I really want to try out the new lollipop on my s5. but its been a while since the last time I did any form of flashing and I am having some trouble figuring out witch ones is safe to flash on my S5 900f, witch was bought in Norway.
I am currently running a Omega Rom and have flashed and tested a few other 4.4.2 roms, so I think ill be able to figure it all out if I can just figure out witch ones is safe
Modell number: SM-G900F
Another number I dont know what is: G900FXXU1ANE2
Build number: Omega 7.1 - XXU1ANG2

in the download sectoin there I find this message:

i wanted to root my device,but can't find the accurate Files for the build number. KTU84P.G901FXXU1ANI4
my device runs on Android 4.4.4
& every where i Found accurate root files for "KTU84P.G901FXXU1ANI6" or for "KTU84P.G901FXXU1ANI5".
Here's my Device info:

Security Software Version: MDF v1.0 Release 4

I have the same problem. Chainfire downloads have been updated and this file is now only for Android 6.0.1 Same link different file. I am also looking for the old version for Android 4.4.4.

NO! You will brick your phone. It has to be for the g901f. Simply look around the forums. Search for your specific model and you'll find the rom you're looking for. I need your help desperately cause i ruined my phone. Recently changed rom from 4.2.2 to 4.3 but it collapses all the time. Wifi dont open,keyboard collapse,etc.Phone dont allow me return to factory defaults and i cant install a new rom. I dont know how to find the right kernel and i messed up with odin. Please help me. My phone details are:
DEVICE NAME: SAMSUNG-SGH-I337
ANDROID VERSION:4.3
BASEBAND VERSION: I337UCUEMK2
KERNEL VERSION: 3.4.0-1921628 KST 2013
BUILD NUMBER: JSS15J.I337....
Go to sammobile.com, type in your phone model and download a stock ROM from there, and flash it with Odin.
If the phone is running a stock 4.3 bootloader, you may not be able to flash any stock roms from sammobile.com.

I haven't installed a new ROM in over a year and wondering was told to look into CM 14. Here's what I'm currently using https://forum.xda-developers.com/ve...opment/bsfreelollipop5-0rombok3based-t3292572 and I like it. just looking for something new.
Is CM 14 compatible with my phone and is there an instructional link on how to install everything? I haven't messed with ROM's in forever.
