No need to download the whole firmware.. Only download the kernel version of about 4.9mb...

Go to samsung updates. Com.. search for grand duos firmware... On that link popup two messages whether to download full firmwares or kernel version only.. Click the download button on kernel version... Yes I'm sure about this.. @docrajesh.. Do you have any doubt...

Pls Check which one u installed and which one u downloaded.. If you having INS firmware.. Download kernel version of INS ONLY..i dont know which one u installed.. This works only if you are coming direct from AMCD firmware... @docrajesh check your current firmware version INS OR INU and download.. Pls Comment before you are doing everything correct..

As i have been requested by i9082 and i9082l users for unmodified , full samsung firmwares
I here present, unmoded full firmwares for Galaxy Grand Duos i9082/i9082l
These firmwares are
1.rooted
2.deodexed
3.zipaligned
4.busybox installed.
5.init.d enabled
Nothing is removed , no changes are made....just a full samsung experience

1.Clockworkmod recovery
INSTALLATION-
1.wipe factory reset/cache/davlik cache in cwm
2.install zip from cwm
3.reboot

NO NOT ODIN! it is a CWM flashable zip.

I used your full rom, its enough. It works awesone.
Put a guide to remove apps/bloatware and that's all.

Origanal 4.1.2 Boot loader : a big thanks to Chotu222

I have seen many peaple who faced issues in leaked version of 4.2.2 after flashing Bootloader came along with that. so here is the solution .
just flash this Bootloader from 4.1.2. and enjoy . it will solve most of the issues.

Official 4.2.2 is available. Why bother with the leak with all its bugs? The Russian 4.2.2 is even easier to flash since it only has one file

Right but then instead of giving your friend the bootloader file give him the Russian 4.2.2. He will be more happy with it.

can you explain me how to flash with it.
i am on stock 4.1.2 without root and stock recovery.
re partition should be tick or not?

Do not tick repartition. Put the md5 file on odin pda then flash

I can flashing stock rom 4.2.2 in russia GTI9082L (Latin)

untick re-partition in odin. select the file in PDA.

No
4.1.2 based ROMs do not boot on 4.2.2 Stock as the partition layout is different and maybe some other things
Flashing the older BL is redundant now.

Mate realy, extract the stock Samsung rom with 7-zip and flash boot.img (kernel) with flashify or Mobile Odin. Thats it

would be nice, so we could try S7 camera app on our Edge.
On Note 4 it works for many people.
I've found a description and translate that, how to enable it, maybe who has a deodexed rom can try it.
1. so first we need a deodexed rom, and i like stock, so can't try atm..
2. and also need: Root Explorer or other app to set rights (with root permission ofc)
3. download Camera app
4. download Activation app
5. Copy them to phone
6. In System-PrivatApp folder (file manager app set to "MOUNT R/O" ) then delete "ShootingModeProvider" folder (make a backup for sure)
7. reboot into recovery and install only the Camera app.
8. reboot system and start camera (if not the new s7 camera appears then we should change kernel. We have kernel only from Mickey as i know, so we have not so much tries)
9. If new Camera app started then we go into MOD settings of camera and we should only see Automatic mode. Download all the 6 modes.
10. reboot into recovery and install Activation app.
11. reboot, start camera and we should see PRO mode. (RAW is possible not working, it causes FC).

Yes but the problem is, that there are old versions of deodexed ROMs for N915F available. But no new STOCK Firmware.
Thats very very very bad. And i don't know i can deodexing it.
I have read a lot of that procedure, but i don't know how i can do it.

I've found a tool, so we can do it ourselves easily I have no experience in it yet, maybe later i'll give that a try.

All was successfull. The installing on my phone was without problems.
But when i start the phone it was hanging in the Samsung Animation Screen over the night.

Could you fix that? Maybe a hard reset or a fresh install?

I must look today again but you can try it yourself too. With this tool it is easy.

Yesterday i tried it again. But give up. I don't know how to deodex a firmware.
The support of the note edge is here very very very bad.

we choosed the bad device my friend

Yes i think i will buy the note 7.
Now i tried deodexing again but no luck.
The phone hangs in the samsung animation boot screen for 4 hours.
I give it up to deodexing.

I can help you guys with the new ROM deodexed for note edge....

I tested your custom rom on my note edge FY but i got bootloop. Anyway there is a deodexed package by @and2 for DPC7/3 and DPE1 on XDA. If you can deodex DPG1 for note F/FY/G you will be our hero mate. :good:
