[Q] Cant flash CM on LG G2 D802

Hello everyone! I am trying 2 days now to flash CM 11 on G2 via TWRP and today via CWM both latest versions with no success any help?

try to download again CM maybe the file isn't complete!

I just want to ask you how could I replace TWRP Recovery with CWM on my LG G2 D802 International?
I have rooted and installed TWRP but I have issue with installing CyanogenMod 10.2 Stable (I checked MD5 and downloaded it many times), as I understand is a problem of TWRP compatibility.

is youre phone rooted and is it a D802??

If you're rooted - > here

Also flashes a moded boot.img that fir my caused problems with tap to wake.
Though it worked fine on my friends 802.

I don't really need recovery as i only use exposed and the camera mod, which uses an APK to flash it now. I just flashed stock KDZ to fix it ^_^

"3845#*802# -> settings -> upgrate touchscreen firmware -> wait 5-10 seconds. Voilla
802 -> 800, 801, etc...

[Q] I need help to install recovery

Hi. First of all, sorry for my english.
I've got a problem when I try to install custom recovery or TWRP or Philz.
This is what happens when I install it in my LG G2 D802.
/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/aboot: cannot open for read: Permission denied
Unable to open /data/local/tmp/aboout.img: No such file or directory
[+] loki_patch v2.1
[-] Failed to open /data/local/tmp/aboot.img for reading.
[+] loki_flash v2.0
[-] Failed to open aboot for reading.
Reboot into recovery no [y/n]?
I tried everything and it still not works, i'm going crazy :laugh:
I hope that you can help me. Sorry for my english again, thank you all.

Yes, it's rooted. And it's 4.4.2 stock rom.
I've tried that but the app says: "AutoRec cannot install it. Try to install it manually" or something like that.

Autorec doesn't work on every variant. You might have to flash a different stock ROM using this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 and then use autorec. What is your software version?

I've flashed a Stock ROM today and it isn't works. What do you mean with Software version? It's a LG G2 D802 with Stock ROM 4.4.2

His error actually said that Autorec couldn't install loki(it means : 1. it isn't properly rooted 2. it isn't stock rom 3. he didn't give the permissions)

I think i've done it all. My rom is this:
6H3/HUTCHISON_16G(UNITED KINGDOM) V20D LGD802 from LG firmware lists (I can't paste links)
I'm from Spain and that ROM is from United Kingdom, could it be the problem?

OMG. I don't know how I've done this but AutoRec has finally installed TWRP. And I can enter recovery mode and it appears Team Win.
I've rooted it again and installed the apk. Thank you guys.
Can I install custom ROMs now, right?

[Q] NEED HELP! Soft-brick L7 P705

Hey guys ?
Can anyone help me with this?
My device, LG L7 P705 went bootloop/soft-brick after an accidental factory reset while running with cm-11 By Cyanhacker
The very reason is first, while i was using the custom rom, there was this "android has stopped working......" and so, when I proceeded to cwm recovery, I accidentally did a factory reset which I should have not done on cm roms. Since then, I couldn't even go to cwm recovery.
I have tried flashing stock rom V20B using the kdz updater and it said, it has successfully flashed the firmware I wanted but it stuck into boot animation.
Can anyone help me?

yes this work perfectly...but,but,but this rom is for P700,because there is no for P705..
after you flash this rom with kdz.
install CWM for P705 from IMERs CM11 thread,and flash custom rom for P705, because you will get battery drain from NFC.
I do same when buy this device trust me

Dude, I haven't tried yet the kdz file that you recommended. I just did the flashing through Lg Mobile Support Tool . And when I did it, this is what I got.
and everytime I press the buttons to proceed to recovery mode and hard reset, I get into emergency mode..
You got any idea how to unbrick this?

Hey dude. Just unbricked my L7.
I just did a hard reset and it was really a "hard reset" because it was so hard to do that.
Well, anyway, thanks for the help dude.
Now, my problem is its baseband. my phone has lost signal/network signal though it reads my sim card..
can you help?

Try tp flash new baseband. search on google. Lg L7 basebands, sorry I don't have time now to give you a link, sorry,sorry,sorry

not sure but maybe skr tools might help, or what about flashify.? not sure if flashify can be used though.

Im running the exact same make & model (G2 VS9803AA). Were you able to find a safe & reliable method of installing TWRP, by chance?

Flash VS98039a firmware using KDZ method. Then root the phone using LG Root Tool. Install AutoRec Lollipop from Playstore to install TWRP.
