I've pre-ordered the 32GB black version of the Xperia Tablet Z for €549 + the official Sony leather case in black, which was only €40 instead of €80 during the pre-order period. I'm really looking forward to receive it! (just hoping that the availability date of 22 May is correct...)
Preordered mine from Sony about a month ago when they offered the 10% discount. So got it at about £360. Only got the 16GB version as I can expand on micro sd which I personally think would be more than sufficient for my usage.
On the Sony website it states that it has been handed to their shipping partners and it is on their way. So hopefully it'll get to me on time (fingers cross for it arriving early ) Can't wait to share my experience.

quite nice of them to have put that 10% discount on it that day

well ahead of the May 24 expectation they set on the US Sony Store. Purchased the 16GB WiFi unit via our Corporate Perks EPP agreement - $449.99 USD + tax. Ordered it last week.
I got drunk the other night and pre-ordered the 16GB LTE version for € 628,99 + 80 for the flipcover from sony.nl, did I make a mistake? I never bought a device without thoroughly reading reviews and analyzing benchmarks. I hope the screen is better than the experia z but I have no idea

Purchased a 32GB black wifi model from Japan from Yodobashi for 59800 yen which worked out after conversion to be 590AUD. Tried to get the cradle as well but they're sold out over there. Am hoping to buy the cradle once the Australian release happens (June).
The tablet Z is really nice, first thing most people say is that it's so thin and light which at 500 grams it is quite surprising!
The Throw feature and remote app has definitely come in handy when I'm on the couch and the remote is too far away

mine is NTT docomo model SO-03E, have the tv antenna near the headphone jack.
paid HKD 4380 (approx. US$565) to a HKG parallel importer retail shop on May 3, after Sony HK has announced the HK version at a rip-off price. HKD 5,298 (black 4G version with 16 gb storage, WITHOUT the charging dock)
3G version with 32GB storage in White color, WITH a black charge dock.
firmware version:
out of the box 10.1.E.0.244
OTA updated to 10.1.E.0.250
rooted using ROOT MANY ANDROID tool after 250 upgrade
except for the fact that the touch screen is too sensitive at times.
(while i am sliding my fingers during a list, 9 out of 10 times the touch screen would have reacted as if i have clicked somewhere and chose an item in a list.)
heard that new firmware version number 265 would have this fixed. but cannot do OTA update now that i am rooted...

Received a second email stating that the "Tablet is on it's way"... however, the online webpage doesn't show it as shipped. Called in and the store said that it had not shipped and that shipping was still expected to occur around May 24.

Well for one, I'm a member to the UK sim free waiting room.
I have a white 128gb on back order with EE. Got this through the company that handles my businesses communications needs. They have advised between 1-3 weeks wait. I've no issues with the wait. Looking forward to the phones arrival.
If we could use this thread to highlight any UK sim free deals and delivery time I think that would help us guys over here.

OK still no UK sim free deals that I can find. I know CPW are offering the S6 32gb and 64gb as handset only.. but I'm really trying my best to hold out for the edge.
Just spoke with the company that is attempting to get me my phone. It seems the 128gb sim free release are weeks away still, Mid June is an estimate. 64gb are becoming incredibly hard to source.. It sure looks like Samsung have a winner on their hands. Great news for them.. not so good for us customers that want sim free deals.
Just got mine today from CeX, aka www.webuy.com . I got it for less than RRP too! They might still have a few in stock, I got a black 64GB version. It was in box and everything is in place, only thing was added by CeX was a barcode on the inside of the box for their internal tracking I guess.

Just placed the order for mine also. Grabbed a grade A unlocked black 64gb .. I would be interested to see where this stock is coming from.. hope it's not the scratchgate stock... lol
Oh well.. i will probably move to a different handset in a few months anyway..

No problem. I just looked by chance, didn't think they'd have had any but I guess someone bought tons up and sold them off to them or something. I got a Grade A 02 Black 64GB since that was all they had in black when I ordered. Annoyingly it's locked to 02, I'm gonna have to pay to unlock it since I want to be on three.

