Hello I would like to know how to enable Android 5.0 TW Wallpaperscrolling in which file?

I changed the DPI of my N910C but I haven't been able to find a working multi-dpi samsung default camera app for lollipop 5.1.1 COI4. Nor have I been able to find a multi-dpi TW Launcher. I am not an expert but I understand some things related to android. I have read and noticed people talk about changing Framework and/or ui to get de launcher have a different DPI.
So, my question is: is there a working multi-dpi samsung default camera and TW launcher app that you may recommend that will work on my N910C with Android Lollipop 5.1.1 COI4?

You can just download the apk and install it normally, it'll work
It shows on google play that its incompatible with my phone. I also tried downloading it on google but it wont install
