[Q] problem clockwordmod 6.0.5.0 on xiaomi mi2s - Xiaomi Mi 2

I think I have a problem with clockwordmod 6.0.5.0 with TDB and wiui enabled on the system 2 and 4.4.4 on system 2, it has always worked perfectly, now when I switch from one system to another builds each time the configuration of the system while maintaining data user. Sometimes hangs on startup logo system used (MI on wiui system 2 or KK on 4.4.4 system 1). E 'already happened to others?
I always do a lot of trial and installations rom, I like tweaking ...
thanks

CyanogenMod update

Hello all,
I had rooted my LG G2 (D802), flashed my Factory reset to TWRP v2.8.4.0, and installed CyanogenMod12 nightly but when I have used the CM OTA update the first time, my phone wouldn't start so I needed to run the "dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota" command through TWRP terminal.
Since then I'm flashing my updates over the current CM12 nightly along with the Google Apps for the current OS; I may also need to clear the Dalvik/Cache via the recovery manager for things to work properly. I have flashed the OS without the Google Apps once but everything was crashing as the system optimized all apps. Luckily I'm not losing any data when I flash both zips (CM12 & Gapps for 5.0.1)
my queries are:
1) Am I doing my upgrades correctly or someone up there loves me?
2) Is there another way to upgrade my CM12 OS without booting in TWRP, clearing Dalvik/Cache, flashing the new OS over the current along with the Google Apps?
3) What if I need to downgrade one nightly; will it remove any data or crash the system?
4) can I somehow get the LG apps for CM12? Some of them are really useful
5) Isn't CM12 prerooted? mine is not..!
it's not that I haven't searched online for the solutions but I couldn't find anything related for the matters
thanks!

Problem with recovery TWRP 3.0.2-0

Hi guys,
some weeks ago I upgraded my recovery from 3.0.1 to last version (3.0.2-0).
I made the upgrade by the official App (downloaded from Play store). No problem at the first look. But some day ago I tried to made an upgrade to my custom rom AryaMod 8.1 to 8.3) and during the flash the device has been rebooted and the upgrade of the rom has failed. The device is ok and all functional. I have thought at an error. Not important in this case.
But to day I have made a good backup of all my data and (after a full wipe of Dalvik, Cache, Data and System) I re tried an change of custom rom with a new one Rom (DarkWolf_FW Galaxy S7 Edge Port][V2]) on my device.
The some result as the previous upgrade. The device has been rebooted after some second during the flash of the rom. At the device restart no OS or Data (locked on "Note 3" startup logo) but this is normal after a full wipe.
Furtunaly I restored my backup (made by recovery) and everything is back to normal situation before the wipe.
My question is... Some guy have found a similar problem with the new release of the recovery TWRP 3.0.2-0?
My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Qualcom international)
I have had the same issue with some roms.
Touchwiz roms often fail to update and the recovery boots into recovery again.
No errors, just random reboot at initiating the installation.
CM13 and latest AOSP roms seem to flash without any issue.
Try going back to 2.8.7.X it will work.
Too bad you will loose the theme and glossiness of TWRP3

Also please backup your data on your computer if your partitions are f2fs while downgrading.
You cannot use twrp 3 for aroma zip.

