Moto Maxx recommended Qi charging pads? - Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo General

I believe Moto Maxx does support Qi but I can't get it to work with my nexus 5 Qi charger. Can anyone recommend a good Qi pad that works well with Moto Maxx?

Here's what I use. It's small, looks good, and works well even through a case. I have a droid turbo but I'm 99.999% sure that the hardware is the same

Perfect - thanks! I went ahead and ordered one. (I am still curious what everyone else uses if you want to post)

You can use your Nexus 5 charger, it's just harder to hit the "sweet" spot.
To use a single coil charger, you have to place the bottom third of the Moto Maxx on the middle the Qi pad. For some reason, Motorola placed the Qi receiver near the bottom part of the phone.
Our two Nexus 5 phones were easier to place. Middle of the Nexus 5 on middle of the pad. Done.
I've used my Nexus 5 charging pads with my Moto Maxx, but it's not easy. (I own several.)
So I found a solution! I've just bought two "3-coil" chargers, and it doesn't matter where the phone is placed. Instead of one coil in the charging pad, there are THREE coils -- placed all over. The Moto Maxx will connect to the Qi pad instantly!
Check them out on Amazon. I really like the tilted one...

Not bad for the price
How well does it charge comparing to home charger? I have a cheap one that I used with Tilt and it charged the Tilt extremely slow comparing to the home charger.

It seems to charge just as fast as the home charger, if not a little faster. If there's a program or something I can use to get the actual watts, let me know.

Look for a program called Tbattery. It will tell you how much power is being drained or added.

Not sure about that particular cable but can say if it has Ethernet it is a 1.4a rated cable. One of the newest standards out. I used a cheap cable on my wife's Xoom and had non problem. Many places to get cheap cables.
Mono price.com. , merit line.com shoot even amazon and eBay. Maybe there was a different issue there.
I see that it is a crap cable I plugged it in again and it worked but it was a little off like with the picture size like I only see 2 squares of the right top side app draw button
Thanks I didn't know this was the new style I will exchange it tomorrow b4 I leave for Detroit test at my brothers house
Edit- also cable needs to be in one position or no pic its 100% a dud can't wait to play n64 or modern combat 3 on big screen!

[Q] Nexus original charger specs? + UK to EU plug

A lot of discussion about aftermarket chargers and car chargers, but I cannot find specs for original nexus/asus charger that you get in the box.
Is it the same as this one?: http://www.asus.com/Peripherals_Acc...Nexus_7_10W_Adapter_and_Cable/#specifications
If not, could someone please post exact specs of the charger (everything written on it) for UK and EU (i know they are most probably exactly the same, but I want to be sure)
Also, since the UK charger comes made out of two parts (as seen in any nexus 7 UK unboxing video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=bfd8ithIxFg#t=229s ), is there a EU version of this? Because UK plug is the only one with detachable plug, as far as I've seen US and EU come normally, without any detachable parts. Is it a very specific part, or can I go to some local electro store and get EU plug?
Thanks!
Really, everyone talking about how they're enjoying their nexuses, and NO ONE will take 1 minute of their time to copy specs off the adapter?
Please, it's not too hard to do.
This is the very same universal charger that comes standard with the Nexus 7. If you care to read the label of yours, you'll see it's exactly the same one, specs (and looks) wise.
Regarding the detachable adapter, I think the one included in the "ASUS Traveller's Kit" for the Eee Pad TF101 is fully compatible but unless you can find someone who's willing to sell you this specific detachable plug in separate, you might as well buy the official ASUS Nexus 7 adapter specific to your country.

Cheers!
I will read charger specs myself in two weeks, when I indeed do get it. For now, I don't have it just yet, and I can't find info on it. I'd basically only like to know output current, so I can compare it to my Sony and Samsung chargers.
About the travel kit, thanks for the tip! Too bad the Eee pad has a completely different plug, and I'm not paying 30$ just to get the EU plug
Even the charger alone is quite expensive. I guess I'll just use one of those massive bulky traditional travel converters
Thanks for answering!

Supplied charger

The supplied charger is only 1.1Amp. Guess I will have to go looking for a turbo charger

No, but really, that's a pretty weak charger indeed.

Get a few of these. I bought 6 when they were $3 a piece.

First generation was 2A. Still have those!
i also need turbo charger.......
Unlockcode4u
I use an Anker charger with 2.4A output per port and I can only get a max charging rate of 1.26A per hour. The phone seems to charge pretty slow, taking a little more than 2 hours.
even though it is low, my phone still seems to charge very quickly. i'm not sure i need a turbo charger anymore
Same with me. Maybe its because my old phone charged so much slower, but my Moto X seems to charge extremely fast regardless of what charger I use.
Same here. Charging is quicker than my n4 with the supplied charger. I am surprised
sent from my Moto X (2014)
I am coming from an ancient Galaxy S2 HD LTE and a Droid 3 so switching to the Snapdragon S4 was a huge improvement for me in charge time, guess they have Quick Charge 1.0. With the Motorola charger that came with the wife's Moto X, I can get to 90% in around 2 hours from 27% which is pretty damn quick in my book considering the size of my batteries (3500 and 3300 mAH). I'm prepared to be impressed with the 30 min charge to 90% when people start posting their screen shots! LOL
Here are my phones for reference:

Droid Razr Maxx HD
I use my Galaxy S5 charger, super fast.
From my testing the phone only seem to be able to pull in 1.26A, and it will take 2hours for a full charge, and 100minutes for 90%. I'm using an Anker charger with 2.4A output per port and an iPad 2.1A charger, plus a 20AWG USB cable. This phone doesn't seem to charge very fast.

Last I checked only samsung chargers support 25-45w on the note 10 (don't think any 3rd party has made something with the proper PD configuration yet). Don't think they've released a 25w car adapter yet.

You can calculate the watts yourself. Pretty easy by multiplying the voltage by the amperage . On that one the two options are:
5v*2a = 10 watts
or
9v*1.67a = 15 watts
thanks man. I guess I knew that but hadn't used it in so long. anyone found a high watt car charger ?
