can developer port flyme os of meizu mx4 and emotion ui of huawei honor 6 to lg g2 .

It has many features than other custom rom and also a beautiful skin with Android 7.0

Emui no, flyme 7 would probably be quite doable considering that flyme 6 was ported successfully. Only problem is that few devs focus on non aosp/caf roms. You should try the miui 10 port, it's great and quite similar to the two mentioned.
