v20y Firmware Zip, or TOT... - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, I don't know if this thread goes here but I need the D800 AT&T model v20y Firmware, and I can't find it!
And if is a zip file better, or a TOT file too.
I hope you help me, and thank you so much! ?

am having an issue with one, which came to me with this version bot it was bootlooping.
I flashed 10c and now it is stucc in ATT Boot logo.
I checked with octoplus box and it continues to say it has version v20y
I think downgrade is not possible.
where to find this version or greater ?

I don't understand what you were trying to do here but there are potentially a couple of issues here.
First, your text above reads D801210B_00.zip
That's not a typical naming convention for any of the variants, least of all a D800 or D802 that you were supposedly dealing with. I could perhaps see D80220B but your file has an extra character in it (the 1 following D80) which is strange.
Also, are you possibly trying to flash the stock firmware via custom recovery rather than a custom rom?
And lastly, why are you trying to flash a D802 firmware/rom onto a D800?

That is stock firmware (not flashable in recovery) as opposed to a custom rom based upon stock which one might find here on xda. Those are flashable in recovery. I can't speak much to custom rom cross compatibility as I don't run them much on this phone. I've been mostly stock, rooted + twrp since 2013.

[FIX] Problems after trying to update to Lollipop

Hello,
I was trying to update my LG G2 to Lollipop using German official release available since yesterday. The problem I'm having is that the firmware update mode goes to x % then I can see red text "Assert" in the second line and then phone restarts and shows 0% and doing nothing. LGFlashTool2014 is showing message that something went wrong (or similar) and I can try again. It's happening all the time - over and over - sometimes it's 30%, sometimes 60%. I was trying to back to KitKat using LG Mobile Support Tool - same situation. When I'm trying to restart my phone, it's restarting to download mode all the time :/
Please help
@edit
Ok, after about 4 hours I fixed it using TOT method (version D80210b for Europe). So if there's a problem with KDZ method, maybe anyone knows when - or if - it will be Lollipop version for TOT method?
@edit2
So - after I bring my G2 to life using TOT method and older KitKat I thought I could try with Lollipop again. And now it works! Good morning to Lollipop! So I hope it might be helpful for others with similar problems
What I did exactly?
1. Trying to install Lollipop using KDZ method and something was going wrong all the time - keep restarting to download mode.
2. Performed hard reset.
3. Fixed problems by installing downgrade using TOT method.
4. Installed Lollipop using same file I was trying to use before and I chose Normal Flash method.
5. Good morning to Lollipop!
Hi im in the same situation,,, have you downloaded one of these http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/LG+G2/Stock/D802+tot/ using TOT method? which image have you used for lollipop? you can pm me if u want thx @edit have you used KDZ method to upgrade to lollipop? ty
I used LGD802AT-V10b-EUR-XX-SEP-07-2013-16G.exe (sorry, can't add links because I don't have 10+ posts ) For Lollipop I used KDZ method with official LG G2 image for Germany 16GB version

Chinese model cellular not working

Hi All,
I've flashed @DrakenFX back-to-stock zip's for U variant on my Chinese one, both BootStack and StockSystem zips.
happy to confirm that everything works except the cellular network basically making this a tablet
Trying to go back to Chinese stock, the boot stack for that model has no mirrors on the download page (ZTE_A2017V1.0.0B10_BootStack_by_DrakenFX.zip)
would appreciate if anyone has the file and can re-upload it. Till then I'm stuck with absolutely no phone :crying:
Another option I'm willing to experiment with is to flash the modem so it will work nicely with the U-everything-else.
If anyone has reason to believe this will work and has the modem binary I'll go for it.
Having the U variant supported bands is a-OK by me.
I would've commented on the dev thread but as I'm a new user I'm still not allowed to
Here : ZTE_A2017V1.0.0B10_BootStack_by_DrakenFX.zip , just FYI next time you try to use a different variant Rom, you just need System.img & Boot.img (Stock System zip in this case using my files) , YOU DON'T need other variants Bootstack

Hi! I have the exact same problem - no carrier signal after I flashed B29 US ROM on my chinese Axon 7 although the rest of the phone works fine - could you please please please tell me if you got it working and how??
Best Wishes
Hi there.. I read somewhere that it's possible to flash the global ROM on the US model and unlock the 866mbps WiFi speed (2x2 mimo).. Is this actually possible? If so, is it possible to flash just the radio on Lineage OS and get the same effect?
@TgSn

no signal after update in A2017GV1.2.0B02

Hello, I konw that the question has already been asked, still I did not find any solution so far. I updated my phone to A2017GV1.2.0B02. My phone is a Chinese model. Therefore I assume it's a bootstack problem. Still I did not find which bootstack or modem I had to flash... Thanks for your help

It always better to convert it to A2017U model as more support and clear guides are available. However, did you back up your modem and boot files and installed after changing the model if Stock Rock.
If LOs or RR, did u flash specific model und universal bootloader?
Thanks for your answer. I don't have any modem or boot files back up. Yes, I flashed universal bootloader but for the moment I have found the right files to flash and make my phone work again. What can I do ?

HELP!!! My Galaxy S7 Edge got Bricked!

Hello everyone,
My device got bricked since I flashed it with Odin yesterday, and now even I re-flash using official firmware, it failed as well……
The model of my phone showing in Samsung official site is G935-P (Sprint version), But that shows on download mode is G935U, maybe the eBay seller had flashed it with G935U firmware…
What version of firmware should I download to recover the OS now? And what could I do to Un-brick my device? Someone who could give me some advice or assistance? Thank you all!
Try Smart Switch. It will automatically download the correct firmware for you.
Hmmmmm what update were you trying to flash in odin and i would check the back of your phone bc it should say exactly what model it is (935x) just to be sure then flash the LASTEST firmware to get yourself up and running then if you want Ufirmware go ahead flash that

Thanks, I've tried Smart switch, but it doesn't work, fortunately, it's resolved by flashing the latest G935U firmware