How do I revert to stock miui without pc

I am running resurrection remix mm 5.7.4 with twrp 3.0.2 by kumajaya on my redmi 2 prime with lollipop bootloader( 2014818 Indian 2 gb ram variant )
I lost my miui twrp backups and now my pc is not working too.
I want to install miui on my phone back preferably lollipop miui 7.
Is there any way to do so without a pc recovery itself?
Download the recovery zip file of MIUI by googling it. (Version you required)
If you want latest version.
Then Google 'MIUI downloads' and search your device and download the ROM.
Then head over to TWRP and flash the zip.
It will give error for the first time.
Flash it again.
It will get flashed.
Then hit reboot, and reboot your device.
Voila! Now you have MIUI on your device.
I have successfully installed miui lollipop base on my redmi 2 prime without any errors.
Also I have confirmed from external app and settings the information of the device that it shows the correct device info.( provided my custom showed correct device info ).
I tried installing the miui ROM as sethidheeraj said. I started wiping system artcache cache and data but was not able to install miui after repeated tries
Then I restored my custom ROM backup
Then by following these steps I got miui back :
1 install your custom ROM( I had rr 5.7.4 mm) or restore your custom ROM backup
2 boot to recovery and flash the miui ROM without wiping system partition
3 it will take real good amount of time and the logs displayed on twrp also aren't very long, don't worry it is still being installed
4 just for your surity wipe data and caches and again flash the miui ROM
5 reboot to system and take a drink for a while coz it is the first boot
Tadaaaa
You have your stock miui back
Also no damages to your recovery or anything.
Download twrp 3.0.2.0 of kumajaya twrp because its device model no will be in wt88047etc...not hm2014818...use flashify app tp flash recovery. Img on using ur rooted custom rr remix...boot to recovery... Wipe cache, dalvil, system,data....then make sure Miui lp rom is in internal memory.... Then install it...it will give some error on start....then install again...it will take around 20min for install plus full boot up.

I don't have a video tho but I meant that you should only wipe data and caches but leave system as it is. ( My phone had rr marshmallow installed before.) After rr I haven't tried any custom roms so I don't know whether it will work on others. So just flash miui 7.5 like you would for an OTA but do wipe your data and caches

phone won't start if i flash nought rom

Okey.. So I used to flash many ROM on my Xiaomi Redmi 3s prime and they were very stable and awesome also I had flashed RR nought ROM and used to work well but it was a buggy ROM so I flashed another 6.0.1 rom stable ROM and few days later I found stable nought ROM but when I flash them then it show boot animation (loading screen) like for 1min and then get stuck and then automatically gets turn off I tried many times to start but got same results but i can flash marshmallow ROMs but not nought ROM and also like 4-5months ago when I was using 7.0 ROM and then got back to older then my WiFi and Bluetooth stopped working :crying:
Flash wifi and modem patch provided with custom roms in there thread or if every this is right i.e you flash all patches then try to wipe your data partion or factory reset your phone.Take back up your data before doing factory reset.
I had that with RR official rom latest. I just had to disable DM thingy after wiping dalvik and then boot to system. The first boot will kind of not go past beyond the RR animation and then I have to powercycle once and then everything was the way it should be. The latest RR also has Magisx which will not boot the phone if you have some other root like SuperSU for some reason.
In short after making the backup through TWRP, wipe the lot using the advanced wipe, install the RR ZIP and wipe dalvik install pico Gapps (some reason Aroma version didn't work) wipe Dalvik and disable DM and then boot system If it gets stuck in the RR animation for longer than 3-5 mins in the first boot just hold the power button to cycle it once and it should work.

Le pro 3 (x727) lineage os won't boot

Hi guys, help needed!
I'm having difficulties booting this rom. I always end up in a bootlop. The device is Le Pro 3 (x727), the bootloader is unlocked, twrp installed v 3.0.2-0.
Under settings, OEM unlocking and USB debugging is enabled. Screenshot of the system is in the attachment.
The phone isn't rooted currently, could that be the problem?
Thank You!
The first boot usually takes some time (more than 10 mins). Did you gave it enough time to boot?
Also, please remember to format data after you flashed Lineage OS. The stock ROM usually encrypts the data partition, making it impossible for other ROMs to access.
I have the same problem but with the pro version 3 x722 elite (OS 5.8.0.20S Stable Android 6.0.1), having formatted, unlocked and cleaned first, LineageOS does not start, loop black screen, same thing happens with Resurrection Remix 5.8.4, lineage-14.1 and 13.0 version (TWRP 3.1.1-0)
It turns out that I bought this phone to install ROMs and I can not install any other than the official one
What else can I do?
I had a similar problem. I noticed that while installing lineage, TWRP 3.0.2 didn't allow some the code to get through. So I updated to 3.1.1 and everything was smooth sailing.
X727 bootloop due to boot time on first start
