Higher clock speed (2,3 vs original S4 1,9) processor and a later better more power efficient edition if it (snapdragon 801 chip set).
And some esthetic changes: all true black design, faux leather back and a char chole black betzel.
Faux leather back cover can be bought at local samsung shop, It looks 10x better than original black mist. I got it around 9-10usd

Of course it depends on what the reference unit is. In my case I compared it to the original S4 i9505 of course. If you would compare it to the S4+ lte i9506, then it's just the color and back that differs.

What is the point of comparing i9500/i9505 with i9506??
So far, Black Edition appears as I9500, I0505 and I9506. As it was mentioned above, there is no difference between the "ordinary" model and Black Edition except of the cosmetic changes in the respective models.
Otherwise, I could write: the Galaxy black edition is rocket blast speed compared with ordinary Galaxy (I9000). what a power increase!!11!!!1 what a screen improvement!!111!!11!!!1

Here you have ordinary white i9506and black edition to compare. BOTH are 2.3 speed, both are with same specs, except the look. Grow up kiddo.

It was you who have wrote that a Black Edition is faster and better from ordinary. I stated that comparing different models is a discussion not like : is the Black Edition better than the ordinary type, but: is the I9506 Black Edition better than HTC HD2.
P.S. and the relation of your posts with sucking, licking etc. are giving me a strong concerns about the environment in which you have grown. do you know that child who are under sexual abuse at home can seek for help from local authorities?

Ask this person to explain to you what you have wrote in aspect of models comparison, how it relates with color editions within same model (what was intention of OP of this thread), and from where your personal insults can originate.

Hehe... Nice job. Some of the references are pretty obscure, depending on your cult-movie knowledge. So since you checked out my site, I'll assume you found out all the references in the descriptions.

Nope... Sorry, Wrong answer. The first one is a parody of the Pink Floyd album cover , Dark Side of the Moon. Hence the rhyming caption :"Think Droyd".
I like your idea though. I'm sure it would probably sell well as you said. When I do another round of these, I'll make one like you suggested and I'll post it it so you can see.

How about themes and apps that are cross compatible?
Samsung achieved a huge accomplishment by getting the same phone released in the same form on all major US carriers. They're not very different as evidenced by some/many of the hacks. Splitting up the forums is a step backwards and prevents users from reaping the benefits of the work/discoveries accomplished by developers on other carriers. But, I suppose I understand the pressure of giving in to dipshits that don't read or search.

They could have the "Galaxy S III Accessories" and the "Galaxy S III Themes and Apps" sections simply link to the international section.

I was a huge proponent of the merge back when it happened. Unfortunately it led to a major mess that I should have better anticipated. As it is now for members supporting multiple devices, they tend to create a thread for each carrier.

According to the information in the forum, I expect my S3 (Titanium Gray) to become dead in 2-3 months. Titanium Gray models arrived later on the market. Most probably that's the reason why they are still alive.

It can't be involved since there are electronics in the phone and in the battery that control the incoming current etc. They have nothing in common with eMMCs.

in this case I would also be interested by the subject....
And again the answer is no. Odin with the newer samsung phones allows only the stock roms made for that phone to be flashed. This is so dummies ( sorry op) dont fk their phone up using odin.

I AM SO SICK OF PEOPLE ON THIS SITE, ACTING SUPERIOR TO A NOOB, instead of just taking a few minutes to help them. you guys are some serious assholes!!! WHY CAN'T YOU JUST HELP HIM?? how superior you are, to have learned a little bit about this device before he did... the man asked a legit question, as the "S" variant has the exact same hardware inside of it, as the "F" does. they are both exynos 8890, and they have the exact same graphic's on the SOC. the only difference in them is that one is for asia and the other is for europe, so the bloatware is different. so why wouldn't you be able to put the same software on both? several other programs list both variants as able to use those programs, such as twrp. so get off your high horses, and if you aren't bright enough to answer the man, then just STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's a legitimate question, but you should direct it to the dev's of whatever rom you want to use. the "s" and the "f" have the exact same hardware in them, from what i have read, so there is a good chance that you can use the same software as the "f". but always check with the dev before actually doing it. just in case. excuse the others on here, as there are quite a few of those on here unfortunately. they are not friendly to newcomers. although each of them were newcomers at one time. don't let it throw you. just keep learning about your device.

I AM SO SICK OF PEOPLE ON THIS SITE, ACTING SUPERIOR TO A NOOB, instead of just taking a few minutes to help them. you guys are some serious assholes!!! WHY CAN'T YOU JUST HELP HIM?? how superior you are, to have learned a little bit about this device before he did... the man asked a legit question, as the "S" variant has the exact same hardware inside of it, as the "F" does. they are both exynos 8890, and they have the exact same graphic's on the SOC. the only difference in them is that one is for asia and the other is for europe, so the bloatware is different. so why wouldn't you be able to put the same software on both? several other programs list both variants as able to use those programs, such as twrp. so get off your high horses, and if you aren't bright enough to answer the man, then just STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's a legitimate question, but you should direct it to the dev's of whatever rom you want to use. the "s" and the "f" have the exact same hardware in them, from what i have read, so there is a good chance that you can use the same software as the "f". but always check with the dev before actually doing it. just in case. excuse the others on here, as there are quite a few of those on here unfortunately. they are not friendly to newcomers. although each of them were newcomers at one time. don't let it throw you. just keep learning about your device.
