Is it possible to get mattedblues ported to the milestone, preferably froyomod 2.8?

It should be in the framework-res/res/drawable-hdpi folder.

I am using the PheoniX ROM (v5.0) for my galaxy S4 I9500, it is beautiful, fast and stable. But there is a problem (as some other rom I used to use), that is my wallpaper dont scroll, I hate it so much. Can anyone help me on this?

Isn't there a special settings for that in Settings? Correct me if I'm wrong though

when we open the camera the bootanimation in 4.3 back to 1 speed..
