what was the situation when this wierd thing happened?
eg. were you playing game?
or surfing internet. or any other..
was your phone rooted?
did you installed xposed framework?
(i've seen most blue screens in Xposed)
if you have installed xposed framework then either remove recently installed modules or completely remove xopsed framework.
and if your phone hasnt been rooted, and you are facing blue screen problems, i think you havent factory reseted your phone, so perform factory reset and wipe cache frome recovery..

I had rooted my phone earlier but after this crash i formally uprooted my phone and from last 4 days it has no problem .... THANKS AGAIN BRO.

I have the same problem with my Grand 2. It automatically got an official update 4.4.2 and since then whenever I use it for a while specially on facebook, the cell gets restarted after giving a blue screen. I have made the factory data reset and since then its a bit improved but the problem still not gone altogether. Please if you can give any solution?

i try to boot into the safemode but no use the blue screesn restart problem still happend
what about the new rom NI2 , saying it fix the problem , did any1 try it ?
Grand 2 Duos Bluescreen
Hi all,
I also encountered the blue screen and restart error. This happens randomly like using Whatsapp, 9gag or Facebook. It also restarts for no reason at all.
The phone is not rooted by the way. I tried running it on safe mode and nothing happened. After normally booting it, it crashed twice. First with a blue screen and the second was an automatic restart.

I think this happens because some times Apps are trying to write something on prohibited areas of system , and that's why OS restarts Itself to prevent data looses .
Are the people having this problem on SM-7102 and perhaps the phone bought/CSC from India?

no its not bcuz it cant read Sd card or something like that
it happens due to system error
and ya u can get access to sd using the xposed module

On 4.4, Google bolted down write access to the external SD except the folder named Android.

After testing SDFix: KitKat Writable MicroSD
It is still the restart problem remains as it is although I can write to the SD card and move apps to
My device is rooted now

i hate it so much..
can some1 give me a detailed tutorial for downgrading to 4.3 JB? i have this prob since upgraded to kitkat

You can download official FirmwareVersion from sam mobile, just google it. And flash it through Odin 3.7, i hope it will help you .

i am using normal apps with no ads or something like (instagram and other editing apps)

If you are running XXUAMDE version, it might be possible. Try updating to latest firmware.

Flash via Odin the latest firmware (xxuame1).

this is normal problem and is happening with everyone, even with me. Will wait for an update from samsung to fix this issue..
TRY THIS.
1.Turn Your i9500 Off.
2.Remove your Sd card.
3.Power up your phone.
4.Use the camera ( you will most probably notice it's significantly faster )
5.With the phone ON, insert your sd card into the phone.
I did this and the lag on my camera seems to have disappeared and the phone is suddenly performing like a beast.
I have no idea why this works, but it works for me,[ so far NO REBOOTS ]

I do not think that it is a "normal problem" ... Normally, there should be NO problem... Samsung has been very silent on this defect and I am not sure where can we claim officially.

First I'm sorry that I'm putting this in the wrong section but I didn't find anything related to Ace 3 Duos.

i am having the same issues initially it was fine after 2 months it start hanging and stuff hangs when screen opens from message or calls and after a reset works fine again then problem start again kindly suggest any solution if exists if not then have to change the set its still in warrenty

Try to flash the stock firmware via odin. You can download it on sammobile's firmware section

Have tried this also! Didn't work! The fon simply doesn't respond at all! M unable to use it!!

Thanks to the bad gplay updates, the software is pretty bugged. Just download the stock firmware and check checksums before flash. Or flash custom rom from the section down below.
Dont know if you already tried but did you do a factory reset after the 4.4.4 update. I know OTA updates shouldn't mess stuff but sometimes they do.

I had flashed CM12 (5.1.1). It all went well - the flashing & all! But, i cudn't make any calls!
I have installed this ROM on my S3 Neo! But, m unable to make any call (From the SIM 1. Haven't used SIM 2 coz of the Audio prob being faced in the SIM 2 as mentioned in the thread). Whenever I make a call (sim 1), it gives an error - PROCESS SYSTEM ISN"T RESPONDING! Do u want to close it?
Even if i Click WAIT, nothing happens, there;s just a green screen being continuously displayed for about 30 seconds and then automatically, it gets back to the HOME SCREEN~!
I am unable to receive any incoming call also! The fon automatically reboots if a call comes and once it restarts, it shows the log in MISSED CALL!
Pls. Help! How to solve this out?
UPDATE :- I flashed CM11 after this problem thinking it might solve the problem but of no use again! Even, after installing CM11, I am unable to make any calls! The screen just goes blank! And then automatically gets back to the home screen! It's not showing the error of PROCESS SYSTEM NOT RESPONDING as it used to show up in CM12!

Maybe an EFS error, restore EFS partition and see if permissions are set correctly

I have a query! Is EFS only meant for IMEI related probs? Just asking becoz my fon is showing the IMEI Number and i am able to send and receive sms but problem is only with the calling! Can't make or receive any call!!

Try with a complete wipe of cache, system, data, dalvik, and internal memory, after that reinstall cm11 rom

Hi, few days ago I bought a Samsung Grand Prime (SM-G531F) and everything worked. Then i wiped all user and data from recovery because i wanted to install something like cyanogenmod. After I wiped everything i tried to run phone last time before installing new soft to call someone and then google asked me for previous phone user mail that i dont have and never had. I am sure that this phone is 100% legal but previous user doesn't remember google mail.
Now i am stuck at this point, i cant use phone at all, is there any solution to fix that or my phone became totally useless right now?
i readed a lot articles but to be honest theres no 100% clear answer and tutorial or something like that.

Thanks for answer. Unfortunately its still doesn't work
When its on 'verification email' screen and i keep plug in usb cable from my pc which run SideSync - nothing happen, nothing appear on my phone, i am still stuck same as before.

Whenever i call someone the call drops after exacly 20-25 , but it dosnt always happen like somtimes the call just goes normally without dropping
Its like i have a small chance of the call goes smoothly without dropping

Yes but i failed and it got stuck in boot loop but i formated it using smart switch or whatever its called
