[Q] LED notification Lights not working for apps, But works while charging, call. - YU Yureka Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

The led notification does not work for any app. While charging it shows red, blue and finally green upon full charge. also when a new call comes, a violet led appears. But it doesnt for facebook, hike, whatsapp, etc.Since RGB is working fine, hence it has to be a software issue. I am among the first customer to buy yu on 13th Jan. Please help.

Does your phone led id still not working...? Same problem with my phone too...
What to do now......?
Thanks in Advance!!!

LED Notification light

I am running an android build (froyo v2) on my stock hd2 rom. I have had a few issues but they have all since passed. The only thing I miss is the notification lights. For example if I had an unread sms it would keep blinking. This doesnt seem to work on the android build. Another problem I have is that when I charge, the led light doesn't stay on, it only blinks if i unlock the screen and touch the notification bar, but it never stays on....
I did a search on google and on the forums and couldn't find anything.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hi. Is this issue resolved yet? I am using daniest v4.2. I went to display to enable the led notification option for miss call and sms but it is still not lighting up. However it lights up in red when on low battery.
some release use some libs that break led notification.. i use a release like that and i've solved my problem with "led me know".. it's an app that activate led notification. sometimes don't work fine but is well.

Thanks! I will reply with a feedback after trying it out. Thanks friend!
you're welcome man!
After trying out led me know for a day, it seems very stable. No issues at all. Blinking of led stops once missed calls and unread messages are dismissed. By the way i had the compatibility mode enabled.

Blinking green led

I'have set the Settings/Device/LED/Notification to on.
Now when a SMS inbox, the led starts to blink in green and never stops no matter if I read the message or not.. I don't know how to handle this.
Unfortunately Lightflow has major issues with talkbac, so I don't use it.
Anybody?

[Q] Galaxy Note 3 notification LED not working

Hi everyone,
I have an unrooted Galaxy note 3 device (India). Since a week the notification led has stopped working. Now the LED does not glow at all for any of the events like charging, sms, and other notifications. I tried searching this issue in the forums but could not find such issue in any of them so i have created a new thread.
Has any of you faced a similar issue? what can be the problem and what can be the fix for it?
-Regards
Nikesh
On dialer, press *#0*#, then LED from the menu.
What happens?
It shows RED (in red)
after tapping again, it shows GREEN, then BLUE and finally END
Not a hardware problem then.. Have you tried a 3rd party LED app, e.g Light Manager?
No i havnt tried any third party app.
Try flashing the LED drivers..

d802 lollipop led problem

hello,
I have a problem with the lights that mark the receipt of a message,
Sometimes blue light still flashing telling me about a new alarm even though I read all warnings
Standard mode I receive notifications and alerts Led - or blue or green depending on depending on the message but sometimes even blinking blue LED Although there is no warning
This is a known bug ?, it has a repair?

Yes, this is known problem of LP for G2. I fix it by turning off LED notifications, and turning it back on. But it does not help all the time.

Notification LED works only for charging

Rooted phone here.
The notification LED doesn't seem to be working for...notifications. No matter what kind, I can never tell I have a notification until I turn the screen on. Anyone have the same problem/solutions?
Not really, perhaps the problem is that it's only Red or Green, its not an RGB LED. I've seen it blinking when a whatsapp message comes in or if I have a missing call but it blinks too fast, so that's the problem and you can't change the timing either.
