use king root that works for me
i get it on youtube ([how to] Root micromax A104 without PC)
and it is only for root not recovery

Recovery utility is not downloading pls help me with other links ,

Plz someone gimme some snaps of rom...im highly excited for the first ever rom for my canvas knight....btw. Im a bit concerned about how to save my phones warranty and what i do if soft bricked my phone and there is no battery removal so how can i switch off my phone then...
Im familiar with the rom installing as i have installed many roms on my tipo dual
Plz give me my answers...im a new bie here

It's just standard MIUI v5 you can find the photos here http://en.miui.com/thread-2279-1-1.html
And after you root your phone, the warranty dies so beware of it.
And if you follow the steps as explained by me in the thread, the device won't brick but still if it bricks you can use MTKdroid tools to bring it back to life.
And I've found a trick to switch off our phone, if it's stuck on boot logo, connect the usb cable and press vol down + vol up + power button and it'll restart and a charging screen will come up, just remove the cable now and the device will shut off.

you have to do full wipes, clear caches and dalvik cache..
if your using philstouch recovery.. select clean to install new rom,, it will work

Booting stuck at samsung logo
tried flashing http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9500-develop/rom-i9500-galaxy-s4-revolution-s4-v1-v1-t3017991 and on boothing the screen gets stuck at the boot animation

Almost bug free! for the first version Its great.
1.One handed mode doesn't work right (it doesn't respond properly to touching it sometimes and i mean the mode that trims your whole screen).
2.I hope you make the settings swipeable since its a pain to strech my fingers up there.
Otherwise the rom works great,and the battery life is pretty good from using it one day.
Love the floating side buttons and the multi window that works with every app from the Note 4.

Almost everything works properly
1.GPS doesn't seem to work properly mainly inside buildings (which did use to work).
2.trimmed screen one handed mode doesn't work properly (the touch on the trimmed screen doesn't work properly).
And please make the settings swipeable that would definitely improve the experience instead of stretching my finger all the way up.

How come not so many working Roms for this popular cell phone....

I tried this ROM. Data worked untill I connected to WiFi. Then shutting off WiFi, I got exclamation mark on data. Tried resetting data. Tried *#*#4636#*#*.changed frequencies and radio selection. Nothing. Camera force closed everytime I tried to open it.

Same problem......I think cm12 isn't ready. All Roms of lollipop have same problem for this phone.

I lost the recovery mode on my redmi note 4g Installed cm12 on my note 4g and clicked on option to replace with cyanogen recovery mode in the developer option menu and lost the recovery mode . now my phone has no recovery mode what should I do I tried fast boot but I could understand the process properly is this condition on the phone a resolvable issue please respond someone asap!!!.....

I never saw a magnificent developer (or what ever u call ur self ) like u till now, u give a detailed step by step installation guide that's really awesome, the more amazing thing is at the end of the installation guide u say OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and u ask us to edit the script @ META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script by unzipping the package, Hats off to ur intelligence.
Don't you know that the phone is stuck in BOOT animation by the time u said OOPS !!!! in ur installation guide.
I don't know if there will be any fool who will flash the phone with stock ROM using odin and try to install ur magnificent ROM again. Its my humble request to not to say OOPS !!! in installation guide because its OUR F****** phones out there and our precious time which is wasted by Genius' Like you

You have learnt some important lessons here
1 - Read all the instructions
2 - Always have a backup
3 - Know how to quickly resolve any problems
And the most important
4 - Anything you do to your phone you do at your own risk - neither XDA or anyone else will take responsibility if your phone blows up

Brightness Control
Hello,
I had installed RC1 version in which I face issue with brightness that it was automatically changing without any change given by me and irrespective of what it is showing in setting>display>brightness bar. It seems like there is some bug. In brightness settings it is showing unexpected behavior like even if I am increasing brightness, in actual it decreases. Please Help !!!

Bricked my phone(samsung galaxy y duos s-6102)
I installed the GIJv.2.1. I followed proper procedure but I bricked my phone.
The error was that it data/rebooting was not able to mount.
Then I used odin, it went into boot loop.
Then I used firmware by jamesjerrs to revive, finally I did.
What could be the reason for this?
What could possibly cause the unability of data to mount?
