Hi Developers
Some developer is available to port the MIUI ROM V5 for our device? The MIUI has its code on github, the PatchRom. But we need some developer to build for our device, the MIUI is one of the best and most famous Rom !!! And Lollipop will take for the Moto And I'm willing to try to fix the bugs if someone compile, not compile because I have not bo internet connection nor a good computer!

Hi Guys,
The reason I started this thread is that I believe that there are some really good Chinese/Asian roms available that don't get much credit and mainly because we don't know much about them.
I will try to list some roms that I am aware of and provide the links to them. Your input at this point is very much appreciated to provide additional info on other available roms and also feedback.

This is where my list ends, I know there are roms like LewaOS, JoyOS, ShenDU OS, LezoOS and I think few more which I don't know about and not sure if they are made or ported to Milestone 2.
Well, board is open for discussion and sharing.
P.S.: Also if you know any of these rom available for Defy(+) I can try to port them to Milestone 2. But I prefer porting ICS or JB roms.

I'm using MokeeOS and I am loving it!!! just amazing, very fast and functional!!
I see ONE little problem...the camera has no big performance, but i'm searching a metod to increment in 'build.prop' for solve this! =) thanks for this post, Megalith27!! hugs =)

Do you have a official cyanogenmod for MS2 ?
Does MS2 have a official version of cyanogenmod ?
I'm not exactly sure why there haven't been any MIUI Official or Unofficial builds. There are alot of requests on MIUI forums and alot of my old devices had at least an Unofficial build. From what i learned, MIUI is based off Cyanogen, so what is so difficult for those *experienced* developers? I have even offered to pay for a build and updates that follow. I personally have no idea how to build a ROM and everything on XDA is outdated on how to.
So now i beg, would 1 of you talented developers PLEASE build a MIUI ROM....

What they have done is to facilitate people to make Flyme roms for other devices, nothing more.

Whats the drawback for meizu if they just open the Bootchain for us.

I am learning how to create/port a rom for device. As a fresh start I want to to port a MIUI for Moto G4 plus device.
can someone guide me and let me know what are difficulties in porting MIUI8/7 for moto G4.
Since MIUI 8 Patchrom is yet to be release can I give a shot to MIUI 7 but its kitkat based rom.
Let me know the possibilty of this project.
I would appreciate if someone wants to work out on this with me.
this way I can also contribute towards XDA society.

yeah, first all all you need kernel source
oppo havent realeased kernel source. no custom rom
second no one has made a device tree for f1s, no custom rom
Pls create a proper forum for f1s im interested in porting and developing roms but i dont know if there are ported roms already just to make my work easier.

I have Miui 8 ported for this device with android version 6.0 but someone already ported Lineage os 14.1 and deleted the links from xda and over the internet also.
So basically rom exists but only to those persons who downloaded it in 2017-18 or 2018-19. (I exactly don't remember the year, sorry)
