Seems if the rumours and news are to be believed, Nexus 7 3G might debut in India in November. At Asus event held at Bangalore on 18--09-2012, it confirmed the jelly bean tablet would reach Indian shores this November.
Paul O' Brein of MoDaCo got an inside scoop from Asus that it might be working on a 3G version of the Nexus-7 and it would be released in 6 weeks. The 6 weeks timespan coincides with the Indian festival of Diwali in November, during which a number of Gadgets ( including iPhone-5) are to be launched in India.
Nexus-7 3G would make a great contender in the crowded low budget android tablet market in India with tablets from Micromax, HCL, iBall, BSNL, Reliance, Beetel having good market share. But most of the tablets in this category from the above manufactures either does not have a 3G built in or offer 3G support only in the form of external dongle. So in a country like India where there aren't enough Wifi-Hot spots, a good quality tablet with built in 3G running latest iteration of the Android would surely change the game.
But, it is questionable whether Google would debut its 3G Tablet in India as so far Samsung is the only manufacturer which debut its products in India or launch its products in India on same schedule with rest of the world.
Currently, Nexus-7 Wifi is available in India from online merchants like India Times and ebay at a premium price - 8GB - Rs 15,500 ($290) (or) 16 GB -Rs 21,000 ($390).
I know, Like me many of you are waiting for the Nexus-7 to hit Indian stores at reasonable price and we'll hope Google brings it with 3G !!
No any news about selling Nexus 7 in my country so far. However, I will fly to Korea soon and Google said in the opening event that Nexus 7 (2013) will be available in Korea “in the coming weeks”.
Is it available in Korea yet ? and where ? or Have you guys heard any news about selling in Korea ?
Its still in the US now. Canada is next...not sure about other countries. I'm guessing late August, early September. You could always import it from someone that you know in the US. (If you do)

I'm ready for swapping out my old HTC Desire S, and one of the options is the Nexus 4 of course. While looking here in Norway, it seems that nobody is selling the phone anymore. I remember browsing around in early July and there were plenty of places selling them. But now it's hard to come by. As examples:
1) The biggest operator (Telenor) used to sell it, but the page is gone.
2) On online store (teknikmagasinet.no) states that the product has been discontinued
There's also that famous article from the Inquirer saying back in July that the device was gone from one big seller in the UK.
Could this be it? Could it be the end of the Nexus 4, foretelling the Nexus 5? I would like to know because if this is the case, then I can wait a couple of months.

Hi,
Very likely there is going to be a new nexus launched in the coming few months. Nonetheless the n4 is a great phone. You'd do well either to buy the next one new when it's released or else get a second hand one at that point - lots of people will trade up & eBay their old n4, I reckon.

I'm not quite sure but if the new nexus comes out on america at the end of this year, it will probably be sold out. It'll take some extra months until it te reaches Europe.

I have been to the Jarir bookstore here in khurais road but still no news of incoming nexus 6. Its kinda sad, im hoping to get the item upon getting my month end salary but the longer i wait, the more im inclined to buy note 4 which is already available at the jarir store. Anyone else here in Saudi waiting for the nexus 6? My guess the pricing will be around 2500 SR.

Hi there, I'm from Riyadh, I too, also patiently waiting for the Nexus 6 to arrive here. Unfortunately it's not available yet. Maybe we have to wait until December. =( But I think it's worthy to wait, I don't kinda like the touchwiz software of the note4, pure stock vanilla android lollipop is the best. I wish the price will just be around 2000sr. =)

I hear you man. I broke my Nexus 4 last night, screen completely shattered. Don't want to buy Nexus 5 from Jarir, so I'm gonna stuck with my old SGSII for a while till the Nexus 6 is available. Using Touchwiz after using pure stock android is a drawback.
Finger crossed they'll make it available soonish.
I went back to jarir and as of today, still no word of any nexus 6 shipping. The good thing is hopefully we wont be getting the faulty first batch of nexus 6. I see alot complaints already like peeling nexus logo, flimsy speaker grill and scratched back cover.

My dad is come home from Dubai for a couple of weeks, then he as to go back. I go there once a year, myself. I's an amazing place, however, electronics are expensive there; unless you go to Dragon Mart and get knockoffs. lol.

I don't recommend asking in Almursalat area, it is better to support official channels like STC, Mobily... etc,. This way, demand on devices will guarantee fast availability on newly released devices. Unofficially, however, I'm sure that imported devices from the UK for example are available, but I wont take it with no warranty and no guarantee on full network support.
In STC magazine, the Nexus 6 was posted as a "Coming Soon" device, Most likely in the upcoming month or two, on and off contract. The prices were not announced but I'm guessing, based on previous releases like the nexus 5, that it will be around the official US price of $650 (USD).

you can buy it on amazon uk. Yes, it's expensive when converting £ to SR, but this the only way now or you can wait 1-3 months. I've already paid 4173 SR (incl. tax) for nexus 6 64gb model XT1100 (LTE works in saudi arabia).

Still Jarir people are refusing to even comment on the availability of nexus 6. The point is this that why Jarir, extra and similar stores are so lazy in bringing some devices to the market in Saudi Arabia. Even they had very limited stocks of Note 4, it came and it disappeared very quickly even in Riyadh.
In Mursalat I went today and no availability of Nexus 6 there too. Anybody knows tentative launch of nexus 6 via STC?
you can search dubizzle. there is a guy offering new nexus 6 as per his speech (i think these phones are shipped to him from US or EUROPE unofficially) . if you decided to go for it ... let us know

His prices are reasonable considering that the phone isnt launched yet.
Blue 64 gb already finished rest are available.

Good News!
I'm happy to bring you the good news!! STC just released Nexus 6, exclusively, through their channels.
The price tag is SR2799 off contract with limited 1 year warranty. On-contract, however, STC is offering a whole system that depends on your "rating" and "rank" in the company's records. Call STC to know what criteria you fall under.
I would add the link to the device but I don't have that privilege, being a new user, to add links in the forum.
However, navigate to STC's website, go to devices and you'll find it in the newly added devices section, you can't miss it.

Hi from Mexico.
After today announcements I get really excited about the new phone regardless the high price, bet then they start to list the countries where the phone will be available: U.S., Australia, Canada, Germany,UK and India.
And that's it, no mention of other countries or even a plan for release the phone anywhere else. I was thinking that now they're moved on from the Nexus philosophy, their approach for the new G flagship would be different, but is has the same pattern as before.
I hope that Google can make possible to purchase the phone in any place, as you know, their main competitor . You could buy the new iPhone almost immediately after the announcement, IMO that's a shame for Google.
So, right now I do want the phone, but I would need to start looking where can I buy it or look for another option, like the V20 or even the Nexus 6P.

I feel the same as you. Only two Nexus devices were officially released here in Brazil were LG Nexus 4 and 5. Cheapest version of Nexus 6P that I can find here amounts to about US$ 620 at a Brazilian Ebay-like website. I'm going to wait for Google Pixel to arrive at the same website, because I've lost hopes of the phone being released here.
I'm also on the same boat... I don't understand why Google just abandoned so many countries... and also this phone is not selling on usual retailers, for ex Amazon (directly).
I don't understand why... didn't they want world domination?! pfff
