*Port CM to Tab 4 8.0. And no not yet. I myself have tried to build a CM build for my Tab 4 7.0, but can't boot yet.

Sounds good. I hope your CM could be an official port and become a maintainer for Tab 4 ^_^

still trying to compile recovery for tab 4 8.0 SM-T331,no luck (won't boot) . Maybe, anyone can help
the zip file is my flags for the recovery
and the recovery.img is the recovery that i have compiled (it's not working though )

It would be nice to get some custom firmwares happening and a working recovery.
I find simply squeezing the seeds into the marrow just ain't cutting it anymore. :silly:

Well then you've got to live with it. You can't just flash another rom and hope that the features from the previous rom will stay. It wont.
You've got 3 options :
A - Stay with PAC, wait till they update to 4.3
B - Wipe your PAC, flash PA 4.3 and live with it.
C - Compile your own rom with your own features.
If you wanna keep your APPS and APP DATA, use titanium backup.

I'm interested in trying that out, but at the same time, kind of hesitant. It would be nice to have both Sacs and CM11 at the same time though!
