Do you mean the stock Web browser?
If so I believe that it is not possible, sure there was a thread about somewhere about it

I was hoping you weren't gonna say that (about the battery) the change list is substantially different to the other 4.2.2 firmwares, I thought they may have addressed that issue.

I m from india and I m going to buy it in few days so I just wanted to know whether indian version of note 8.0 ( note 510)(N5100) has a 30 pin connector or micro usb because I saw some reviews on youtube and some has 30 pin connector and some had micro usb port so I m really confused which one it has ???
Edit got the answer for 2) question went to samsung store near my house and saw the tablet it has micro usb

Updated yesterday. Battery draining is normal in my opinion. Phone feels a little snappy now. However had to factory reset as some of my previously installed apps crashed due to changes in internal storage identification.

Apart from the new bloatware and the loss of root access, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
I love the new 4.2.2 update.
The s pen is better now. .it was horrible in the german firmware
Battery seems to be the normal usual. . No excess drain

That's interesting, how long were you using the German version before you were aware of the drain? And did you flash this one in the same way, mobile Odin with no wipe etc...
As I did wonder whether doing a clean slate flash and wipe would have helped matters with the German variant. I might give this one go if the vibes are positive.

The battery on the German version was also not different...I was just responding to the queries above....flashed the German rom the day it came out
...I flashed both the roms using PC odin..Didn't root my note 8 yet...Didn't really feel the need. ...But funnily on either rom can't get to wipe cache...getting error..so no manual wipe,..But believe PC odin does wipe cache

Hi everyone,
I was going to ask the same question as well here,been home quite alot at the momment because of an illness.When everyone gets out of the house and I´m alone,I watch either a film or some episodes from any series using my Note 3.Been doing this the past few months without any problems what so ever until 2 days ago.At long last I got my KK update BUT since this update my Screen Mirroring DOES NOT WORK.My Note 3 finds the Samsung Cast Dongle but it just won´t make any Connection.Tried all sorts of things but without any success,has anyone else here problems since the KK update and Screen Mirroring using Samsungs Cast Dongle??

After looking around in the WWW I founded a patch that is availble in Google Play.Downloaded installed and made a new connection with my Cast Dongle and what happened.....IT WORKS.Maybe it will help others...and me.....time to watch a film

Same here I downloaded the patch and it said in "state" not needed and still no mirroring .... [email protected]$ you Samsung and your "who cares if one out of 1000 useless gimmick features does not work. They still have 999 left" attitude

Same Massage here, but anyhow.... after the patch and reboot screen mirroring works again.

In ROM X-Note Port GS5 (N9005) I saw a nice s-view mod, when we're going to change the image can be done in the application (see video)
does anyone ever see the same things that can be used in note 3 (not s5 port)...

I have a friend that owns the Chinese clone of the galaxy note 3 and hes been having some issues with what i'm sure is software related, I have done some research on the matter, am i able to use the same recovery and roms for the original note 3 so he can remove the Chinese os from his phone, thank you.
Since its a clone it will most likely have a different SOC which means that all content for the Note 3 will be incompatible.
OK is there a thred on here for that specific phone that I might be able to find the tools to help him?

Go into settings, about phone, and find the exact model of this clone... then do a simple google search for what exactly you want including your device's model that you found earlier...
