I am on CM11 custom rom now but having problem with camera . the original camera app won't work and the force close apears . i also installed other camera apps . I can take pictures but when switching to video an error message appeared that " "insert an sd card before using camera" ! how can I fix this ?!

hi,
i installed some apps like bsbtweaks.. after a day i realised my cam app only work after first mins of reboot , if i run app and try to open cam it says like : failed to setup cam etc.
this is my first experience on hd2 and wm, what can i do to solve this problem ? thanks , btw i can edit registry or system files =)
offical and last firmware.
Disable all extra modes and resolutions for camera in BSB. Those extra modes needs more RAM, which is usually only available after start, and/or when no other application is running (Opera 10 is known to eat almost all RAM for example).
thank you , i have already disabled them but it was still not working , then i found a registry entry that says " deactivate" in cam settings and set it to 0 , cam is working for now in full ram , but i am still test-ng if it is going to be ok.
If push comes to shove, a hard reset usually fixes most issues !
I am getting errors again ... any ideas ? not hard reset please =)

xperia rom touch light patch is provided already...and touch vibration is also working

But the touch light patch doesnt work if u restart mobile.
U hav to again reset it. Dont know why??

no matter what theme i add,the lock style stays the default one.the lock style does not change with the theme..and in some themes even the icons don't change..its juz the wallpaper that changes

cant install xposed framework - causes stuck at bootlogo.
still Very nice rom please tel me anything we can do about the google play and xposed (used for greenify and gravity box)

in the miui market aap search for google installer,it will install the google framework and u can select the gapps you want to install.

dont know why the miui market wont tak login info.
it get stuck on password window.
Done everything(complete reflash/wipe delvic catche/fix permissions etc) stili same.

i assume u have a xiaomi account.ifit still doesnt work,try creating a new account and logging in through it.
btw manik,the camera quality isnt good.it's nothing compared to the camera in the stock rom or any other of your roms.it would be really great if you could put the camera app that you had put in your xperia rom.

that would be great.and please is there something you could do about the camera? maybe add supercamera preinstalled or do something to get the original camera quality?
Is ther any way to port the contacts and dialer of MIUI to stock rom or any other rom.
The dialer is for dual sim means it shows dial from both sims.
Anybody know other dialer with same function.

Gentlemen. I have a big problem. Yesterday I installed the CM11 version beta5 and I test it, discovering a few bugs .
Overall I would add that the system works great, but if you would something advised it would be grateful .
It does not work :
1) Recording camera (I press the red circle recording and not recording).
2) Audio recording (recorder) - the press circle recording shows a table with the information : "An internal application error" and then click OK.
3) Do not operate the automatic brightness.
4) No application to the radio ( I do not know if there have a radio in CM , because I'm new to the CM .
5) I do not have Sim Toolkit application in the menu , even though it is in all applications in the settings. Perhaps it was the wine that I have not taken off to unlock the phone ... anyone know a way to remove it ?
6) Do not operate the NFC .
It would help someone solve these bugs , problems , riddles ? I would be very grateful for your help.

1. Try to clean Camera cache/data.
2. Same as above.
3. L5 don't have that option at all AFAIK.
4. No radio APP on CM.

I don't have the icon in the menu, but I have it in settings / applications / all apps. Hmm... The reason for this may be that I have simlock?
How to unlock the phone, to support whole the sim card (How to remove simlock)?
I have sim toolkit on b5 and any other rom. Now im not an expert but if u have simlock but use right simcard sim tool should appear no matter what but maybe im wrong in that case u need to unlock ur phone via unlock code u can buy that kind of service quite cheap almost everywhere in web.

I have a phone S5(SM-G900F).
What happened is that suddenly I started to get camera failed warning once i open the camera app ... And it force the camera app to shut... Even it happens when i try to use snapchat backcamera ( front one work fine ).
I searhed for a fix and i did everything ( FR, delete cache, chanhed app) nothing helped.. So i decided to check the firmware for the camera ... I found some are written as null for the rear camera i dont know why ??any one know of any way to solve this?

Since many days, i have the message "Camera failed" (echec appareil photo in french) when i open the camera app on my mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (GT-I9301I).
When i press "OK", the app closes.
Android version : 4.4.2
Current Build number version : KOT49H.I9301IXDUAOF2
I did many tests to solve the problem : install others camera app, factory data reset, install other official french roms or last other country roms from sammobile.com,... but each of them without success.
My mobile is under warranty but the Support Center Samsung near home doesn't want take in charge because my mobile has the micro usb connector broken (the electric charging works but usb connection to pc doesn't works). In detail, they can send it but first I will received a paying quotation (60€ approximately) for the unit broken (micro-usb).
On the other hand, i saw a solution on xda-developers.com was to flash the rom by Odin, but i cannot use this because my micro usb is broken and it is not recognized by any PC. The roms in the early tests was installed after having added them on my sd card inserted in my phone.
To finish, when i install a last camera app from Google play, i noticed that the camera in front works but not the camera in back.
Considering all these items, Does anyone has a solution to solve my camera problem on the Galaxy S3 Neo and more generally on my android ? Do you think my camera at the back should be changed? Sorry for my english. Thanks in advance.
