Found this looking around different LG forums. I take no credit for it but it does work. You need root for this . Root your tablet with towel root.

You can also download buildprop editor. Grant root permissions. Scroll down to persist.splitwindow.support_all and change the default property value to true. Then reboot. Once you reboot you'll have the option for all apps in split window.
Really cool hack, works on my rooted Gpad 8.0

Well, I don't know how I did it but I was using root uninstaller to take out some of the MetroPCS bloatware and ended up uninstalling a settings component. I ended up uninstalling the LG easy settings and the LG Settings, reinstalling the And still experiencing the same issue. When I try to open settings from the notifications it does nothing. Can somebody please help me solve this without a kdz firmware flash because as of right now I don't have a computer at my disposal. Thanks for any help :good:

Title says it all, I want to see if I can mod it so high impedance mode turn on no matter what headphones you use. I would but I'm not rooted. If it looks like I can then there goes the reason for me to root my V20 [emoji2]

I don't think mixer path is going to contain what you're looking for. That and the V20 carries a quite a few audio XML and libs. I did the v10 audio mods but haven't done these yet. I think the impedance control could be in audio policies or even the codecs. I don't think a value edit will achieve the on/off control

And you don't have to be rooted to pull these system files. I'm not. Just use root explorer or adb to copy them from /system/etc

There was one that was in beta. I tried it myself mid January with no success. Maybe there's been progressive updates with it. I'll go find you a link and you can help them test it further. BRB

Noo need root .. Only download Root Browser from play store go to /system/priv-app/LGSettings .... Root no need premision only copy LGSettings.apk to sdcard and finish.. Try please :good:
