i would suggest to redownload the zip file and try again. maybe the zip is corrupted or something. try downloading from pc, i used to have corrupted zips sometimes when i was downloading big zip from nexus 4.
now that i saw the picture again the problem probably is that the zip you downloaded has a problem with the updater script. every zip has a script so the recovery knows what to do. try another rom or check if the rom version ytou downloaded is for nexus 4 and not for another phone
i don´t understand...
i try 2 diferent roms, and they are both for nexus 4...
i try pass the roms by usb cable
and try to download them in the phonefor both i ahve the same errors
any help??

Lose the too kit and if your rooted flash the 2.8.1.0 image file in flashify. You can get it from the play store. You can get the image from here http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/mako

Cyanogenmod 13.0

Hi,
I'm trying to install Cyanogenmod 13.0 from link
http://blog.xen0n.name/2016/08/21/meizu-mx4-cm-13.0-userdebug-3/
but when I trying to flash cm-13.0-20160820-UNOFFICIAL-arale.zip by TWRP, I'm getting error
Code:
E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/cm-13.0-20160820-UNOFFICIAL-arale.zip'
Could anyone help?
there's a good chance that you're running the "MX4"-recovery and not the "Arale"-recovery. So you would need the "MX4"-ROM.
I'm using normal TWRP.

then you need the "MX4"-Rom.
Which recovery I need to use to get arale working? Could you provide me a link?
cm its cool

Untick signature verification. Custom roms are not signed any more. That's not a problem in fact.

That error is normal since TWRP isn't signed. As long as you see [OKAY] at the end of flashing, reboot to recovery after you've flashed - you'll find TWRP there. Then you may reboot as normal.

use fastboot to flash twrp.img (renamed to recovery.img)

In addition, when you've flashed TWRP, reboot straight to recovery. If you reboot to system, the stock recovery will overwrite TWRP. Booting to recovery will fix TWRP and make TWRP overwrite the stock recovery. As I mentioned above, after this, you can reboot as normal.
