Put your phone into download mode using a USB jig
You will have to buy one
You can then flash stock rom via odin

Flash philz recovery..
In the power off options you have download mode
You can enter it from there
Edit : For using the Download Mode from TWRP, Press Reboot and then Download..

You must be using a wrong combination of keys while trying to boot into download mode
Ok for Now your recovery is working so you can adb push a custom rom from your pc to your mobile (given that you have cwm recovery installed) then just flash it
For adb to work you need correct drivers to be installed and maybe you will also need to manually update the driver through device manager

You can always use a recovery to get into the download mode.
Flash Stock rom..
Root your phone
Download quickboot from the play store/Wanam xposed.(for activating 4 way boot menu...
Get into Download mode from there..
Doesn't this work??

If you don't have downloade mode, then you probably got a clone.

If that is right and if what @Lennyz1988 said is not true you need a USB Jig or a Jtag to get into download mode

Try connecting your phone when its in download and try with Odin, if it recognize your device than just flash stock rom.

Try a different version of Odin first. For me only 3.09 and upwards works.
Install Samsung kies 3 to make the phone recognizable by pc and try flashing stock firmware with odin 3.09
First of all, you should download the drivers and stock rom from Sammobile.
Found the drivers here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/k93a92c9rpyg4r5/Samsung-Usb-Driver-v1.5.55.0.exe
(not sure if they work, go and ahead install them and boot to download mode, then see, if odin recognizes it)
Latest Odin download: http://odindownload.com/
If the drivers work and your device is connected to the computer(also boot into download mode) and odin recognizes it:
1) Choose bootloader, then search for your downloaded firmware.
2) Head to the options tab and tick "Nand Erase All", "Phone EFS Clear" and "Phone Bootloader Update".
3) Then hit start and wait it to finish.
It should delete everything on your phone, restore it like it came out of the box.
If the drivers don't work let me know, I'll search for other working ones.

[SOLVED] Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 Hard Brick (can't go to recovery/download modes)

ISSUES:
- Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 (Exynos, 3G, International) only shows boot logo.
- Hardware buttons broken; can't go to download mode
SOLUTION:
1. Get a USB JIG (USB boot resistor tool). That will boot phone to download mode.
2. Connect phone to PC.
3. Flash stock rom via ODIN.
I am no expert, but you should be able to Fastboot flash a recovery on the phone if you can get it in Download mode.. You say you cant access the Download mode. You cant hit the volume down button-home button-power button all at once?

Apologies for the late reply.
Can't hit the volume down + home button + power button combination, because my power button's broken.
Will try your suggestion if I get a way to get to download mode.
If you still need to get it into download mode, dona google search for samsung 300k tool. It will get you into download mode then just flash the latest firmware thru odin.

Nope, it doesn't work :'( Samsung 300k tool only works if
a. phone is powered on
b. PC recognizes phone
Thanks for the suggestion, though. I guess I have no choice but to find a service center...
