and memory leak is fixed in this version but rooted HOK2 firmware is not available yet for download.

What memory leaks? There were no memory leaks on touchwhiz lollipop.

There are like 3 types of memory leaks or more,
TW have 2 of them.
