I am trying to reinstall any rom on my i9506 phone.. tried all the custom ones CM and the rest they ALL abort while installing

tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522762 to fix that error STILL it aborts!!
i have CWM v6.0.3.7 i also tried others like v6.0.3.7 and the Philz touch one... still the same
the only thing i could do is install stock rom via odin and guess what the samsung keyboard crashes!! it's like a curse i seriously donno what else to do and phone been dead for 2 days and i just download and try something after another...
i need serious help :crying::crying::crying:

I've got problem with my S4, today i flash it with OMEGA v10 rom... After this my phone get some problem with sound, i can't play any mp3, I don't have any notification sound, even when samsung is booting, also when I try to play video. There is one more thing, where someone is calling, my phone is stucking and I can't do anything untill stop ringing, there I having message "system is not responding". I was flashing it with Omega V9,V7.1 and It didin't work(also wipe data and chache in recovery), than i tried to flash with orginal stock firmware and wipe in recovery. STILL NOTHING ;/ can anyone help me ?

Oh no. Seem it has hard problems. Stock rom cant solve so i sure that :banghead:

Hello.I have an N900. I have rooted the phone.I don't know why but for some reason the samsung keyboard keeps giving me force close (unfortunately samsung keyboard has stopped) and not working. and the strange thing is that I can't use touch buttons except the physical home key. that buttons (menu and back keys) are working.I mean when I touch them the key light turning on,but no action. for example when I touch back key, the key key lights up,but in screen, it doesn't go back. I hope you understand my question and my problem.
my phone: PDA:MK2/PHONE:MK1/CSC:MJ3(EGY)
I think this problems can be solved somehow. I can't and I don't want to change this stock rom. can anyone help me ASAP? please?:crying:
Can you re flash and wipe the phone? Sounds like a dirty install of the rom itself

NO.I didn't flash the rom.it's the stock rom since I bought the phone. I used OTA that it updated to MK2. I did even use factory reset but no use! the samsung keyboard still gives me error. I installed another keyboard (google keyboard) and it seems that the problem has gone. but I want to solve the samsung keyboard problem. if there was a flashable samsung keyboard for this base, that would be great! also another question: can someone tell me how can I solve another strange problem? I flashed custom recovery with odin, but in recovery,it can't mount and recognize external memory card! the memory card hasn't any problem in the rom, the problem only exist in recovery!

Re-download the rom from sammobile and reflash it.

All sounds on my galaxy s4 (gt-i9505) suddenly stopped. I dont hear any sound (buttons, mp3s,....).. The only sound I hear is sometimes within boot animation, when a booting reaches system, audio is gone. I tried many roms, many basebands, many experiments even stock roms, but nothing helped, but I noticed that audio works IN SAFE MODE!!!! So if there is BASEBAND UNKNOWN = AUDIO WORKS!!! But why? I tried many basebands/modems, but it wasn't helpful.
I flashed with Odin 3.10.6, CWM 6.0.4.4 (I cant get into another recovery after VolumeUP, so I MUST use this recovery.. I dont know why...), then I tried Omega ROM v40, v41; Phoenix ROM; GPE; some stock roms for my and other countries, but nothing helped.. Sound only in SAFE MODE, so I guess its not HW issue.
Last working configuration was on Omega ROM v40, but there have started troubles with sound..
PS: Yes, I tried a trick with headphones, that says you have to insert and pull out a jack many times and clear the hole .... didnt worked in my case.
I read many topics, but to most people helped returning to stock rom, however not in my case again...

I am also in the same boat as you. At the moment, I am using the S4 i9505 with Slim Rom and Open Gapps.
A while ago, I flashed TWRP and some how that fixed it for a while! But then the problem came back which is quite unfortunate. Since the phone is now mine (it was my sisters) I really want to fix this bad boy and use it (I use Xperia SP if you haven't noticed )
One question, you talked about SAFE MODE? Where can we find that? Remember, I have the same problem as you.
If I find a solution, I will PM and post here on what I did

And i did every thing right but after installing the rom my phone is not working any more!
i can not install a new rom becouse when i opening the installation menu (choosing language, wifi pass.) he reseting him self in 5-6 seconds i can do nothing pls help me guys ow can i fix this i have not found any ROM or Stock ROM to installing with ODIN

try to boot to recovery and perform factory reset
or flash stock firmware using odin, download stock firmware in samobile

Hey guys, I have some problems with my s4 and hoping you could fix these. I'll try my best to include details of what I did and any details that are missing that I will include
Started with me trying to install lineage ROM on my s4 when things started to grease up.
Ok the problem is the phone would not boot to the main OS but when it did I flashed the recovery(twrp)with odin which seemed to work for about a minute or two before powering off. Also I couldn't get to the recovery(twrp) even when pressing the correct combos I just flashed it again and again until it worked but wouldn't work sometimes. I went back to the stock ROM which didn't work either.
I know I am missing out on a few details but if any of you guys can help me that would be great.

try this, have problem like that, but i cant use any os greather than kitkat
but make sure you DUMP your partition that mentioned ! to PC
