Sailfish tutorial - how to skip on a reflash - Sailfish General

So you've reflashed your device with the latest image and you get to the tutorial ... AGAIN!
There's a neat little hack: *before* touching the start button touch each corner in turn : top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left
nb - you should try the tutorial at least once if you're new to Sailfish OS (and feedback is always good too so let us know at together.jolla.com if there's something that could be improved)

Red Text/Numbers bottom left of start up screen

I looked every where on how to remove the red numbers/letters on the bottom of my start up screen and I could not find anything to relieve this eye sore. It is not harming anything but it would be nice to get rid of it. I'm runny a official windows mobile 6.5 English version. I have no problems at all except for this start up screen. If anyone has any answers please respond or point me in the right direction who might know. Thanks
Are you talking about the very first screen when you power on? They are the radio and ROM identifiers, and I don't think there is an easy way to suppress them. They should only appear for a few seconds though, any longer and you have a problem.
If you start using custom ROMs that information is very helpful, so one day they may be of use to you!
Here is the detail of those Text for your Reference:

HELP ! Screen calibration issues with My Mobiler

Managed to mess up my screen a little bit and now when I did a hard reset couldn't pass the align screen step. Finally after some research I managed to skip it.
Now when I try to align my screen using MyMobiler I cannot manage to move the cursor target on my desktop computer so I can align the screen from there. I tried to double-click the target cursor, drag it, etc ...nothing works. What am I doing wrong ? or it cannot be calibrated with MyMobiler ?
PLEASE HELP, noobie !
THANKS !

If you managed to skip the calibration screen, then just skip it then start using MyMobiler. Will that work?

I skipped it but now the screen still needs to be calibrated somehow. My screen taps are messed up. I tap the low corner of my screen and my start menu (top corner) pops up, etc.

Yes taping the screen will be all messed up, but if you use MyMobiler it shouldn't need to be calibrated. In theory I think thats how it should work, but iv never tried.

[Q] Skip the initial setup

Hi there!
I'm new with Nook and I've read many times (also here on xda) that it's possible to use the Nook without registration.
How to do this?
I can not skip the initial setup...
Any suggestions?
Had to skip it aswell, found this on this site posted by crazy_jake. worked for me
1.Enter the Factory Screen by holding the TOP RIGHT Button and slide your finger across the top of the Nook from left to right. A button labeled "Factory" will appear in the top left of the screen.
2.Once in the Factory screen, hold down the TOP RIGHT Button and tap in the bottom right of the screen.
3.A new button will appear labeled "Skip Oobe". Tap that and you're done!
Many thanks for your answer!
I can not try your trick because after many days I've done the registration (is frustrating that you MUST have a wi-fi connection for it).
Thanks again!

you can go to the settings and reset your device. You'll have to re-download anything and re-enter info after though.

Everything is backwards.....

Just installed phoenix rom v9.4. Everything is working ok but i noticed that everything is right to left (as opposed to left to right). For example the loading progress bar goes from right to left. Also the backward button is pointing left to right and the backward forwarx button is right to left. I do not use hebrew or any lamguage that is read rihht to left. The language i am using is english. I also notice its back to front when using wanan xposed. Its driving me insane! Anyone know why??
