I just pulled the trigger and bought a 64gb version like 20 minutes ago through their black friday no invite deal. They could have sold out since though. Good luck.

I ordered mine early on the 17th and it has gone from pending shipment to processing.
I ordered mine in the evening on the 17 Dec and still says pending shipment.

My estimated delivery date is December 14, and i picked 1-day shipping ($16).
I grabbed 1 day shipping as well and my Date is the 14th as well. Now the race is on to see if MS store calls me about my replacement unit before my 16GB unit comes.
Dec. 15th with 2nd Business Day shipping.

picked up a 16 GB 2nd day shipping which was free and my date is Dec. 15th, I actually think it will arrive earlier than this date though.

You guys are all so lucky. I'm eBay-ing my Nexus for this phone.
I hope it does come before these dates you all are posting. If it ships on the 9th, I don't see it taking that amount of time. We'll see soon I suppose.
I ordered the 8GB with next-day shipping & mine says the 14th.
I called back the DELL Rep when it changed to the 9th & he said that the website is wrong, since it isn't considering the amount of traffic & orders they are receiving. Most likely he said it is still the 14th but there is a strong possibility it could be earlier.
16gb with 2 day and mine is due on the 15th. Oddly though, when I first ordered, it said a ship date of 12/9. Not sure how that equals the 15th, but whatevs...
December 15th with 2 day shipping as well for the 16gig model. Decided to switch to the 16 over the 8, though i want to upgrade the sd card, with as much issues as this phone has been reporting ( and potentially future issues ) voiding the warentee is something I dont feel comfortable doing just yet.

That's terrible. It's like they want to fail. It should have been released weeks ago. Now it seems like if we ordered today, we wouldn't get it until after christmas!

When is it appearing in the UK some UK websites are saying December and some January?
Amazon seems to be one of the first retailers to actually have recieved some HTC One's. Some people who ordered at Amazon.de are getting emails with delivery dates as soon as Saterday (16 March).
My pre-order was placed at 1 March, but I didn't get an email yet. So my question to people who ordered at Amazon.de is: did you recieve a email with a delivery date yet? If so, please give the date you pre-ordered, which color you ordered and the date and time of the email.
I hope we can find out which pre-order dates do get the phone in the next few days and which don't. Otherwise I have to keep checking my phone for new emails the next couple of days

Looks like amazon.de got their first load of One's. Checked my order status a couple of minutes ago (after I noticed that amazon had charged my credit-card) and it actually changed to 'shipping soon'

I ordered a 32GB Black one on the 4th, picked it up today. No email with courier tracking, just an email today to say it was at the store to pick up.

question regarding the screen resolution.
old nexus 5 2013 - 1920x1080 @ 440ppi 4.7"
new nexus 5x 2015 - 1920x1080 @ 423ppi 5.2"
can someone explain this? i'm not versed enough in screens to make sense of this cause initially my thought was the screen is worse???
Old Nexus 5 was 5", not 4.7. And the larger the screen the less pixels given the same resolution.

Both orders had the same shipping date: Oct 28-30.
