Good Evening.. I wanted to run something by you Tmobile Note 4 crazies...
I am coming over to join you guys at T-mobile after being with Sprint since 1999!! During this time I have build a very good friendship with one of the best Devs on XDA. His name is Freeza. I have linked a couple of his threads. Not only does he dev on roms, but he also devs on kernels as well! We also have a great friend you all should know, dwitherell!! We are very close on raising money for dwitherell to dev the Note 4 and I have talked to Freeza and he is very interested in deving for T-Mobile. They are even talking about doing a rom together!! Ladies and gentlemen, this would be the Best Rom ever developed!! Let me add Mr. Josh Beach to the guest list! That's right, the man, the myth, the legend is close to signing with this All-Star team! Jamison, thanks for the kind welcome! This is about to get nutz!!

I've been running infamous alpha 9 for almost a year... I'm a flashing junkie and haven't felt the need to move from this Rom!
I was just hoping the note 4's additional features would appease my needs for change... thanks for supporting the junkie in me.

Yes, @freeza is an outstanding Recognized Developer, with talent to burn. And aside from being about the most humble, giving dev on these forums, most know @dwitherell either due to the innate talent that is palpable, or from the scores of devs whom have benefited from his constant solutions to problems that others cannot derive, eventually used everywhere.
Above all, these two fine devs never concern themselves with whom gets credit, just that all benefit.
The terms "respected," "humble," and "gifted" seem appropriate when referring to these two particular gentlemen. Neither famous nor infamous seems fitting.

I have no reason to donate, I don't use roms of any sort. The idea of flashing my phone all the time got old a few years ago.

To be honest I was expecting that the team will publish CR7 and will no more develop for SGS II.
Although they confirmed that they were working on it, thousands of people kept refreshing the thread with hundreds times a day for an update.
Anyway, no one can force them to do something, if they are not willing to.

it was NEVER the fact, that they would stop development for SGS2. If they had anounced this when SGS3 came out, pretty fine... what´s the problem? Everyone decide what and when he want´s to do. There are a lot of fantastic ICS ROM´s for SGS2.

I don't think that's 100% fair, many chefs actually do some pretty good work, and create some great ROMs. While you may consider them douches, at least they're trying to contribute something to the community.

To all users new and old I bid you farewell. You might be telling yourselves, who's Kevho00? I was that lameoooo who ported those two ROMs that messed up everyone's phone lol (xfinity can't upload for shiii). But I know some of you know who I am as I bounced around from ROM to ROM. But long story short, I have finally moved on to a sgs3 and its amazing. Thanks to all the developers and teams that ported and complied ROMs day and night. From Team Whiskey to Brick'd and Bionix to ICS passion... I love you guys from the bottom of my heart. Long live the vibrant!

Also leader of skydragon... Soon will get my M8, im looking for coders, app makers, themers, testers that want to join my team.
First, the main idea is to have fun and share knowledge about roms.
Always private life first. No rush no pressure.
As you can see in my profile, i m a regular user, not a dev. But i love htc and making bases for roms. I m not in a rom competition, also i would never say my rom is the best, just is the best i can do today.
So far, mates from m7, hox and butterfly S are getting m8, and few know about theming. So for a start we have something to get fun together!
But we lack of coding guys, people capable of making an app or codes for the rom... Which is not the most important but give the rom a plus.
I hope you really enjoy this forum and your M8, if you want to be part of this team, free feel to pm me.

I would love to have a chance to learn about rom development. I have some experience with kitchen and a very good knowlege fo java, c++ and linux commands. I am getting my m8 very soon. And iots great that you say personal life comes first cuz i am a college student with two jobs.

As you can see in my profile, i m a regular user, not a dev. But i love htc and making bases for roms. I m not in a rom competition, also i would never say my rom is the best, just is the best i can do today.
So far, mates from m7, hox and butterfly S are getting m8, and few know about theming. So for a start we have something to get fun together!
But we lack of coding guys, people capable of making an app or codes for the rom... Which is not the most important but give the rom a plus.
I hope you really enjoy this forum and your M8, if you want to be part of this team, free feel to pm me.

Tomorrow will start 3UK rom
At list till i get Euro nandroid. Or football upload his deodexed dump.
But sure, also im behind m8. Waiting unlocked factory model only

Hello all, Jamie here. After nearly a year long break from Android the hunger for haxxin has gotten the best of me and I'm back at it again. Some Sprint users may recall my work from the Evo LTE (jewel) or the venerable OG Evo (Supersonic). I've since moved to T-Mo, and been thoroughly enjoying my M8, an incredible device by any measure.
For those unfamiliar, I'm an aosp guy, and that's where my passion is. That being said, here's what I'm up to...
With all the variety available amongst the great aosp ROMs out there, I've turned my focus to optimizations. Through tool chains, build flags, and code optimizations (there's a multitude of commits by extremely talented developers available), I've begun building ROMs for my own pleasure using TC's, Opts, enhancements, etc, and applying them to various ROMs.
I've come up with, what I feel, is an outstanding combination of the best optimizations, along with toolchains such as Sabermod/Linaro, thumb optimizations like ArchiDroid, and a variety of tweaks, that enhance nearly any ROM I've found to build.
So I'm going to release builds for a multitude of custom ROMs, and include this mash up of tweaks. Because I like to share, and learn. That's where you come in.
I need some testers, preferably T-Mo or ATT users located in the US. Must have a working knowledge of adb with ability to capture logcats related to issues they find. It is simply not possible to thoroughly debug a ROM by one's self. Hit me up here by PM, or on G+ (preferred).
If the consensus matches my own, (possibly biased), opinions, we will release for public use what may be, the most highly optimized/refined ROM available to date. Starting here with the M8. All credits go to the respective developers for the optimizations/roms/tweaks respectively and the many hours and passions they devote to this wonderful hobby.
The assimilation has begun.

That's all I've ran aside from my own private builds. Been addicted to Sinless ROM for the most part. Mr.Jaydee has been doing wonderful things. There's a reason I'm inclined to share this however.

Only reason I said from US is I had removed all languages and locales, I can accommodate. HMU as specified in the OP

Also, looks like N5 is a go as well, which is good for what I'm trying to do. We are 20% complete on assimilation, for those already testing (first off, thanks), you haven't seen anything yet. Sorry for the dev-host links, I'll be opening beta threads on the Team Nocturnal site soon as possible.
Testing will be restricted to those who have helped here, and TN beta testers... Until we hit 75% assimilation... Then public threads on XDA will open, builds for various languages/locales will be by request and we aim to please. [emoji6]
I'm genuinely surprised nobody else is putting ROMs together with the sabermod tool chain.
Last time I tried it, it definitely made a difference.
Looking forward to this. AOSP scene on the M8 has been pretty stale.

Kind of looking like this will be a hybrid, Linaro 4.8.4 ROM side, SM 4.10 kernel side... Them ArchiDroid thumb optimizations though... Insanely great.

Hey thanks, good to see a familiar face. This little project is mostly just to get me back in the game, so to speak. Team Nocturnal has some things brewing though, pretty sure NOSP is gonna make some waves. Hard not to with the guys involved. Good times are coming.

Always needing more testers. This will come to XDA, only about 15% complete as it stands now, (works been taking away from my haxxin time), soon as we hit 90% assimilation, thread will be brought to XDA as well. Along with several other builds...
Hopefully this is still a wip. Just curious.
