That is 100% fake dude, No screenshots, and nothing, as well only 3 people commented yet.

Also found that blogpost. And it is said to be reposted from xda-developers. FAKE! Moreover, that source should be disputed for publishing misleading info hiding behind xda-developers. "I rewrite this tutorial from forum.xda-developers.com : " starts every post.

the rednote2 is using android 5.0 whereas the moto g gen3 has android 5.1.1
my question is can the rednote2 use android 5.1.1 if using custom rom? if so is there a link?
If stagefright has thought us anything, it's the importance of being able to update to the latest android. bit worried buying a device and it's not able to upgrade to newer android :/

Question: who here would like an official lineageOS Nougat build?

Question: who here would like an official lineageOS Nougat build for all variants of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
Just want to see if its worth the devs time if there are any devs out there that will maintain this device.
+1
Reporting Via N910G.
There are already several Nougats builds for F/G/V variants in the Devs threads mate and many users are using/testing them. I'm not sure that you will get any "No" in your poll

But are they official? and what about other variants? What I'm asking is an official all-in-one universal that supports all of the variants.
Im sure theres more then 4 people and myself who would like an official build. Kinda sounds like your comments just make this poll bad and thats why only 4 people and myself voted. Your post makes it sound they they are official when not.
My note 4 is only 7 months old and was Manufactured August 2015 so this device is not really 2 years old and As Samsung was making them still in half way through 2015. Am i the only one who loves this device more then any newest samsung devices? I mean it beats the note 1,2.3,5,6,7 and also s models.
A unified build is planned: [DEV][trlte] Unified LineageOS device tree for Snapdragon Note4.
In the meantime, see my signature for daily builds of 4 trlte variants, which correspond to 7 model variants.

Nougat rom doubt

Just saw while browsing that Lenovo K6 Note has also got a Snapdragon 430 like our redmi 3s devices... amd the device already have Nougat roms.... Can't the developers somehow extract the kernel from that and use to make roms for us ???? Just a thought.... is it possible??? :/
I think devs know better than us if it's possible or not. And they know about all similarities between devices, so....
Dammit be patient! ? topic about nougat coming or not for Redmi 3S is showing 3 times per week. Stop spamming people. This whole rush won't speed up the development process.
Lenovo k6 note owner here, there's no nougat for this device, neither official or custom, the dev scene for it is almost non-existent, to the point I couldn't even root the device yet. So if you saw somewhere that it has nougat, it's fake.

This is for k6 note. It is not for k6 power. K6 Note has different processor than Redmi 3s

That's the most trustworthy site I've ever seen, those 3 comments that are always up to the date you enter the site make me trust it even more.
Why trust someone that owns the device right?
Also, if it's real, it's one more device that has nougat and yours doesn't, good for you right?

never believe if a site says there's a new android for a device which is not on xda
Scam site, avoid that at any cost.
Most likely it has keylogger

what about Android Oreo? Redmi Note 3

It's Now boring to flash 7.1.2
So many Roms available for Redmi Note 3 pro
As it is now even available official update of MIUI.
Now is there any possibility of getting Oreo as Custom Rom ???? Via any sources ???
I think Google has Already realized the orignal OTA of Oreo..:victory:
If you have taken your time to use the search button you would have known that there are threads already created for this same discussion. Make yourself useful by also making the rom instead of asking unnecessary questions.
PS: I will be glad to be your rom tester when you are done making Android Oreo for our device
Lets keep all Oreo discussions in one thread

oneOS is back!

I just download and flash new version of OneOS . the ROM is awsome, is still based on Xiaomi.eu with small difference ,
also in next couple weeks we will have group on Telegram and be informed of future update, weekley or ever couple week.. but the import thing is the the ROM is STABLE, FAST and SMOOTH!
recommend everyone to try it,you will not regret.
nothing new
Very small difference: boot animation and screen display (always).
Aosp options are gone.
3 months waiting for a Eu rom.
And the brightness is less good.
We will se. We still dont know how often will be update, weekly or monthly... But they use the latest MIUI base. So its the same as Xiaomi.eu , have the same structure

I used the REVOL OS roms for a long time on my redmi note 7 because they were better than the EU roms but the reopening of the site is postponed from month to month. And as mentioned in their previous posts some builds will be paid, pay for a Rom EU?
As you say we will see.
