I have a China version (Coolpad F2 snapdragon 615). I found that the listen level is very loud even I set the listen level to minimum. I tried to flash many different ROM but the problem still remained. I think may be need to change some parameter in the engineer mode. Anyone can help me? Thanks!
Sorry but this is the wrong place to post questions about other phones. Even though the Yu Yureka is a rebranded Coolpad F2, they both are very different in software. So please do not post such questions in the future. Try contacting the manufacturer for support.

I just receive the phone . It's a great phone But I have a big problem and I don't understand if it's soft or hardware problems.
When I call someone the receiver can't hear me but in my side I hear correctly the person. No problem with my bluetooth car. Can be software problem?
My rom is EUI:5.8.017S(stable)
Besides the second problems, when I pluged the usb-c adapator to test my headphone, the sound can be listen only on the left. My headphone hasn't got buttom mono/stereo. ( No problem with my bluetooth car)

For a new phone, you better contact Le phone support team for problems you experienced. Customer service is another key factor to decide if you need to keep the device.

Thank you, I send a mail ,for the moment no answer.i changed the rom (grossoshop) but the problem is always here.it's probably hardware problem.

Many of the users are facing this hissing sound and when on call also something like kirrr....kirrr....not for all calls but some. If you keep your ear on display and hear it very carefully you will be able to hear it.
I have post this in onplus forum too also saw other lot users facing the same issue.
Need your help in solving this.

I've just bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7; volume received on phone calls (without headset) is terrible, I can't use it anywhere that's not very quiet. MIUI 10.3.6.0. I've found lots of references to the problem with many Xiaomi phones, but not yet found a solution. I think the workaround is a headset, not great, or use speakerphone. All sound volumes are at maximum; there is no "phone volume" as such, but pressing "volume up" during a call does nothing. The usual response from Xiamo has been to run hardware diagnostics, but everything checks fine and there's no way to change things. Another suggestion from XIaomi is to backup the phone onto their cloud, factory reset, and try again; user who did it reported no improvement. I can't in all honesty use the usual sign-off HTH (Hope This Helps)

i´ve got the same problem.... someone solve it¿¿¿ or the unique answer is with diferent rom¿
Test a kernel with soundcontrol and a kernel manager like darkness . Think the Evira have it in his build.
