HOW TO FLASH(please follow every step)​
1. Download the rom and place it into your external sd
2. backup your apps contacts etc if necessary
3. make sure you have another working rom or nandroid backup in sdcard..just incase your phone screws up
4. now for flashing....reboot to recovery
5. wipe data/factory reset
6. wipe cache partition
7. goto mounts and storage and format system...double check you are formatting system and noth anything else
8. go back and select install zip
9. choose zip from sdcard
10. navigate to romzip file and flash it
11.after flashing reboot..if it takes you to recovery just reboot again
12. first boot may take some time...after first boot it is recommended to reboot again​

No. 2.6 is full DEODEX ROM. 2.4, 2.5 - ODEXED...

I use twrp 2.8.30, but i have setperm error... How to solve?

ok here's the thing...
i have the n900w8 on stock 4.4.2 NI1 / rooted/twrp latest . i always flash n9005 kitkat custom roms then flash wifi/bluetooth fix everything works fine (except nfc) but what is the thing with flashing n9005 stock rom first? what exactly should i flash? i already downloaded the whole stock lollipop leak for n9005 and masik rom so please just tell me what to do now.
ps: i would have tried it but i recently moved to Russia so i can't risk breaking my phone here

am using ver 2.6

if i download and flash version 3.0 it doesnt reboot, i flashed the modem and the bootloader but it dont work. i only see the samsung logo.

Great ROM! Small question about recording
Hey Guys, I'm new here and I have to say I love this website. The ROMS are great, the community is very helpful and kind, the whole experience is awesome.
I've been using this ROM for a couple days now, version 3.0, odex and I think it's one of the best right now, thank you very much for it.
I just have on issue with it, my video recording is not working.
This might as well be due to another reason other than a ROM issue but I think you guys might be able to help me with it.
Whenever I open my stock camera, the photo functionality works correctly, I can take photos without any problem.
When I try to record a video I get a "Recording Failed" message (please see attachment).
I tried several fixes from several forums, changing the resolution, using internal storage instead of external SD, using different apps for video recording from Play Store, none of them worked.
I come from the X-Note ROM with kitkat 4.4.2 and everything worked there.
I'm about to try this solution:
- Check your Baseband in the device info
- Download the firmware that contains exactly your Baseband
- Extract the tar.md5 from the zip file
- Extract the NON-HLOS.bin from the tar.md5 file using WinRAR
- Download ODIN v3.04 (I guess in my case I'll use 3.10)
- Fire up ODIN
- Load the extracted NON-HLOS.bin into "PHONE" slot
- Keep "F. Reset Time" and "Auto Reboot" activated
- Click "Start" and wait for the process to complete and your phone to reboot
In the meantime if any of you have any other ideas, I would be very thankful for them.

Well I see that you are going to give Backup folder of your ROM. Can you please make a flashable zip with Aroma and built-in customization? This will make it more user friendly and easy to install. Moreover I'm on 11Gb pit so will this work on my device? I am worried about the same. Please make a flashable zip.

Install cm12.1 first flash it then wipe factory data reset then flash this resurrection rom.

How did you install it? Did you do a clean wipe? (data, system, cache, dalvik)

Here are some issues I got during my two days new build usage
@varund7726 First I have to say that this build is really stable and smooth, but I have some obvious issues in here some related to battery and others related to kernel settings.
Although the battery charges really really fast, It drains really quickly even during sleep and while all apps are turned off but system apps
Example: yesterday I charged the phone to 100%, It charged the whole battery in an hour, I guess, then in the last 3% before being totally charged it took another 20 mins to charge them. I used the phone for some online call and It was really stable solid battery, an hour and half of Messenger's call took only 4%. that pretty nice, isn't it? so I went to sleep and my mobile was 89%, all are off but the messenger push notification service, 5 hours later I wake up to find it's 55%!
Update: I charged my phone an hour ago, I'm now on airplane mode (sleep mode) and It drained from 100% to 90% without even touching it!
Selinux is set by default to permissive, once I tried to set to enforcing It didn't, just swtiched back to permissive once I press back.
Incall voice is really high and noisy.
The most common bug: Vibration's seekbar is not visible.
Audio FX is causing the "No audio on speaker bug"
I guess these are all the issues I noticed, I have a question:
Can I change the kernel? and if yes, could you suggest me the suitable @djmax kernel?

ROM very unstable
Help! I can barely use this ROM because I can't go more than 10 minutes without the system randomly crashing and freezing. I have to force shut down the device. This may be because I'm using Open Gapps. I'll try the recommended GAPPS and see what happens.
EDIT: I tried using the latest build of the slim gapps mini. Still very unstable and system crashing and freezing frequently. I've switched to a different rom, but I hope that these problems can be resolved in a. Future build as this rom looks really nice.

Updated today the latest version Resurrection Remix Lollipop 5.1.1 - v5.5.4. on this instruction:
-UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS-
- Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
- Take a nandroid backup
- Flash ROM using recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Reboot
- Enjoy!
After the upgrade, the application did not want to turn on the phone, I did again "Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache" - loaded. I tried to turn on the аdd three-fingers-swipe to screenshot - device overloaded himself and hung on Bootanimations. Clean installation do not want to, I'll go back to RR 0806,
because 0810 end 0820 is not stabile.
Sorry for bad English!
