Hey there peeps, I know this is the wrong model but you don't seem to have a thread for the s6000 as far as I can see so basically it's simple I'm stupid I wanted Kitkat on my tablet and did not back up the tab and it error when I was flashing it so it will boot to lenovo splash screen and that's it. I'm not too knowledgeable with tablets I do know a fair bit about pc's however that's not the case so my question is to you what do I do I can get to the recovery menu eg: boot from sd , fast boot , adb but I can't seem to figure out what to do the tablet will connect to my pc but only to charge no programs will acknowledge it so I guess my question to you is where do I go from here I have a sd card but I don't have access to the tablet to dl anything I need on the tab itself and there is not a lot of info online I also need a stock rom for the tab too cant seem to find one any help at all would be great

[Q][SOLVED] Bricked ZTE Libra

Hi! I have a bricked ZTE Libra (Sapo A5 in Portugal) and no mather how much I search for solutions I only seem to make things worse, so I was hoping someone here could help me.
Things started to go wrong after flashing a CyanogenMod rom. Everything worked except two things: I couldn't use anything that required my SIM card (so no phone or messaging) and I could not access the recovery screen (clockworkmod).
Without the recovery screen, I turned to ROM Manager but since it uses clockworkmod to do its work it didn't help.
Then I started trying other ways to recover my phone, until I tried ADB which allowed me a shell in my android. But then I broke it all by doing "wipe system" which cleaned my system of everything that was still working and left me with an expensive brick.
Now all I can do is boot until I see the green droid. If I don't press the volume buttons it goes into "device" mode and I can see it listed under "adb devices" but have no idea what to do with it.
If I press the volume button down to go into recovery mode it keeps flashing but never really goes anywhere.
If I press it up to go into the bootloader it stays the same and the only thing I can use to tell me something is different than the normal mode is that lsusb reports the vendor as "Google Inc." instead of what it reports in normal mode: "ONDA Communication S.p.A.".
With this I'm not even sure if I can get to the bootloader or not, but even if that is the bootloader, I have no idea what to do with it that might help me recover my phone.
By the way, I'm trying all this on Linux, although I could try solutions in Windows if required.
Can anyone tell me what can I do in this situation?
Ok, maybe my first post wasn't that easy to answer, so I'll make a simpler question to see if someone can help me.
What can be done at my android's bootloader? What is it for and what tools do I need to use to do it?
You could try installing ClockworkMod recovery using wbaw's guide here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1319257 Once that's installed you should be able to flash a new rom with it.
In bootloader mode you can flash a new kernel or recovery image using fastboot.
If you follow that guide that I wrote & Amphoras linked to then you should be able to get a working clockworkmod installed and then you can use that to flash a working rom, or restore a backup.
Thank you both, I'll try what you said as soon as I can and then I'll let you know if it worked!
Ladies and gentleman, today a miracle happened, my ZTE came back from the dead!
Apparently the problem was that I installed some GEN2 applications on my GEN1 model.
I found this while reading the tutorial you suggested, after which I upgraded my ZTE to GEN2 which allowed me to slowly recover everything else.
So, I have to say, thank you very much, and I hope I won't need your help again anytime soon! xD

[Q] A500 is bricked like nothing else

I have two A500s and have rooted and flashed them both successfully.
One day my main tab, the other is for the family, was working then it just stopped. It would boot to the "Acer" logo and go no further. I left it like that all night with no result.
So, I figure that I'll just flash a new rom to fix it. I tried 6 or 8 different roms; all booted only partially like before. I did a factory reset, flipping the screen lock back and forth. Still would only boot part way and hold. I continued to look for different roms (what do they say when you keep trying the same thing expecting different results?).
Now the tab doesn't seem to come on at all; that is the screen stays dark. The light on the power button comes on and I can turn it off by holding for 10 seconds and turn it on again. I connected to my PC and it requested a driver which I installed. the PC makes the "new hardware" sound but I don't find it in "My Computer".
I have tried to access it via “adb devices”, but no devices are detected.
This is the extent of my efforts and knowledge. If anyone is able to help please email me at [email protected]. I have been reading the blogs and am posting this to several blogs so I might not find your answer if it is to the blog only.
Btw,
I did find a post that describes something like this on an A200 at this blog:
http://www.acertabletforum.com/forum/acer-iconia-a200-help/5895-solved-my-a200-wont-turn.html
I'm tempted to attempt it if I don't find an answer specific to the A500.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP!!!
==================================================
edit: I tried the A200 solution to no affect.

[Q] Bricked A2107A-F Tablet

Hello,
I bought my wife one of these tablets for her birthday. It was running great, decided to root it so that I can uninstall the bloatware that was eating this tablet up after using it for a week. Uninstalled all the happy lenovo stock softs, everything is all good... Well I decided to put JB on this tablet after root stock rom was running great. I made a backup, but somehow I completely crashed the file system, and I can get into recovery VOL+ VOL- POWER, while usb plugged in. I had a hell of a time getting drivers install in windows, and also debian. Drivers are like NOT installing properly, or it will install properly in windows, then I have an error on another device etc. I cannot get past the lenovo splash screen that does nothing, and the only way I can get adb devices to recognize the device, is when it is in splash screen mode on lenovo, but NO other adb commands will work! adb shell will simply freeze terminal or dos. It will not read micro SD card when I boot recovery, linux or windows has no idea how to even read my device when I plug it in while in recovery, im about to buy her a new one. I have googled and googled for days and hours for a fix on this. If you need detail, please ask, and I will gladly give you info. Please help, my wife is super pissed.
Thanks!!!
hey have you managed to solve this problem? I think I have the same issue as you. my tablet just doesn't want to boot normally even after reloading roms.

Sounds like you have no choice but to send it off to samsung. If you cannot access download mode.

HD2 [Energy ROM] stuck on boot

Hi everyone,
A good 3 years ago I decided to throw the clunky windows mobile off my HD2 and replace it with an Android. I choose the Energy ROM (this one)
Being a complete noob in such things, I followed this instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFXROcvi8Ek
Apart from minor, occasional hickups everything worked fine until recently. Now the device does not boot anymore. I see the header of the MAGLDR but it doesn't boot through or offer me the menu (power + volume does not work either). Instead I get 4 beeps...
Two pics of the current state:

Now the question is: do I have a brick here? Or is the any possibility to get at least the data from the internal memory? There should still be some contacts etc. on there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
No ideas by anyone?
Well, looks like it's bricked then. Time to move on, it seems.
Hi. Did you try flash windows mobile after this?
I wish I knew how to - I don't get it anywhere the to the point where I could access it via USB.
