Well after a few days of having root... I think is time for some themes for the Edge Screen... I have a list of APK's related to the Edge Screen...
How I know this?
Simple... I have a Note 4, and... I have a full Titanium Backup of everything on the Note 4... I copied all the TB backups from the Note 4 to the Note Edge... and when opening TB on the Edge... anything that does NOT have a backup that is marked in red as system file... is for sure something unique on the EDGE.
I will list here a few APK that most likely are related to the EDGE Screen: (This should help any themers out there)

Hello there.
Here i just want to ask about what is not working on my OnTheEdgeLite 5.1 ROM. Below is what i can detect not working now,
1) Ok google (on widget only)
2) Edge Feeds ( the screen just go black when i swipe up and down, and also only 2 edge feeds panel that in can download CNN and RSS Feeds only.
3) No more tick to set auto brightness on the notification area.
So, just want to know is it all have this problem? If any other problem that u guys get from this rom, please update in my post.

Samsung galaxy s7 edge (Exynos | SM-G935F)
- Android 6.0.1
- GoodLock UI installed

- Xposed framework installed
- TWRP recovery
Question 1:
Is it possible to only make the edge panel visible when accessing it?
To be more precise: Normally, when opening an edge panel by swiping, the panel shows up with the rest of the screen getting blurred. A settings kog and some text also appears on the screen next to the actual panel. I would like the rest of the screen to stay normal and only see the panel itself, without blur or extras. Is there some mod that allows me to achieve this? Is there an alternative app that i could use to replace Samsung's edge panels?
Question 2:
I'd like to remove two specific icons from my status bar that i just don't want to be there. The icons i'm referring to are the VoLTE icon and the Vibrate/Mute icon. I installed some apps that claim to be able to remove them but they don't seem to work. Disabling VoLTE completely would get rid of that icon, but i want to keep that active.

How to remove or clear the white software update box under settings above quick settings on S6 Edge Plus g928p? You can x it off but when you close settings app completely off and open it back up, it shows up again. There is also a 1 showing beside system update option under settings app too. It never goes away and I have deleted the update in the fota folder. The white box annoys me more than the 1 does. How can I clear it? S6 Edge Plus g928p 6.0.1 Rooted Thanks

If you are rooted, have you tried to disable software update with quarantine or titanium?

Yeah I have disabled the services and the app but it is still there.

So I have been looking around for the a way to get the App pairing edge panel off the Note 8 on my S8 plus and ran into a free app called Split screen creator on the app store. Did my like the way it set till I started thinking maybe I can add those shortcuts to one of the panels and sure thing the Tasks Edge panel let's you add those shortcuts to it and here you go you have the same exact thing as long as the apps paired support multi window. I take no credit as the app is not mine at all I just did the homework and it works great no root needed or anything and I just thought I would share that with anyone who wants the same panel as me. Also once you're done adding the shortcuts to the Tasks Edge panel you can remove them from your home screen or any screen you have them on and they still work in the panel. Thank you and hope that you guys enjoy. Anyone have a question please ask

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) on Android 7.0 w/ Samsung Themes v4.0.98.80319
Until recently, one of my options for the Always On Display was to use what came with a theme (for those that supplied AODs). If I selected something else, that option disappeared; however, I could get it back simply by re-applying the theme.
Without warning my AOD changed to the default and I lost the themed option in the AOD settings. Reapplying, or even deleting/ reinstalling doesn't give me the themed option back.
What's changed? Or has an updated somewhere meant that I now have to grant a permission somewhere (which I haven't found yet)?
Suggestions appreciated.

There were some news posted earlier this month stating that this feature was removed from non flagship devices because it caused problems such as glitching. I remember reading it in the update, but I can't find the update notes from the Galaxy Apps Store.
If you go to settings and then apps, and find the AOD app, tap the three buttons on the upper right corner and tap on uninstall updates.
