questioned Notifymob slow support , then saw my weekly pay of $15-20 go to .35 cents - Mobile Ad Networks

As you might know I was a heavy supporter of Notifymob and in the beginning Notifymob had the best EPCM in the buisness and the fastest paying which they paid every time you reach $25 every friday. But over time their support became slack and they were slow to answer emails and basically ignored any questions I had until I post in forums. Then Notifymob questions me saying why did I post in forums when I can contact them directly. I told them their support is to slow , I can't wait 2 weeks or more for questions to be answered.
So to teach me a "lesson" or try to "spank" me they cut my payment to 35 cents , basically robbing me to shut me up. I was earning between $15-20 a week and suddenly I only earn .35 cents. Instead of shutting me up , this will cause me to become louder. Be careful when dealing with Notifymob , just shut up and accept your pasyments is the message Notifymob is sending. I refuse to listen. Here is the proof

Enjoyed my time, but...

I haven't been on this forum too long or posted that much, but I have certainly come to respect it and all the people here. Very classy group of folks.
However, I'm switching my attention to iOS. Why? Good question. I'm unemployed and really need to get a job. My 13 year career at a university was limited to mostly COBOL mainframe work and PeopleSoft SQR. As such, I pretty much shoe-horned myself into a limited skill set; and there just aren't jobs out there for me. Trust me, I've been looking for a year and really don't want to relocate just yet.
I'm taking a gamble, but I have seen a few job postings for mobile developers and they seem to be leaning towards iPhone/iPad. So that's the direction I'm heading.
Now, I won't lose my skills as a Android developer and I won't abandon my Android development, but I'll probably devote 85% to iOS and 15% to Android.
Thanks to all here that have helped me and thanks to all for a great forum. I'll be watching you guys and check-in every so often. It's been fun

FS - iMate Jasjar $100 OBO

I didn't see an appropriate sub forum, so I thought I'd post in the general category. I heard of a "marketplace" but searching for that it seemed it had been archived. I've actually got two of these for sale, one is, shall we say, custom. This one is all stock.
I've decided to part with my iMate JasJar after all these years. I wanted to keep it, but I haven't touched it in years. As you can imagine, the batteries I have for it are not good, but the device works great. I think I loaded Tomal's ROM 12 on it the last time.
Unit is in very good shape, comes with some accessories and a charger and the original box. I'm pretty sure it's missing a stylus though. Spare battery and charger too.
email, pm or text me about it:

(678) 925-7048 cell - txts only on this matter please - no calls. I'll accept payment via paypal and ship to where you like at your cost. I'm not sure what they go for nowadays.... is $100 fair?
I made an album on Facebook as well as uploaded the pics to TinyPic:

AdMob is having unusual high CPC

Hi,
I realize my AdMob is having unusual high CPC. I'm getting CTR nearly 20%, which I feel is abnormal.
Currently, I realize most traffic are originated from unknown country. May I know, is there any official channel I can report such abnormal activities to Google?
Thanks. I think the placement of my ads is pretty normal, and will not lead users to click on the ads accidentally.

you are at least the fourth person in this forum reporting weird activity from unknown country in AdMob. Hope someone gets to the bottom of this before a bunch of people get banned for no good reason.

If you require more information please let me know. Plus I am yet to decide on the ad-network and a lot of other things so kindly point me in the right direction. CPC or CPM, adMob or something else?
Thanks a million <3
If you put a banner ad on each screen in your app you would get 1,911,134 impressions per month
In AdMob eCPM for banner ad in Pakistan would be around 0,2$
So you can expect to earn ~$382 per month
You can never know until you try.
I have an app with 250k impressions a day and it makes only 15$ with admob a day.
And the interstitials make even less for me.
And there is another app with 20k impressions a day that makes around 30 a day.
So you never know until you try, also try facebook native ads they are very good.

LeEco CEO Jia Yueting: “Apple is outdated”

It’s often said that first impressions are the most important, so make each one count.
Such is indeed the impression Jia Yueting inevitably left in his first international television interview.

Mr. Yueting, the 43-year old CEO of China’s LeEco conglomerate, was recently interviewed by CNBC
during this past weekend’s China Entrepreneur Club event, and had a number of bold statements to offer,
including some very critical ones pertaining to Apple.
Mr. Yueting called the house that Steve Jobs built “outdated”
and cited such a belief as the reason Cupertino is losing momentum in China:
One of the most important reasons [for slowing sales]
is that Apple’s innovation has become extremely slow.
For example, a month ago Apple launched the iPhone SE.
From an industry insider’s perspective, this is a product with a very low level of technology…
We think this is something they just shouldn’t have done.
