Nice ROM
Absolutely love the ROM, but I can't recieve phone calls for some reason, the phone on the other end rings but nothing shows up on my screen, it doesn't register a missed call either.

I just flashed v8.14weekly clean and I have only 2 questions.
1 - is there a fix for the gyro/compass? Does anyone else have any issues on their device using gyro or compass based app?
2 - is theming ever going to be supported by slim?

Hello all, I successfully flashed a sprint phone from another owner to the slimkat stable Rom. The problem happened when I went to get it switched over to my service plan when he put the imei number in and rebooted it continued to look for service without ever connecting. Any ideas?

are these custum rom are carrier unloked internationally.?

Me too. I had to enter my APN settings for ATT Phone to get data working, but so far so good! I've posted some screenshots from my first day and a half of testing in the thread. [emoji106]

Anyone running this on their G900A able to get the USB drivers to install? I can't.

I have attached a screenshot after flashing the V2, beside i can not access to root again and I only see 4g icon instead of LTE icon before. I am in Toronoto Canada with Fido which band 4 should be fine. any help? it said LTE connected but I don't see the LTE icon but 4g

i flashed the rom and it is beautiful. i am using verizon and i get voice but no data unless i'm on wifi. is there a fix for this?

Battery Charging
I'm currently using Version 1 which i am enjoying greatly. but i found a problem which is that when i connect the charger the battery icon in the status bar doesn't change as if i didn't connect the charger and there are no indications that its charging except the red LED and the plug in sound. but overall Great Work مشكور على الجهد

Been having this issue with the last two versions I think, it doesn't seem to matter how many times it's downloaded.
I've tried the remount,unmount solution via TWRP but doesn't seem to be working on my end...
Also did a bit of searching and kinda curious is that problem with TWRP mentioned anywhere else perhaps with a bit more details?

I think I found a bug, when rotating from portrait to landscape, camera right side, the navigation buttons disappear but not to the left.

Installed successfully, but the posted link to the custom Gapps led to it being stuck on the introduction screen with the "checking connection", so I had to find a better version elsewhere. Also: It doesn't charge past 45%, and I turned the power off and let it sit overnight.

Ok this might be a bit newbyish question but please bear with me. I had been running this rom with little to no problems. Dirty Unicorns lollipop 5.1.1 was recently released so I upgraded. I thought I was all set after the first day or so so I stupidly deleted my nand backup of Dirty Unicorns 4.4.4 v8.2. But after a couple of weeks I've decided I really don't care for the lollipop version and I want to get back to this version. So I wiped Dalvik, Cache, System and Data in the latest version TWRP. I then install the 4.4.4 v8.2 zip and everything looks like it installs fine, but when I reboot I get the Google screen, then it goes black, with the backlight on. It never gets beyond that point. I haven't done anything "special" with any settings so I'm not sure what's happening. I am able restore the nand backup of my lollipop install but I cannot seem to install a 4.4.4 at all. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Has anybody had success with overclock on the 5.1.1 ROM? I can't seem to set anything above 1300Mhz. It's pretty fast already but I'm a speedfreak.
Awesome work though, love the ROM.

new version for slim f2fs
Hi, sorry for my stupid question, I'm newbie.
There is a new version for F2FS other than Slim-grouper-4.4.2.build.4.8-WEEKLY-3876-F2FS.zip?
On slim website is Slim-grouper-4.4.4.build.8.10-WEEKLY-7760, but without F2FS.
If I install 4.4.2, can I update from ota to 4.4.4 without problems?

1. No 3G after update (only WiFi)
2. I try to update from ota with fail (as was expected), but every time after restart/power on, it downloads the update
How can I solve the two issues? Get the 3G part and stop download the update.

Find out how to root your device (tilapia), and then find out how to do a clean install.
Sorry not much info. I use the nexus 7 wifi (grouper) so things might be different

Can anyone guide me how can I do a stock nakasig-ktu84p-tilapia-4.4.4 with All-F2FS?
I make a build, but I'm missing something, because after flash doesn't start. Can someone look into it, if I will put to a host?

New to custom ROMs
Hey all, this is my first experience with a custom rom. First off, thanks for resurrecting my dying Nexus 7! Works like a dream now.
Same question as above, I'm getting notices of updates from SlimKat and Google. I assume I should ignore/disable those - anybody know a good guide for disabling that stuff? I should get the newer SlimKat+F2FS updates direct from the Legolas thread, right?
Second, I've found out that my device is no longer compatible with some stuff - mostly Rovio games. What gives?

Hey , have you convert the slimkat rom to the f2fs partition system?
without that you can not boot it (same on my nexus7).
After converting the rom all is fine and the rom will boot.

Running 5.1 pre2 and so far everything has been great. I noticed in the features section (for 5.0.2) an advanced power menu is mentioned. Is that in the pre2 build?

new but not new nexus 4
Picked up a nexus 4 on the cheaps. Issue is device is stuck on cwm. Apparently previous owner deleted is files and now won't boot into anything other than recovery. I have stock os file and two ROMs I was thinking of trying. My problem is I can't communicate with device (no drivers) I downloaded the universal drivers and I also downloaded both google and nexus drivers that I got from other posts on here. I still can't see my device on my computer. Any help???

Great work on the ROM. Guess 5.1/Test-4 does not include battery percentage at status bar and some other things mentioned in the feature list yet? Which radio/bootloader versions should I be running with 1.1? All I'm getting with is bootloop.

yes, no battery percentage right now, maybe I leave it out.
how, what did you flash to get bootloops? from 1.0 I wouldn't dirty flash. but from pre2 to pre4 i did clean and dirty flash and have no issues.

I did clean flash, couldn't get it to boot no matter what I wiped. Need to run 5.0.x droid until Xposed is updated, can't live without that.

Take another rom if you wanna use xposed, thank you

Would it be possible to add in the volume rocker long press to change music tracks while the screen is off? It's one feature that I used all the time on some other roms. Very handy for changing tracks while driving, exercising, doing dishes etc.. If not, no biggy. I can live without it. Great work so far
