no you can't for ( now ) because this rom based on cyanogenmod source so we have to wait cm to do that

This is based off of CyanogenMod 12 which is based off of stock android....just raw from google and cm adds their features and tweaks

it's stock android with cm features, you can install samsung apps that are in the play store.. everything else comes only with Samsung stock rom's.
the gui style + system will be different.
I am having this two problems.
1-
Unfortunately System UI has stopped.
2-
After rebooting the device i get black screen and can not access apps:
Temporary solution is to power off the device.

Yes I did. Everything was OK till I installed the supersu.

You don't need to flash supersu anymore...full wipe again and install ROM/gapps...to gain root unlock developer settings and change root settings to apps and abd

Hi all,
When I receive a call from a contact that is in my outlook account, only the number appears. The phone doesn't make the link beween the number and the contact.
If the contact is in my google account, everything is fine.
Any clue ?

Instructions for Installation
[May vary on firmware, i will be vague]
Make sure your handset is on 100% battery
PREREQUISITES:
-Root
-Custom Recovery [CWM/TWRP]
1. Download latest zip file and GAPPS from http://cyanfox-rom.com/downloads/
2. Place these two zip files in the SD of your handset [internal or external]
3. Backup all of your data using Titanium Backup, or any other backup software you might have, as the device will be wiped in the process.
4. Reboot to Recovery by pressing and holding Volume Up and Down while pressing the power button while the device is turned off
5. Perform a factory reset
TWRP
6a. Press Install and guide yourself to where you put your Cyanfox zip file
6b. Press add more zips and guide yourself to where you put the GAPPS zip file
6c. Press Install
CWM
6a. Use volume keys to "Install zip"
6b. Navigate to your cyanfox zip file
6c. Repeat step 6b for Gapps file
If upgrading from a previous version or switching from CM11
6a. Dirty flash
6b. Flash Gapps
7. Wipe Cache
8. Reboot and enjoy

i will try to find a fix. the i896 is a carbon copy of the i897, with the rogers logo. it shouldnt be too much of a problem.

can somebody give me another link for download, i am unable to download the rom, have tried multiple times... it just stops in the middle.

My efs folder became blank after installing this ROM. I do have a backup but when I copy it to the root of the phone and restart it my IMEI stays unknown, and cant get service? Am I supposed to set some permissions or something?
I came from 4.1.2 MIUI ROM, now I flashed back to that ROM and everything is fine. This is really weird.

yeah that happens..
whenever you flash 4.3 over 4.1.2 or 4.0.4 then the IMEI no becomes invalid..
In your case you need to flash the rom again after you restored the files in the efs folder..
that is why your IMEI no got restored when you flashed back to MIUI....

it does? weird... its working fine for me... try on a different computer, or try at starbucks (use their wifi).
I've got to say this is great ROM!!! I have used A LOT of different ROMs, but this one is probably the smoothest and fastest one ever. Thanks Cyanfox

Hi at all guys, I wanna share with you this my second work. My first HastaBean was based on cm 10.2, this time I wanted to base my second rom on OMNI by team Canjica (ALL CREDITS TO THEM).
I will update both constantly to the latest better update from team canjica.
The features are the same of the omni , but I have modded the rom to make it better.

-New dialer theme;
-White glow (instead of blue) when you scroll down or up in a list;
-Disabled scrolling cache for a better scroll;
-Fixed graphical issue with deskClock in screen lock, now it is showing at 100%;

Before installing the ROM based Omni Hasta, i reinstalled XXLQE firmware with Odin , which is the same baseband already installed. Then I installed from stock recovery custom temporary recovery. I gave wipe factory, cache, Dalvik cache and system and installed Hasta Omni ROM based, gapps and supersu 1.80 zip. Reboot and enjoy.
After install the rom, i have network(Vodafone) and 3g connection.:laugh:

I have used the cyano 10.2 hostapd.bin file instead of the one present in omni and now it is working with no problems!
Flash the zip in atachments and reboot!

there isn't any wallpaper
there isn't any phone or notification ringtones
when pressing volumes menu in setting it crashes
battery shows charging sometimes and the percentage of it increases(if this actually happen so it is good
when downloading something from playstore it gives error

Edit: Just installed and here are the results:
i was on spegelius slimrom 4.3.1. Formated the system partition, cache and dalvik and installed kitkat.
EVERYTHING is working. I had no need to reinstall and reconfigure the phone.
Working: WLAN, LTE, 3G, Phone, Camera, Bluetooth, Deep Sleep, Xposed, greenify experimental features, play store, network location
(Had a fc in the Clock App. I think its because of using the profile function that is not existing anymore. After clearing clock data everything is fine now)

Try this, it worked for me:
Go to Settings -> SlimCenter -> SlimSizer -> Delete Deskclock.apk
Download this clock and install it. Reboot.
Maybe you should backup with CWM first.
Please give Feedback.

Is security maybe an apk? Can I find it anywhere? Maybe I need the settings-apk, because it says: Settings stopped after clicking on security.

In my case.
Message recieving is not working at all.
Brightness goes to zero in minimum.
There is no custumize option in theme.
Software update says it would fix the problem. But it downloads different update packages as per TWRP error message.

It's good but some errors happen with me. the one i got much trouble that if you minimize brightness to zero then swipe down from top (to open control, notification bar) then screen go to black. i must make birghtness higher for that error

Really strange, for me it works without problems.
Try with the kernel CM13 Bauner if it solves the problem

Sorry for not being clear. This rom may have 6.0.1 in the name but it is not Android 6.0.1 . For instance, right after flashing this ROM (while still in recovery) I tried to flash Gapps pico 6.0 (ARM/6.0/Pico) from http://opengapps.org/ , and that refused to install telling me it can only be installed on Android 6.0.x .
Later when I booted the ROM the apps permissions system looked exactly like Android 4.4.x ...
CM latest for the note1 is CM-11 which is Android 4.4.4 http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=n7000 , same for OmniROM for the note1 http://dl.omnirom.org/n7000/ , also Android 4.4.4.
I bet one of these two is what this ROM is based on.

no no, it IS a Marshmallow ROM (6.0.1) but because of being a custom ROM, you should do as the OP instruct for installation.
for example, you're using other Gapps than the provided link.
please follow instruction before asking :highfive:

Backup your sdcard1 to pc. Boot in recovery and format sdcard to "vfat" or "default". Reboot copy tour data back and should be fine.

Just Google "openGapps". Than you can download latest Gapps. You can choose between different packages, from the full program to the bare minimum (read the discriptions). If you use the n7000 choose the "arm" package.

Installing the "open Gapps" gives an error. I've tried everything from the arm
I would suggest to install nightowl rom. It is actively maintained, has an activ forum, is stable for daily use and works like a charm. I use it since several months.
As for here I don't know where your problem is. I recommand to make a clean install (whipe everything, but sdcards).
