Don't be upset guys, here is the solution.

It is work on any developer unlocked device.
Also I've a methods to work it on non-unlocked phones too.

Had to flash the Radio Version to v1.13.0.69 then ran an exe. program, Instal the unlocking code and hey its sim free..
Besides soiling my trousers when doing this I feel quite good now..

not got the rom, got the SDK and checked number on that so im just taking a educated guess at thats the right number

I have done own Nodo 7389 rom for HD2. I compile that rom from ansar custom rom for HD7. I cant sideload xap with tomxapinstalled - phone is no unlocked, say.
What I must modify for this to work?
