[Q] Device Seems to be running Very slowly

Hi there, since I updated (manually) to 4.2 I have noticed that my Nexus keeps giving me a message randomly Saying "Your Device Appears to be running Extremely Slow" or something along those lines?
I have also noticed abit of a laggy experience and the device struggling a little since the update
I updated manually using adb using:
adb sideload 094f6629314a.signed-nakasi-JOP40C-from-JZO54K.094f6629.zip
Which is the update I flashed.
After noticing the Message and the lag issue, I went back into recovery and tried to wipe cache.
Which changed nothing
Also, I now have no root and both toolkits report a successful root but it isnt.
What should I do?
Would a factory reset help? (Last resort? :/)
Thanks all, any answers appreciated !

[Q] Security Error

Hey guys, I recently purchased an LG G2 and pretty much instantly rooted it, however I'm running into some issues. I flashed a custom rom onto it successfully and it booted up fine and ran fine (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2494756). However, when trying to flash a custom kernal onto it (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2472318) I cannot boot and am thrown a Security Error. I have searched online and these forums and did not find anyone else having an issue. I performed a full clean and cache clearing prior to installing and have confirmed that I do have root. Anyone know what's going wrong? :cyclops:

Cm11 Bootloop

I have the T-Mobile variant of the LG G2. I was using the latest CM11 nightly with no issues whatsoever then all of a sudden my device bootlooped. Now it keeps showing "LG" then the Cyanogen logo and then "LG" again etc. Sometime it says "upgrading apps" then "finishing boot" but then it goes back to the bootloop. I can get into recovery and tried sideloading the new nightly. It side-loaded correctly but the phone still bootloops. I tried with CM10, same issue. I tried with stock, same issue. What the hell is going on? It was working fine up until now!
I even tried installing these roms after wiping data and cache and it still doesn't work. Help me please!

[Q] Stock LG G2 encryption fail

Hi. I have LG G2 (D802) rooted with stock rom and Android 4.4.2. My problem is that when I try to encrypt my phone it stays closed for about a minute, then starts and it's still unencrypted without any error message.
Any ideas?
Thanks
