Just bored in the afternoon then accidentally made this, just take a 15 minutes work.

Prerequisites :
Stock Sony 4.3 (or up) in your device
Rooted & deodexed (not sure but i think it's a must)
CWM and Superuser mod installed
This mod runs perfectly on your device

Patience, and ummm.... hard work (not really that hard actually )

I can try, but i don't think it'll be quick since i don't have Z2 nor any sony device with stock 4.4

Well done, I'm impressed to see someone your age giving this kind of thing a try. However, is it really necessary to release a FULL ROM when all your changes are cosmetic/app related? It makes much more sense to release a "transformation pack" or "Xperia Z theme" containing only the changes you made, over in the Themes Section.

i am following rqmok's steps for making xperia themed roms. and if you want you can flash the rom on top of cyanogenmod 10.1

I didn't really theme the ROM myself. It was already themed, and I just ported it
By the way, I think you should have waited for CM10.1 to be fully functional. Anyway, when CM10.1 is fixed, you can update the changes on this ROM.

Nothing special, but feels smoother comparing with .230 and Antutu shows ~22000-22350 marks instead of 19000-20000 on .230.

what about the screen flickering when using the keyboard?

yep! You have to flash kernel from .230 firmware via flashtool, root it with towel root or easy rooting tool and then flash kernel from .283 back.

kernel included in .ftf as well.
Does it fix the flickering keyboard?
I update my SGP312 with this new firmware and so far it's good no flickering of the keyboard
the menu is scrolling smoothly
the transition between app drawer to home display is good ......
video work good ....
so far so very good.... :good::good:
need to root .... hope towelroot is on this.....
and get the GPS to work faster without the wifi ....

Mine is different. I use the 311. Just the settings gets smoother
App transition is not as smooth as in .230
In .230, i rooted and removed some apps, replaced the settings.apk by the one from .233 and everything gets smoother. Now i'm back to 10.4

I flashed the 157 firmware with the full wipe, then flashed stock kernel with recovery, then I installed your mod. But there is no difference does not work and I see the noise of red and green

Now that alpha 4 is out, I'm curious to know what xposed modules you are using and on what rom.
I'm new to Sony so I'm first getting to know my phone, before trying to customize it. The only module currently installed is true silent mode, on stock rooted 5.0.2.

I haven't found that option in any of the xposed modules I have installed. By the way, I've installed GravityBox LP, it works just fine

Took this picture yesterday. Works like a charm!
As to why this isn't a stock feature: I really don't know. It doesn't really put any extra strain on the phone performance-wise... At least, not that I noticed.
I have some noon questions, please be kind tried to find out answers on the forum but there is so much old & new information mixed up..
1) Is unlocked bootloader necessary for Xposed to install on lollipop?
2) Is bootloop really fixed now?

1 - no its not, im running lollipop on a locked bootloader with xposed without any issues
2 - yes providing you use the latest version of xposed

I have 5.1.1. from 4 days and is quite smooth , the camera work without any problem, i am not using fonts, but overall the firmware is much better. If you want to know the changelog between 5.0.2 and 5.1.1 check my post , there you can find also the flashable zip prerooted. Cheers!
Mine is C6903, do not try i am not sure if is compatible with C6902, but i hope your mobiles to work also smooth and to enjoy the new release. Good luck!

Edit - It works! I had to flash the latest supersu and dualrecovery along with the firmware and it fixed everything, thanks!