Just got an email showing the Redmi Note 2 Prime (32GB) being on sale for the next few days.

Gearbest is so shady and I will never use them again, I'd recommend staying far away.
I ordered a Chuwi Vi10 64GB w/ keyboard case on 9/11/15; I had to do the "sketchy" ID verification also, but they took my order and my money.
I received a broken keyboard on 10/2/15 , and over 30 days later, still no tablet.
Now the replacement keyboard is out of stock.
They suggest I find an alternative keyboard to replace it (for a custom keyboard/case made for the tablet, WTF!).
I've re-ordered the tablet & keyboard from banggood.com, got my fingers crossed.
P.S. Techtablets has other user reviews for Gearbest, they pretty much suck!!!
I also suggest to stay away from gearbest.... I cancelled my order because it appeared as "processing" for too many days.
They answered my tickets with delay and always with generic apologies but never gave me a real dispatch date. As I heard there are many people waiting for their redmi note 2 I assume they just don't have enough pieces in stock (despite they show all the phones as available).
I still have another order made on 09/27 yet "processing".
I didn't cancel it only because those are 20$ of accessories for my xiaomi yi and in this case I don't care to wait too long, but still this tells me how efficient they aren't with their business.
I'm still waiting for my redmi note 2 from gearbest.com I ordered on 30th September. How long after cancellation did you receive refund? As of now they don't seem to want to answer my ticket!

Before coming to the forums and reading this, I ordered one from this site (though it was before the sale). So far it has been smooth, as yesterday it shipped. Hoping now that there's a phone somewhere in that package...
I've ordered a Redmi Note 2 16 GB from Gearbest. Took them about a week to dispatch my phone and another week to get it(used a faster cargo choice).
The only issue i have with the phone is bloatware which everyone seems to be having but other than that the phone is stable and fast.
Just buy the TDD version to get a discount

The problem with gearbest and many other sites that never have real stock and needs the money from the orders to buy the phones. In some cases the phones are out of stock from the manufacturer and they have to wait. I made the order for the prime the 19st of september and ships the 4th of october.

Guys try To2c.com for your xiaomi phones i ordered mine on a friday evening and by the next wednesday lunchtime i had my shiny new Redmi Note 2 Prime shipped via dhl and updates all the way through the process.

yes it is! i just placed my preorder as well. 64GB aluminum is exactly what i wanted. I am hoping Best Buy carries it, but i decided to go ahead and preorder it in case they do not
The 32GB in Aluminum is also available in the US currently.

I just ordered, but they did not send me a confirmation email for my order, it does appear as pending on my list of transactions on my google account.
I randomly checked the us google site and to my surprise the aluminium 32GB and 64GB were available. I order the 64GB. The ship date for the 32GB is 1-2 business days and the 64GB I ordered said Leaves warehouse by November 12.
Got one! Very happy.

This launch is so crape on so many levels when on earth will it be possible to get the grey one in the UK or am I better off ordering one from Germany etc?

Ordering from amazon should be fairly safe in terms of return policy etc, but they don't have it in stock yet either, so I'm not sure how much that helps. I also wouldn't pay significantly more just for the chance of getting it a bit earlier.
I don't suppose you plan a trip to Germany because Saturn Germany has the grey version available online but they are only shipping inside Germany so I let it ship to a store in Passau and am getting it today.

I live in the Netherlands and just ordered a gray Axon 7 at Media Markt Germany because I also couldn't wait for a (not even confirmed) release in The Netherlands. I used a site called mailboxde.com to ship the phone to one of their deposit boxes in Germany and they will then ship it to my house. I read overwhelmingly possitive reviews about this service so I have high hopes I won't be screwed. I will keep you updated when I do indeed receive my phone. Maybe if Mailboxde proves to be reliable it will be a valid option for you too.
