In light of the new "Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act", why is it so hard to bring a Sprint Galaxy Note 3 to Boost Mobile? My Touch Pro2 came from Sprint, and I didn't have all of these problems. With the Galaxy Note 3 there is all of this talk of flashing, getting SMS/MMS to work, and 3G to work. When you finish, will it have Boost Mobile LTE as on Sprint? When you do get it set up, and you reset the phone to factory because of a bad app install, now what? What I don't understand is why using a Note 3 with Boost Mobile should be any harder than using one of the S3s that Boost sells.
Will a net 10 sim card work in an unlocked Verizon note 3?

Original post on the Note Edge forum. As far as I know, this issue affects the Sprint Note Edge, the Sprint Note 3 and the AT&T Note 2. It probably affects all Galaxy Note phones with S Pen mouseover functionality so I figured I'd post this in the Note 4 forum as well for you guys. I have a note 4 and my wife has a note 2 both on sprint. Her phone has much better and much more consistent 4G than my my note 4. The problem is that her note 2 use to be mine, and when I upgraded to the note 4 I gave her my note 2. When I had the note 2, I had the same inconsistent service as I do currently with my note 4. On her previous phone (S4) she had the same superior service on her device compared to mine.
The weird thing is that it seems to be her phone number that has the higher connectivity. This was idea was quasi confirmed by a sprint technician a year ago. I haven't received any beneficial help from sprint customer support; does anybody here know how I can get my phone to have the same connectivity calibration as my wife's?
Im switching from Tmobiles note 4 to Verizon note 4. I was renting a tmobile note 4 through rent a center and my wife bought me the Verizon version so I wouldnt have to keep paying RAC.. How do these two phones compare in terms of ease of use in rooting and flashing ROMS?
Seriously, temp root only (very fickle & only with kitkat) and never unlocked bootloader.
